The Delaware Legislature has rejected a bill that would have legalized so-called physician-assisted suicide. The bill was defeated on June 20 in the Senate after passing the House in April.

The turning point for the bill came from an investigative report that shows physician-assisted suicide laws always start with limited scope but are continuously increased to include more and more exceptions and include more and more groups that could be eligible for “legalized suicide.”

Nearly every state that has legalized assisted suicide has expanded their laws.

On Wednesday, June 12, the Delaware State Senate debated assisted suicide Bill HB 140. The last online presenter was Kim Callinan, the President of the assisted suicide group, Compassion & Choices. In her presentation Callinan lied three times about key issues.

The first lie was that there have been no abuses of the law.

An article by Jennifer Brown that was published in the Colorado Sun on March 14 reported that Dr. Jennifer Gaudiani, an internal medicine doctor who specializes in eating disorders published a paper on how she prescribed assisted suicide for three people with anorexia nervosa in Colorado. Gaudiani approves assisted suicide for Anorexia Nervosa by falsely defining the condition as terminal.

Kevin Dias, the Chief Legal Advocacy Officer for Compassion & Choices  responded to the Colorado Sun article by stating that:

Medical aid-in-dying laws apply only to mentally capable, terminally ill patients with six months or less to live who are able to self-ingest the medication. Any deviation from these requirements violates the law and places physicians, family members and others in regulatory, civil and criminal jeopardy. This law does not and was never intended to apply to a person whose only diagnosis is anorexia nervosa.

A far-left Nevada Judge, Mary Kay Holthus, could not bring herself to violate the rule of law in order to proceed with a lawfare case targeting GOP alternate electors for prosecution. The judge dismissed the case because the alleged crime did not happen in her far-left-dominated county, but rather it occurred in a GOP stronghold county.

The prosecution appears to have wanted to ram through the case in a DNC friendly county knowing it would have a hard time getting Republicans to violate the Rule of Law. The statute of limitations has now expired, meaning the prosecutors cannot legally continue to pursue this case unless they want to openly defy America’s Rule of Law for the good of the insurrectionist party, the DNC.

A Nevada judge has dismissed the alternate electors’ case against allies of Donald Trump in Nevada over concerns with jurisdiction. Judge Mary Kay Holthus dismissed the charges against the six Nevada Republicans in the decision.

On Friday morning, Judge Mary Kay Holthus told prosecutors that she remained unconvinced that Clark County was the appropriate jurisdiction to hear the case. “You have literally, in my opinion, a crime that has occurred in another jurisdiction,” Holthus stated. “It’s so appropriately up north and so appropriately not here,” according to The Daily Indy.

If you need proof that America’s leaders are not American at all, news of China being allowed to purchase hundreds of thousands of acres of farmland near U’S bases across the country, from North Carolina to California.

The report came from the NY Post, which also published a map showing all the states the Chinese have invaded with the complicity of seditionists within our own government, at the local, state, and federal levels.

Chinese entities own farmland near 19 United States military bases across the nation, according to a recent report from the New York Post.

The news outlet released a map showing the locations of the China-owned land in the U.S. and their proximity to some of the nation’s most strategically important bases. The Post noted that some of the sites include Fort Liberty in Fayetteville, North Carolina; Fort Cavazos in Killeen, Texas; Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton in San Diego, California; and MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida.

‘The Chinese are, or will, use this farmland to learn more about US military capabilities, movements, and technology.’

Robert S. Spalding III, a retired U.S. Air Force brigadier general, told the Post that the lands’ “proximity to strategic locations” is “concerning.”

The state of Idaho’s top potato producer has been served notice by the Biden administration that it needs to cut off its water resources ostensibly because the administration claims they need to preserve their underground water reserves for other states to use.

The move is sure to shut down all of the farms, along with may commercial ventures, a move that seems the actual intention of the order, which some are reading as just another overt act of insurrection by a criminal operation working in collusion with America’s enemies to destroy the Democrats’ shared enemy, the American republic.

“We just got our curtailment letter from the Idaho Department of Water Resources and they’re telling us we have to shut our eight wells off.”

“The reservoirs are full, yet we’re being told we cannot water 500,000 acres of crops”

“Thing. If you decide that you’re just gonna keep watering, they’re going to fine you $300 per acre. Well, if you’re just growing a crop like hay, it doesn’t make $300 an acre. You’re just gonna lose money on that.”

Biological cheater William Thomas, who declared he was a woman so he could go from the bottom 100 in college swimming to the top in college swimming, was informed by the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Switzerland that his petition to cheat against women in the Olympics was not going to happen.

Thomas was hoping to have a court overturn a policy from World Aquatics banning men from participating against women in swimming even if the man is now larping as a woman. The organization said. “A biological female athlete cannot overcome that advantage through training or nutrition. Nor can they take additional testosterone to obtain the same advantage, because testosterone is a prohibited substance under the World Anti-Doping Code… World Aquatics should remain committed to the separation of athletes in sport into men’s and women’s categories based on biological sex.”

The Swiss-based Court of Arbitration for Sport rejected a challenge on Wednesday brought by Lia Thomas against World Aquatics’ ban on transgender athletes participating in the women’s category at elite swimming competitions, thus barring him from participating in the 2024 Summer Olympics.

The court’s rejection is a massive win for women’s sports and a major defeat for transgender athletes’ attempts to subvert biological reality.

World Aquatics’ transgender policy prohibits male athletes from competing against women, stating male-to-female transgender athletes are only granted permission to compete in the women’s category “if they can establish to World Aquatics’ comfortable satisfaction that they have not experienced any part of male puberty beyond Tanner Stage 2 or before age 12, whichever is later.”
