President Trump told reporters on Monday about the falling out he had with disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein years ago that led him to ban the convicted sex trafficker from Mar-a-Lago. Trump also proudly proclaimed that he had turned down “the privilege” of ever traveling to Epstein’s infamous “Pedo Island.”

“I didn’t want to go to his island” Trump said.

The president was asked about Epstein as he sat for a bilateral meeting with U.K. Prime Minister Keir Starmer in Turnberry, Scotland, Monday morning.

Trump irritably called the Democrats’ sudden interest in the Epstein Files “a hoax that has been built up way beyond proportion,” and argued that if there was any damning information in the files about himself, it would already be in the public domain.

“Those files were run by the worst scum on earth,” Trump said, referring to the Biden Department of Justice. “If they had anything, I assume they would have released it. The whole thing is a hoax,” the president insisted.

Trump also told reporters that it was possible that Democrats could have “easily put something in the files that’s a phony.”

The petition argues procedural errors and challenges the legal basis of her conviction.

Ghislaine Maxwell has formally filed a petition with the US Supreme Court seeking to overturn her 2021 conviction on sex trafficking charges.

“We are appealing not only to the Supreme Court, but to the president himself, to recognize how unjust it is to scapegoat Ghislaine Maxwell for Epstein’s crimes, especially when the government promised she would not be prosecuted,” a representative for Maxwell said, according to CNN.

Maxwell’s lawyers argue that Maxwell’s conviction violates an agreement Epstein made in 2008 that shielded coconspirators from prosecution.

According to trial evidence and court documents, Maxwell helped Epstein recruit and groom young girls—some as young as 14—for sexual abuse between 1994 and 2004. Prosecutors said she used gifts, outings, and emotional manipulation to gain the girls’ trust, gradually desensitizing them to inappropriate conduct. Maxwell was often present for the abuse and in some cases participated directly, including in group sexualized massages. Victims were abused at Epstein’s homes in New York, Florida, and New Mexico, as well as at Maxwell’s London residence.

Crime numbers are falling across the country, and the drop aligns with President Donald Trump’s crackdown on illegal immigration.

A newly released report from the Council on Criminal Justice shows that crime is now down across much of America.

However, what the report fails to openly acknowledge is the critical role Trump’s tough immigration enforcement policies have played in driving these improvements.

This is no coincidence.

Trump’s steadfast approach to upholding existing laws has proven that America doesn’t need more regulations; we just need leaders with the resolve to enforce the laws we already have.

According to the report, homicides have dropped 17% in the first half of 2025 compared to the same period last year.

On Saturday, RedState reported on a mass stabbing incident that happened at a Traverse City, Michigan, Walmart in which a man began randomly lunging at people with a “folding-style knife” in hand just before 5 pm local time.

11 people were injured after the suspect, now identified as 42-year-old Afton man Bradford James Gille, began his rampage near the check out lines.

According to Grand Traverse County Sheriff Michael D. Shea, “citizen involvement” was critical in apprehending the suspect.  “This was a joint effort all the way through to, as I mentioned, the citizens, and thankfully, no one else was injured,” Shea noted during a Saturday evening presser.

In one of the most aggressive and successful anti-child exploitation crackdowns in U.S. history, President Trump’s Justice Department has revealed the results of Operation Grayskull, a sweeping, international strike that dismantled four high-traffic dark web platforms trafficking violent child sexual abuse materials, exposing a digital cesspool that included over 120,000 registered users and millions of illicit files.

To date, 18 individuals have been convicted in federal court, receiving a combined 300+ years in prison.

The Justice Department detailed how Thomas Peter Katsampes, 52, of Minnesota, became a staff member on one of these despicable sites, personally distributing CSAM, guiding others on how to do so, and helping manage operations. He was sentenced to over 20 years in prison, lifetime supervision, and forced to pay restitution to his victims.

A man allegedly shouted “I’ve got a bomb!” aboard a plane flying roughly an hour from President Trump’s location in Scotland Sunday.

In a post-9/11 world, stories such as this one are a terrifying reality.

The man also reportedly yelled “Death to Trump!” and “Allahu Akbar!” before fellow passengers took him down on an easyJet flight from London to Glasgow.

The New York Post reported that the incident occurred just one hour after the plane took off and just an hour from Trump’s Turnberry golf course.

