A thousand days have passed since girls in Afghanistan were banned from attending secondary schools, according to the U.N. children’s agency, which said Thursday that “no country can move forward when half its population is left behind.”

UNICEF Executive Director Catherine Russell in a statement urged Taliban authorities to allow all children to resume learning immediately, and called on the international community to support Afghan girls, who she said need it more than ever. The agency estimates that more than 1 million girls are affected.

The U.N. has warned that the ban on girls’ education remains the Taliban’s biggest obstacle to gaining recognition as the legitimate rulers of Afghanistan.

Obama Looks Stunned As Biden Incoherently Rambles In Unearthed Clip

President Joe Biden appeared notably disjointed during his remarks at an event on Sunday, prompting visible astonishment from former President Barack Obama in a recently surfaced video clip from their high-profile Los Angeles fundraiser. The event, aimed at drumming up support for Biden’s 2024 reelection campaign, inadvertently showed a series of verbal missteps from Biden that have fueled critiques about his fitness for office.

During his address, Biden made a confusing remark about the nation’s unemployment rates, initially claiming, “We have the highest unemployment” in 50 years, before quickly correcting himself to highlight a record low unemployment rate.

The slip, coupled with his awkward phrasing about job descriptions  — was met with a bewildered expression from Obama, captured vividly on camera.

The fundraiser, which also featured celebrity moderator Jimmy Kimmel and raised over $30 million for Biden’s campaign, was intended to highlight the successes of the current administration and the critical nature of the upcoming election. However, Biden’s rambling and the viral clip of Obama’s reaction have overshadowed the event’s achievements, providing ammunition for Republicans and social media users to question Biden’s clarity and capability, or lack thereof.

Record 57% of asylum seekers had no ID to date in 2024

As huge numbers of migrants continue to enter Germany this year, a record number of them have no identification papers, making deporting these newcomers a near-impossible task.

So far in 2024, 57 percent of asylum seekers — up from 48 percent in 2023 — had no identification to prove their identity, their age, or their country of origin, according to data from the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF).

According to German newspaper Welt, approximately 100,000 migrants entered Germany illegally between January and May, and well over half of them had no passport or national ID.

A lack of identification offers a huge advantage to illegal migrants, as Germany is almost always unable to deport these foreigners. German authorities simply do not know their country of origin, and the countries where these migrants come from will almost never accept a citizen back if they do not have a passport.

Germany currently has 250,000 migrants it would like to deport; however, from January to April this year, only 6,300 of these migrants were actually deported.

Not fleeing war or persecution, but almost never deported

Notably, pro-migrant groups say it is easy to have a passport or ID lost in the process of fleeing war or persecution, but the data from Turkish nationals tells a different story. Only 1 out of 10 Turkish nationals are offered asylum rights in Germany by officials, The reason? The vast majority of them are not fleeing war or persecution. Despite that, 57.5 percent of Turks entering the country illegally do not have any identification papers with them.

Turks are now also the third-largest group of illegal migrants entering Germany, after Syrians and Afghans.

An official from the BAMF who spoke with Welt on the condition of anonymity said that the fact that Turkey is an “OECD and NATO member state” that has “a large number of citizens without any identity papers is absurd.” In fact, Turkey has a strict law that “every Turkish citizen is obliged to have an identity card.” Turks are also not allowed to access services or send their children to school without identification papers.

Another official who deals with deportations told Welt that the majority of Turks can “hardly report anything substantial” during asylum hearings to prove they were fleeing persecution. However, hardly any of these rejected Turks are ever deported.

“As long as we cannot present a passport to the Turkish side, nothing will happen,” said the authority.

Another federal air officer who works on the flights deporting migrants said: “I’m telling you — if we don’t pay attention to who we bring in, we will never solve this through deportations, it is incredibly complicated.”

Notably, other countries, such as Ireland, are facing the same issues, with Ryan Air CEO Michael O’Leary stating that migrants are flushing their IDs down the drain on flights inbound to Ireland.

The practice of migrants discarding IDs on their journey to Europe is commonplace and has been ongoing for nearly a decade now. As Remix News reported in 2020, there are 400,000 migrants with the birthdate of January 1 in Germany due to the fact that all of these migrants entered Germany without IDs.

