A viral video shows a young man getting assaulted by black men before female British police break up the ruckus. The black men fled, leaving the white man to be arrested. The Birmingham police announced only the white man would be charged, even after considering a review of the viral video. The police are also calling on the video to not be allowed to be shared on social media.