In all honesty, this guy was never going to hijack the plane. We trust pilots, flight crews, and the heroes aboard who so often don’t hesitate to act, and our air marshals when flights are stateside.

But what the unnamed perp did accomplish was terrorizing an entire cabin of innocent people.

He claimed he wasn’t trying to kill Trump. He just wanted to “send a message.”

A majority favor deporting migrants who are residing in the country illegally — another sign voters back President Donald Trump’s deportation agenda — a Marquette survey reveals.

Trump long ran on securing the southern border and deporting illegal aliens, and as he has continued to make good on that promise, he continues to have the public’s backing.

According to the survey, 57 percent across the board favor deporting immigrants who are in the U.S. illegally, compared to 43 percent who oppose. However, opinions vary on party lines.

An overwhelming majority of Republicans favor deporting illegal migrants — 93 percent. However, support among independents has fallen, as 41 percent now support deporting illegal migrants, compared to 59 percent who now oppose. This represents a significant shift from the results in May, which showed 61 percent of independents supporting deporting illegal immigrants.

‘Findings suggest structural racism operates differently for white vs minoritized groups,’ researchers say

A new study which found racial minorities living in poor areas actually have a lower risk of mental health problems relating to pregnancy compared to their similarly situated white counterparts shows racism is a “complex” topic, according to the authors.

This paper, published in Social Science and Medicine, hypothesized that residing in “structurally deprived neighborhoods” would be associated with a higher risk of hospital-reported “perinatal mental disorders” for minority populations, while no such association would exist for white mothers due to systemic racism.

“Perinatal” generally refers to the time soon before a birth and up to a year after giving birth.

However, the paper’s authors found that for black, Asian, and Pacific Islander mothers, living in poorer neighborhoods was associated with a lower risk of pregnancy-related mental health problems and that the opposite was true for white mothers.

“Our findings reveal a complex association between structural racism and hospital-reported PMD,” the authors wrote.

President Donald Trump is reportedly “furious” about the incessant questions he continues to receive on his decades-old relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, a sentiment that boiled over during an appearance in Scotland on Monday.

A question from the traveling White House press corps set off Trump, who truculently attacked Epstein as a “creep” who was thrown out of Mar-a-Lago after harassing women at his golf resort.

“I threw Epstein out. Persona non grata. And that was it. I’m glad I did. And by the way, I never went to the island. And Bill Clinton went there supposedly 28 times,” he said angrily.

Trump’s answer harkens back to last week’s revelation that President Clinton allegedly contributed to a booklet of well-wishes presented to Epstein for his 50th birthday. Clinton is said to have praised Epstein for his “childlike curiosity,” according to the Wall Street Journal.

“It’s reassuring isn’t it, to have lasted as long, across all the years of learning and knowing, adventures and [illegible word], and also to have your childlike curiosity, the drive to make a difference and the solace of friends,” Clinton’s letter allegedly reads.

A spokesman said Clinton “knows nothing about the terrible crimes Jeffrey Epstein pleaded guilty to in Florida some years ago, or those with which he has been recently charged in New York,” according to a statement.

Homicides and other types of violent crime are dropping precipitously in the crime-ridden city of Baltimore. It started shortly after voters fired their progressive Soros-backed prosecutor in 2022—and experts say that’s no coincidence.

Baltimore’s homicide rate soared after state’s attorney Marilyn Mosby took office in 2015 on a progressive platform of refusing to prosecute low-level crimes while aggressively charging police officers including those involved in the death of Freddie Gray, a black man who died from injuries sustained while in custody. Those officers were ultimately acquitted, but Mosby’s policies still had a chilling effect on the Baltimore Police Department. Arrests plummeted under Mosby’s watch as homicides jumped from an average of 229 per year before she took office to 333 per year during her eight years as state’s attorney, according to figures compiled by the Heritage Foundation.

By July 2022, Baltimore voters had enough. Mosby lost her primary election to her Democratic challenger, Ivan Bates, who pledged to reverse her progressive non-prosecution policies and put in place harsher penalties for repeat violent offenses and illegal gun possession.

By all appearances, it worked.

Maxwell, Jeffery Epstein’s former confidante and girlfriend, is currently serving a 20-year sentence for sex trafficking.