Migrants also benefit from being able to state their own age, with some of them claiming to be minors when they are actually adults. These migrants are even harder to deport, and they gain access to education and social benefits not available to older migrants. When migrants are tested by medical specialists, the vast majority of cases show they are older than their stated age.

Migration has cost Germany tremendous sums of money. Academic expert and economist Prof. Bernd Raffelhüschen from the University of Albert Ludwig University of Freiburg revealed that immigrants have already cost Germany €5.8 trillion due to social welfare, housing, and other services.

Elon Musk’s brain-implant startup Neuralink Corp. forced an employee to work with monkeys that carried the Herpes B virus in conditions in which the animals scratched her bare skin, according to a complaint filed Friday in state court in California.

The employee, Lindsay Short, said that once she transferred to the company’s Fremont, California, site in August 2022, she encountered “a work environment fraught with blame, shame, and impossible deadlines.” She said she was later fired after telling her supervisors that she was pregnant.

Short sued the company for retaliation, wrongful termination and discrimination based on her gender among other issues.

Neuralink didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment on the suit.

A family of six, including three children, were killed Friday by gunmen in the southern Mexico border state of Chiapas in a town marred by cartel-backed militia violence.

Julio Pérez, the mayor of the Chiapas town of Pantelho, said the killings happened there Friday, and called it “a massacre.” Two warring militia groups suspected of being backed by drug cartels have been battling for control of the town.

In a brief statement, the state prosecutor’s office said three suspects were arrested but neither the victims nor the detainees have been identified.

It was the latest in a string of mass killings in which hitmen have wiped out entire families in Mexico.

On Sunday, gunmen burst into a home in the north-central state of Guanajuato and killed four women and two children.

An Arizona man who planned to commit a mass shooting at an Atlanta rap concert as a way of inciting a “race war” has been indicted by a federal grand jury on hate crime and firearm charges.

The man, Mark Adams Prieto, hatched a plan in several discussions with two people working with the F.B.I. who posed as racist extremists to carry out a mass shooting targeting Black people and other people of color at a concert in Atlanta on May 14 and May 15, the Justice Department said on Tuesday.

Mr. Prieto intended for the shooting to incite a “race war” before the presidential election, prosecutors said in a news release.

Mr. Prieto, 58, was reported to the authorities last year by an acquaintance who said he had made concerning comments calling for mass shootings targeting Black people and others, according to officials.

If you have things like truth, facts, and logic on your side then letting someone speak who disagrees with you should be no problem. But the rainbow mob only has lies and ad hominem attacks on their side, which is why they freak out the moment someone contradicts their truth.

A school district in Manhattan was holding a meeting to discuss a measure that requires schools to hold a public hearing over their policy about trans sports.

According to The Daily Mail:

Since the measure was passed, trans advocates have shown up at each school board meeting to protest even discussing the possibility of moving forward with the review, which is what happened Wednesday night when anyone with an opposing view attempted to speak.

One video of the bizarre humming and howling performance given by the trans advocates – many of whom were in matching jeans and white t-shirts – showed that the woman whose voice they were drowning out is Amaya Perez, a black, bisexual woman who leads the NYC chapter of Gays Against Groomers.

An illegal alien killed Kate Steinle during the Obama presidency. Then, Laken Riley fell victim to the same criminal scum who illegally entered the United States. There are dozens more victims of illegal aliens who have come here to rape, murder, steal, and run amok in our streets. These aren’t asylum seekers, though that process has also been manipulated. In Harford County, Maryland, we have a new name to add to this tragic list: Rachel Morin, a mother of five, who was raped and murdered by an illegal alien from El Salvador (via Baltimore Sun):

A suspect in the killing of Bel Air mother Rachel Morin is in custody in Tulsa, Oklahoma, pending extradition to Maryland, Harford County Sheriff Jeffrey Gahler said at a news conference Saturday.

“Rachel’s murderer is no longer a free man and, hopefully, he will never have the opportunity to walk free again,” Gahler said.

