Detectives investigated, and eventually found the person had moved from Pasco to Oregon, but a Washington ballot was sent to their previous address in Pasco. However, that ballot had been filled out, sent to the auditor’s office, and counted in the election, FCSO officials said. The FCSO also said detectives found three more ballots sent to the same apartment building were suspicious.