In a letter to Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche, obtained by the Washington Examiner, Durbin said the DOJ should not commit to offering a pardon or commutation of Maxwell’s sentence in exchange for information, crediting “serious questions about the potential for a corrupt bargain between the Trump administration and Ghislaine Maxwell.”

Durbin’s letter was also co-signed by Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI), another member of the Judiciary Committee.

However, since Democrats are in the minority and have no subpoena power, the letter may carry little weight with Blanche. The letter reflected how Democrats are trying to keep pressure on the Trump administration over the Epstein files, a matter that has upset many of President Donald Trump’s supporters.

The letter from Durbin said the meetings between Blanche and Maxwell were “highly unusual” and should have been conducted by line prosecutors with more knowledge of the case and those who better understand whether Maxwell was lying or telling the truth.

Durbin wrote that because Blanche conducted the interviews, it led him and Whitehouse to believe they were “another tactic to distract from DOJ’s failure to fulfill Attorney General Bondi’s commitment that the American people would see ‘the full Epstein files.’”

A Democratic member of Congress said the quiet part out loud over the weekend, admitting that prominent party officials knew the Trump-Russia collusion allegation was a hoax but chose to pursue it anyway in order to hamstring Trump at the start of his first administration.

The offhand remark by Rep. Jason Crow (D-WI) on “Fox News Sunday” was flagged by conservative legal scholar Jonathan Turley, who called the admission “damning” in light of “falsehoods” being promulgated by U.S. Sen. Adam Schiff (D-CA) and others.

“That is a particularly telling and frank[ly] damning statement since figures like Adam Schiff were out spreading the false collusion claims,” Turley wrote on X.

In a column, the George Washington University law professor described the Trump administration’s effort to tell “the story of the real Russian conspiracy: how high-ranking officials in the Obama Administration seeded this false claim with the help of an eager, unquestioning press corps.”

“Not surprisingly, the media (which spent years repeating the false Russian collusion claims) is doing a full-court press to kill the story. Yet, many of these key figures are retaining counsel in anticipation of the unfolding investigation. Many previously secured contracts with MSNBC or CNN, or book deals, where they doubled down on the false claims detailed in these new documents,” he wrote.

Donald Trump‘s lawyers are asking a federal court for a quick deposition of media mogul Rupert Murdoch in the president’s defamation lawsuit over a Wall Street Journal article about his relationship with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Trump’s lawyers request in the filing in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida that the court compel the owner of the Wall Street Journal to be deposed within 15 days, in part because of his advanced age. The filing argues Murdoch, 94, “is believed to have suffered recent significant health scares,” which underscores the urgency of having him testify quickly.

“Taken together, these factors weigh heavily in determining that Murdoch would be unavailable for in-person testimony at trial,” the filing reads.

The Trump lawyers allege Murdoch should be compelled to testify because he spoke to Trump about the story before it was published and is “widely known for having a hands-on approach over editorial decisions related to News Corp’s periodicals.”

“Because Defendants published the Article after President Trump spoke directly with Murdoch and advised him that the letter referenced in the Article was fake, Murdoch’s direct involvement further underscores Defendants’ actual malice and intent behind the decision to publish the false, defamatory, disparaging, and inflammatory statements about President Trump identified in the Complaint,” the filing reads.

The Trump administration is set to boycott a high-level summit on Palestinian statehood, co-sponsored by France and Saudi Arabia, scheduled to take place at United Nations headquarters in New York City on Monday.

The event was originally planned for June with French President Emmanuel Macron in attendance but was postponed due to the 12-day war between Israel and Iran. Representatives from more than 50 nations are expected to speak at the High-level International Conference for the Peaceful Settlement of the Question of Palestine, with dozens of additional countries listed as participants.

Reuters reported last month that a U.S. diplomatic cable had urged governments to skip the “counterproductive” U.N. event, which Washington described as an obstacle to efforts to end the war in Gaza.

“The fact that the French and the Saudis could not be dissuaded from manufacturing this latest stumbling block to peace is a finger in the eye to President Trump,” Anne Bayefsky, president of Human Rights Voices and director of the Touro Institute on Human Rights and the Holocaust, told Fox News Digital.

A Massachusetts district judge blocked the Trump administration on Monday from effectively defunding Planned Parenthood for a year.