Tulsa Police and federal authorities found Victor Antonio Martinez-Hernandez, 23, on Friday night and took him into custody for allegedly trespassing, Gahler said. The El Salvador native is being held without bond at a Tulsa County jail, accused of being a fugitive from justice, along with a hold from Maryland to face charges in Morin’s homicide and a detainer from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Martinez-Hernandez is charged with first-degree murder and first-degree rape in Morin’s death.

The number of Kenyans relocating to the US grew at the fastest pace in a decade in 2022, signalling growing opportunities for skilled and semi-skilled labour in the world’s largest economy.

Data from the American liberal think-tank Migration Policy Institute (MPI) indicates that Kenyan immigrants to the US in 2022 stood at 168,915, a 9.6 percent jump from the 154,062 recorded in 2021 when global economies were recovering from the Covid-19 pandemic.

The jump was the highest since the 15.9 percent recorded in 2011 when the number stood at 102,561 up from the 88,519 that had relocated in 2010.

The drift also comes as a result of a shrinking job market in the local economy, which has compelled labour providers to seek openings abroad.

CLEMSON, S.C., June 17, 2024 — It’s a one-two punch for students’ ability to speak out. Another leading South Carolina university has earned the top rating for free speech from the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression.

Clemson University is one of only two schools in South Carolina, and one of only 67 nationwide, that earns a “green light” rating from FIRE. Green light ratings are reserved for institutions with no written policies that seriously imperil student free speech rights.

“We are proud to be recognized by FIRE for our commitment to freedom of expression, individual rights and meaningful dialogue here at Clemson University,” said Clemson President Jim Clements. “Our dedication to ensuring our students, and all of our Tigers, have freedom of expression is a part of who we are and represents our University values and our culture.”

The U.S. Supreme Court has struck down the Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (AFT) regulation that effectively bans bump stocks by declaring them a machine gun. Even the wording of the regulation suggested that far more than bump stocks could be banned, as it considered anything that improves the trigger performance to be the same as a making the gun a machine gun.

The Supreme Court disagreed, with 6 Americans voting to strike down the measure and the 3 die-hard anti-Americanist judges predictably voting for it, given their awareness of the fact that without an unarmed population, their dystopian leftist nightmares can never full take hold in these STILL American lands. It goes without saying that an American congress would long have removed these anti-American judges, not just on SCOTUS, but throughout our infested court system.

he Supreme Court on Friday struck down a federal ban on bump stocks approved by former President Donald Trump, the latest opinion from the conservative court rolling back firearm regulations.

Justice Clarence Thomas wrote the opinion for a 6-3 court. The court’s liberal wing, led by Justice Sonia Sotomayor, dissented.

Trump had pushed for the ban in response to a 2017 mass shooting that killed 58 people at an outdoor music festival in Las Vegas. Bump stocks allow a shooter to convert a semi-automatic rifle into a weapon that can fire at a rate of hundreds of rounds a minute.

“A bump stock does not convert a semiautomatic rifle into a machinegun any more than a shooter with a lightning-fast trigger finger does,” Thomas wrote in his opinion. “Even with a bump stock, a semiautomatic rifle will fire only one shot for every ‘function of the trigger.’”

Speaker Johnson has stated he will be taking his case to the courts to force the DOJ to comply with both the subpoena Garland ordered and the House’s resolution calling for Garland to be prosecuted for contempt.

“It is sadly predictable that the Biden Administration’s Justice Department will not prosecute Garland for defying congressional subpoenas even though the department aggressively prosecuted Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro for the same thing,” the Speaker declared.

Speaker Mike Johnson said Friday that the House will go to court to enforce the subpoena against Attorney General Merrick Garland for access to President Joe Biden’s special counsel audio interview, hours after the Justice Department refused to prosecute Republicans’ contempt of Congress charge.

“It is sadly predictable that the Biden Administration’s Justice Department will not prosecute Garland for defying congressional subpoenas even though the department aggressively prosecuted Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro for the same thing,” Johnson said in a statement. “This is yet another example of the two-tiered system of justice brought to us by the Biden Administration.”

In a letter to Johnson earlier Friday, a Justice Department official cited the agency’s “longstanding position and uniform practice” to not prosecute officials who don’t comply with subpoenas because of a president’s claim of executive privilege.

