Trump Deportations

The Trump administration announced efforts to root out U.S. citizenship naturalization fraud. The White House intends on conducting the “largest denaturalization effort ever.” The White House posted on X, “When you commit fraud during the naturalization process, you forfeit the right to keep your U.S. citizenship…”

Haitians Are Self-Deporting At Extreme Rates www.louderwithcrowder.com

Can anyone name one positive benefit for Americans since the tens of thousands of Haitians moved to Springfield, Ohio? No? I didn’t think so. This is why there should be nothing but celebrations over reports of 80% of them self-deporting, as this can only bring good things to the country.

Per Spectrum News:

Haitian families are leaving Ohio over the uncertainty surrounding their immigration status.

A U.S. The Supreme Court decision last month allows the Trump administration to end their Temporary Protected Status (TPS).

While it is great that SCOTUS sided on the “right side of history,” the amount of damage caused by this should not be taken lightly. Officials, both local and all the way to federal, turned a blind eye and slapped Springfield residents in the face, solely because they deemed a group of foreign nationals less fortunate. You cannot return after betrayal like this, and it is astonishing how the media is painting this as if the deportations are a bad thing for Americans.

In one of Ohio’s largest populations of Haitian immigrants in Springfield, community leaders are concerned about another challenge that could create — more vacant homes.

Houses boarded up and abandoned are a reminder of a problem Springfield has spent years trying to fix. But with uncertainty around immigration status and Haitian families moving out because of it, city leaders worry the city could face another wave of empty houses.

The Trump administration on Monday announced sweeping new banking rules aimed at cracking down on lending to illegal immigrants, requiring lenders to consider that borrowers without legal work authorization may pose “elevated credit risk,” a move that supporters say could improve housing affordability for Americans.

The rules require banks and credit unions to account for the possibility that an illegal immigrant borrower could lose his job, be unable to find lawful work, or be removed from the country before repaying a mortgage, auto loan, credit-card balance, or other debt.

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. and the National Credit Union Administration issued the joint guidance under President Donald Trump’s May executive order, “Restoring Integrity to America’s Financial System.”

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has released new details about the fatal shooting of an illegal alien during an enforcement operation in Maine.

Ice revealed that an officer opened fire after the suspect allegedly attempted to flee in a vehicle, creating what agents believed was a threat to public safety.

The shooting occurred early Monday morning in Biddeford during an operation targeting an individual with a final order of removal.

ICE agents have reportedly been told to immediately stop conducting most vehicle stops across the country.

The exception is narrow: operations targeting the most egregious criminal aliens may continue.

As RedState reported on Monday, Democrat candidates for public office are putting lies out there that are so egregious that even Democrat-compliant mainstream media are calling them out.

For example, Abdul El-Sayed, who is the leading candidate in the Michigan Senate primary race, is finding that out the hard way, with CNN of all places publishing a report detailing how he indeed has repeatedly called for defunding the police despite what he’s said during the course of his Senate campaign, which we wrote about here. When they interviewed him about it, El-Sayed played word games and complained they were “fixated” on the word “defund” rather than the supposed larger message.

El-Sayed was also miffed when another media friendly, former MSDNC host, Mehdi Hasan, repeatedly questioned him on why he called himself a physician when he wasn’t one. Again, the agitated candidate played word games, stating that “At the end of the day, it’s not about whether or not I’m a physician or a doctor.”

The four Minnesota officials who voted to pardon Tou Lue Vang, an illegal alien from Laos convicted of child rape, cited “immigration concerns” and rehabilitation as reasons for their decision, according to documents from the Minnesota Clemency Review Commission reviewed by Fox News.

The vote was 4-2 to recommend the pardon. The Minnesota Board of Pardons, made up of Gov. Tim Walz, Attorney General Keith Ellison, and Minnesota Supreme Court Chief Justice Natalie Hudson, granted Vang a full pardon, giving him a clean slate.

On Friday, Secretary of State Marco Rubio said that the U.S. deported Vang, despite receiving a pardon from those officials.

Brett Shumate, who serves as the assistant attorney general for the Department of Justice (DOJ) Civil Division, celebrated the court win on Thursday, July 9. This is a victory not only for the Trump administration, which is trying to enforce laws at the state level against law-breaking foreigners, but also for American taxpayers, who perforce contribute to public universities that then give special deals to illegal aliens. Meanwhile, many Americans can’t afford to attend college.

When Lorenzo Salgado Araujo arrived at a Houston hospital after being shot by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent Tuesday, he was admitted as a John Doe.

The federal agents may not have known his name when they set out to the predominantly Latino East End neighborhood to apprehend immigrants that day, but they were extremely aware of who Salgado was as they stripped him of any form of identification and his belongings after shooting him. That move kept his family from claiming his body, according to news reports.

“That is Soviet gestapo tactics when you want to hide a crime or victim,” Juan Proaño, chief executive of the League of United Latin American Citizens, said in a conversation with Daily Kos. The organization is supporting the Salgado family in their quest for answers.

In what appears to be a move to save an illegal alien from deportation, Tim Walz has pardoned an illegal alien convicted of raping a child. Per The New York Post:

Minnesota officials, including Democrat Gov. Tim Walz, last month pardoned an illegal immigrant who was previously convicted of sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl and who was slated to be deported.

