However, deportation was not possible at that time due to the lack of a valid Mauritanian passport, and Mauritania’s refusal to issue a new one. As a result, ICE released Sacko under supervision and required him to report periodically.

The ruling stated that the federal government, a prosecutor in the case, had acknowledged that the ban violated the Second Amendment, but that the District’s government continued to defend the ban.

It turns out that when you ban these types of firearms, you nearly ban “half of all magazines that citizens own.”

During these operations, investigators examined vehicles, electronics, and other items for evidence related to the construction and transportation of improvised explosive devices (IEDs), according to a report from ABC News.