Judge Indira Talwani ruled that the withholding of Medicaid funds possibly violated the First Amendment’s right of association, according to court documents. The case stems from a provision in Trump’s tax bill that eliminates Medicaid reimbursements to abortion providers that received more than $800,000 in Medicaid reimbursements in 2023 for one year, regardless of the other services the provider offered.

“The court’s order does not require the federal government to spend money not already appropriated for Medicaid or any other funds,” Talwani wrote. “Instead, this order grants preliminary relief that prevents Defendants from targeting a specific group of entities — Planned Parenthood Federation Members — for exclusion from reimbursements under the Medicaid program where Plaintiffs have established a substantial likelihood that they will succeed in establishing that such targeted exclusion violated the United States Constitution, and where Plaintiffs satisfy the remaining requirements to obtain a preliminary injunction.”

Planned Parenthood Federation of America, Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts and Planned Parenthood Association of Utah filed a joint lawsuit against Robert F. Kennedy Jr, the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), following the passage of Trump’s tax bill.

Last week, the Department of Justice (DOJ), along with the FBI, announced that it had finally completed a five-year program called Operation Grayskull. The results were the dismantling of four absolutely horrific dark websites that contained child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and the convictions of 18 individuals who will serve over 300 years in prison collectively.

According to CBS, these websites attracted over 120,000 members and received 100,000 visits per day. They contained millions of CSAM files.

The 18 men who were prosecuted were found guilty on charges including conspiracy to advertise child pornography, advertisement of child pornography, and possession of child pornography, and their sentences range from five years and a few months up to life in federal prison. They’ve also been ordered to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars in restitution to the victims.

One of those men is William Michael Spearman, a man in his late fifties who resides in Madison, Ala. Or he did. He has since been sentenced to life in prison. The DOJ calls him the “lead administrator” of one of the websites that specifically posted CSAM and torture media involving toddlers and infants. He “managed numerous other ‘staff’ members, directed them on how to help run the site, recommended other users for promotion, kept records of child sexual abuse material advertised and distributed over the site, presided over staff meetings, praised and scolded users, and counseled users and other managers about the functions and expectations of the website,” according to the federal agency.

Money talks, and Columbia University finally admitted that on Wednesday, after a stunning settlement with the Trump administration was announced.

As Redstate reported, the Ivy League school has been a hotbed of pro-Hamas activity, including antisemitic harassment and violence. In the Spring of 2024, just as the presidential campaign was ramping up, terror supporters took over Hamilton Hall, barricading themselves inside and claiming to have liberated it. For months on end, radicals waving “Palestinian” flags occupied the main grounds, refusing to let Jews pass.

All the while, Columbia administrators sought appeasement instead of order. It took Mayor Eric Adams giving the NYPD the green light to finally clear Hamilton Hall, but because of New York’s far-left prosecutors, few people were punished. It was during this time that Mahmoud Khalil, a Syrian national whom the Trump administration is currently trying to deport for his pro-terrorism ties, became a known figure.

While Joe Biden took no action, and if anything helped egg on the antisemitic, pro-terror chaos, the next president had other ideas, with the Trump White House immediately starting an investigation. Before long, the consequences arrived in the form of stripping hundreds of millions of dollars in future grant money from Columbia.

President Donald Trump said on Friday that he was contemplating sending rebate checks to Americans using tariff revenue.

The U.S. government ran a $27 billion budget surplus in June, fueled partly by record tariff revenue, which exceeded $100 billion for the first time in a fiscal year, Reuters reported. When a reporter asked Trump at the White House if there was a chance of a rebate for Americans due to the revenue, the president said his administration was prioritizing paying off debt, but that a small rebate for some Americans was possible. Columbia University’s famed pro-Palestinian activist Mahmoud Khalil said it is “absurd” and “disingenuous” to ask him if he condemns the terrorist group Hamas.

Khalil repeatedly avoided answering the direct question during a recent interview on CNN. The Trump administration tried to deport Khalil and accused him of lying on his visa application after he omitted his work with the United Nations Relief and Works Agency.

The Trump administration is also seeking to deport Khalil, an Algerian national, on the grounds he is sympathetic to Hamas and is promoting antisemitism.