With the recommendation of the Minnesota Clemency Review Commission (CRC), the Minnesota Board of Pardons — led by Walz, state Attorney General Keith Ellison and state Chief Justice Natalie Hudson — granted a pardon for Laos national Tou Lue Vang, 42, at its June 10 meeting, according to a letter informing Vang of the decision from Carli Stark, the executive director of the state CRC.

The pardon essentially gives Vang a clean slate.

“Being granted a pardon is a notable achievement and a reflection of the work you have done since your conviction,” Stark wrote in her letter to Vang.

Hostile bystanders also gathered at the scene, harassing ICE agents as they worked to apprehend the subject.

An illegal immigrant disarmed a Boston US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent during a targeted enforcement operation on Wednesday in Massachusetts. The subject pulled a firearm out of an agent’s holster during a chaotic scuffle as he resisted arrest, video shows.

Federal law enforcement sources told The Post Millennial that the subject is a previously deported criminal foreign national. The incident occurred on Main Street in Everett, MA, a town located just north of the sanctuary city of Boston.

Video footage taken by a bystander captured the intense physical confrontation. Multiple ICE officers could be observed subduing the resisting subject on the ground beside a pickup truck on a residential street.

According to a report from the New York Times, ICE detained more than 10,000 individuals over the last five days of June. This figure reflects a doubling of the daily arrest rate to approximately 2,000 arrests per day, compared to roughly 1,000 per day earlier in the year.

Arrests reached a peak of more than 2,400 on one Saturday during this period, according to documents reviewed by the outlet.

“Chief Day’s office even directs people who witness ICE activity to call an organization that advocates for ICE’s abolishment,” the letter states.

The US House Judiciary Committee has accused Portland Police Chief Bob Day, Multnomah County District Attorney Nathan Vasquez, and Sheriff Morrissey O’Donnell of endangering the public by refusing to cooperate with US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), thus allowing illegal aliens “to freely operate, terrorize local communities, and reoffend without consequences.”

These three officials received congressional letters dated June 23 regarding their handling of arrests and cases involving foreign nationals, which the committee claimed violated federal immigration laws.

The committee asked the sheriff’s office, the district attorney’s office, and the Portland Police Bureau to provide all communications, as well as policies and procedures, related to ICE and immigration dating back to January 1, 2022. The letter demands a response by July 7.

Oregon’s Sanctuary Promise Act prohibits state and local law enforcement from cooperating with federal immigration-related matters. This includes not disclosing a suspect’s immigration status or information to federal officials, limiting immigration arrests to specific locations, and prohibiting compliance with ICE detainers, which are official holds on criminal illegal aliens with ICE requesting notification before they are released from jail.

Haitians and Syrians with Temporary Protection Status had been prevented from being deported by a lower Federal court ruling. That ruling was overturned by SCOTUS in a 6-3 decision. Justice Samuel Alito wrote in the decision, “The TPS statute plainly bars consideration of respondents’ nonconstitutional claims.”

Felix Jeronimo-Rojas is a criminal illegal alien from Mexico who entered our nation illegally five times. If that wasn’t bad enough, Jeronimo-Rojas was recently sentenced to five years in prison for a heinous act on New York City’s subway system. He pleaded guilty to all charges.

Jeronimo-Rojas was arrested after he raped and robbed the body of a man who died on the subway system. Now the state of New York is possibly going ot release this monster from jail.

Here’s more:

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) blasted New York Gov. Kathy Hochul and New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani over “sanctuary” policies, demanding the two honor an Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainer for an illegal migrant convicted of raping a corpse.

Felix Jeronimo-Rojas, 44, was sentenced to five years in prison on Wednesday for sexually assaulting and raiding the pockets of 37-year-old Jorge Gonzalez while he sat dead on the R train near Lower Manhattan’s Whitehall Street station, according to the New York Post.

The Mexican national pled guilty to the charges.

“This sicko robbed and raped the corpse of a dead man on a New York City subway,” said Lauren Bis, acting assistant secretary for public affairs at the DHS. “ICE lodged a detainer asking Gov. Kathy Hochul and New York sanctuary politicians to commit to not releasing this criminal illegal alien after his prison sentence. We need cooperation from sanctuary politicians to ensure depraved criminals like this are not released into our communities.”

The U.S. Supreme Court upheld President Donald Trump’s efforts to revoke temporary status for foreign nationals in the United States on Thursday. The decision was 6-3, with Justices Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, and Ketanji Brown Jackson in the dissent.

The ruling in the consolidated cases Mullin v. Doe and Trump v. Miot dates back to Trump’s bid to revoke Temporary Protected Status (TPS) from large swaths of Syrian and Haitian nationals residing in America under the program. As The Federalist previously reported, the challengers contesting the president’s decision argued that the statutory provisions governing TPS “do not bar courts from reviewing an administration’s actions on the program and that the government is required to undertake certain steps (ex. consultation and assessment of a country’s conditions) before implementing such policies.”

And with two major immigration decisions going for the Department of Homeland Security on Thursday, lefty media stooges are, of course, roaring like a Shakespearean tempest.

To clarify a few facts first, the majority opinion in Mullin v. Doe (which is causing particular fury) was in favor of acknowledging that Temporary Protected Status (TPS) should be just that — temporary. The Supreme Court also rejected the claim that the Trump administration was targeting certain racial groups or that hundreds of thousands of Haitians should receive TPS 16 years after the earthquake that triggered the designation. Syrians, likewise, face a concerning but different situation back home now than they did in 2012 when their TPS started. None of those facts is influencing the MSM and Democrat meltdown.