The U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is claiming American plane manufacturer Boeing and European plane manufacturer Airbus may have fault planes that are flying ticking time bombs thanks to the defective titanium they purchased from China.

The FAA is claiming the faulty titanium came from Spirit AeroSystems, who built plane parts using titanium bought from China. They possess faked certification documents that show the company was sending out titanium parts that had not been properly certified as being up to industry standards. The FAA stated it has begun an investigation to determine the scope of the problem. The Alaska Airlines Boeing 737 door that came off during flight had parts on that door manufactured by the same company.

Airliners manufactured by Boeing and Airbus have components made from titanium that was sold with fake documentation.

The Federal Aviation Administration revealed the problem after Boeing reported it to the agency when it was notified by parts supplier Spirit AeroSystems.

Spirit is the same company that made the door on the 737 Max plane that suffered a door blowout on January 5 and began Boeing’s recent spate of problems.

Faked documentation certifying the authenticity of the titanium could mean it was not up to standard or tested to withstand the rigors of air travel.

The FAA said it was ‘investigating the scope and impact of the issue’ and how it could affect the safety of the unknown number of planes using the parts.

… Sources told the New York Times that the issue dates to 2019 when material supplier Turkish Aerospace Industries bought the batch of titanium from a Chinese supplier, and sold it to several other suppliers.

Boeing’s latest potential scandal is out of this world – literally.

Its Starliner spacecraft – which carried two NASA astronauts to the International Space Station (ISS) last week – is unable to undock after several faults were found on the ship.

Teams have discovered five different leaks in the craft’s propulsion system which would navigate the craft through space as it returns to Earth.

The astronauts were set to return on June 14, but that has been delayed until June 22 while Boeing and NASA scramble to fix issues, leaving the astronauts stranded until then.

Now, experts have said that NASA could be forced to launch a rescue mission that would be a highly embarrassing blow for the embattled Boeing which is dealing with spate of issues plaguing its commercial jets.

Hunter Biden is agreeing to drop a civil lawsuit against Rudy Giuliani and Giuliani’s former lawyer Robert Costello, according to a court filing Thursday.

The president’s son last year formally accused Giuliani and Costello of violating computer fraud and data access laws, alleging they manipulated data from his “devices or storage platforms.”

Attorneys for all three parties filed the agreement, which stipulates that Biden agrees to drop the lawsuit and that each man will pay his own legal fees.

The lawsuit initially sought more than $75,000 in damages, as well as attorneys’ fees and other penalties.

“As Giuliani is in bankruptcy and agreed to have the case waiting for when he is done, it made no sense to continue it in a non-bankruptcy court until that happens,” a person familiar with the filing told NBC News on Thursday.

Since Los Angeles County has a progressive prosecutor who does not like to prosecute, brazen crimes are becoming increasingly frequent. Murdered General Hospital actor Johnny Wactor fell victim to the culture of criminality that District Attorney George Gascón condones.

More than 200 protestors rallied in Downtown Los Angeles near the scene of the crime where Wactor was murdered to call for safer streets as well as to put pressure on officials to prosecute the suspect in the case.

According to KTLA:

A march demanding justice was held on Wednesday in honor of slain “General Hospital” actor Johnny Wactor, who was shot and killed while trying to stop catalytic converter thieves last month.

The suspects were in the process of stealing Wactor’s vehicle’s catalytic converter when “without provocation, [he] was shot by one of the individuals,” LAPD added.

Friends and family of the late actor, who was known for his role as Brando Corbin in the popular soap opera “General Hospital” and appeared in “Westworld” and “Criminal Minds,” held a rally in downtown Los Angeles Wednesday morning and marched towards city hall, calling for local leaders to take action against the violence.

Kevin Spacey is back on the screen in his first lead role since sexual assault allegations derailed his career — and director Michael Zaiko Hall has no qualms about the casting decision.

The two-time Academy Award winner was tapped to portray the titular character in the indie thriller “Peter Five Eight,” which is currently available for purchase on demand.

“Of course, this is a controversial choice, if you will,” Hall told The Hollywood Reporter in an interview published Friday. “We were very cognizant about what we were embarking on by bringing this to Kevin, but we knew it would be in the interest of the film. The film would be far more compelling with Kevin as Peter.”