“Just to be clear here, do you specifically condemn Hamas, a designated terrorist organization in the United States, not just for their action on Oct. 7?” CNN’s Pamela Brown asked Khalil on Tuesday.

“I condemn the killing of all civilians, full stop,” Khalil said. Brown asked again, but Khalil kept talking.

“To me, it‘s always, as I said, disingenuous and absurd to ask such questions when literally 62,000 Palestinians have been killed by Israel,” he said. “And that‘s why I wouldn‘t really engage much into such questions on condemnation or not. Because selective condemnation wouldn‘t get us anywhere. It’s just like [hypocritical] to be honest.”

“Jessica is a caring mom of five who is now free to adopt after Oregon officials excluded her because of her common-sense belief that a girl cannot become a boy or vice versa.”

A federal court of appeals has sided with an Oregon woman who sued the state over an adoption rule by the Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) that went against her Christian beliefs. The woman was seeking to adopt children and prevented from doing so by LGBTQ laws.

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals issued a preliminary injunction barring the ODHS from applying Oregon Administrative Rule Section 413- 200-0308(2)(k) to Jessica Bates while the lawsuit plays out in lower courts.

The rule states that those seeking to foster or adopt children in the state must “Respect, accept and support the race, ethnicity, cultural identities, national origin, immigration status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, disabilities, spiritual beliefs, and socioeconomic status, of a child or young adult in the care or custody of the Department, and provide opportunities to enhance the positive self-concept and understanding of the child or young adult’s heritage.”

In announcing last week that there has been an 830 percent increase in violence against federal immigration agents, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) placed the blame squarely on false media reports and unhinged claims by left-wing politicians.

They’re absolutely right.

All we’ve heard for months from Democrat members of Congress, governors, mayors, and other radical politicians are exaggerations, incitement, and flat-out lies about the federal effort to legally deport criminal aliens and all we’ve seen in response are daily riots, protests, and direct attacks against both Immigration Custom, and Enforcement (ICE) agents and Customs and Border Patrol (CPB) officers.

And the mainstream media has been only too happy to parrot that dangerous rhetoric while also largely ignoring their own role in bringing about harm to law enforcement officers.

While the committee updated the policy on June 18, it was not made public until this week.

The change was made with little publicity, and the policy update was so understated it would be difficult to detect without it being pointed out.

In Section 3.3 of the 27-page document, the committee added an addendum entitled “Additional Requirements” which states:

“The USOPC is committed to protecting opportunities for athletes participating in sport. The USOPC will continue to collaborate with various stakeholders with oversight responsibilities, e.g., IOC, IPC, NGBs, to ensure that women have a fair and safe competition environment consistent with Executive Order 14201 and the Ted Stevens Olympic & Amateur Sports Act.”

DAMASCUS, Syria (AP) — A raid by U.S.-led forces in northwestern Syria on Friday killed a senior leader in the Islamic State militant group, the U.S. military said Friday.

The U.S. Central Command said in a statement that it had killed IS leader Dhiya Zawba Muslih al-Hardan and his two adult sons, who were also affiliated with the group, early Friday in a raid in the town of al-Bab, in Syria’s Aleppo province.

It said the men “posed a threat to U.S. and Coalition Forces, as well as the new Syrian Government,” adding that three women and three children at the site were not harmed.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a U.K.-based war monitor, said the raid was carried out through an airdrop of forces, the first of its kind to be carried out by the U.S.-led coalition against IS this year, and that ground forces from both the Syrian government’s General Security forces and the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces participated.

The observatory said the operation was “preceded by a tight security cordon around the targeted site, a heavy deployment of forces on the ground, and the presence of coalition helicopters in the airspace of the area.”

A stage of the Tour de France has been shortened to avoid a herd of diseased cows, organisers said.

Stage 19 of the 21-stage competition through the mountains from Albertville to La Plagne was cut from nearly 130km to 95km (81 miles to 59 miles), eliminating two of the five planned climbs.

Organisers shortened the stage due to an outbreak of “contagious nodular dermatitis” found in a herd of cows in Col des Saisies, a 13.7km (8.5-mile) climb.

“The discovery of an outbreak of contagious nodular dermatitis affecting cattle in a herd located specifically in the Col des Saisies has necessitated the culling of the animals,” the organisers of the Tour de France, ASO, said in a statement late Thursday.
