It shouldn’t be surprising to see a dudebro arrested for yelling “We Love Bacon” outside of a mosque. Yet it happened, it’s ridiculous to watch, and it stands as a constant reminder of why we broke up with England and are never, ever, ever getting back together.
Worst of all? This patriot, or whatever passes for being a patriot in Europe, got arrested on National Bacon Lovers Day. This is a real thing today. I saw it on the Google and everything.
It was a protest outside the South Lakes Islamic Centre in Dalton, which I suppose is a UK city. I’m mostly surprised they allowed the protest. As we’ve been seeing in the UK for the past decade, culturally enriching refugees can have their run of the city, up to and including forming grooming and rape gangs. People born in the UK, on the other hand, can get arrested for posting anything on social media about it. Also, for catcalling.
