Trump Lawfare

Blurb:

“You have to be a citizen to vote but you can’t verify the citizenship of a voter?”

Understand that without illegal voting, Democrats cannot win elections.

Judicial tyranny is destroying the country. And how is it that these same corrupt judges get the big Trump cases? Corrupt judges must be impeached.

Blurb:

Most Americans see the vital importance of America being the leader in artificial intelligence and the enormous need for electricity to support it. They recognize that with President Donald Trump’s reindustrialization of America, we must have more power to drive the boom in blue-collar jobs.

They also know that in the face of all of this new demand, we must increase the supply of fossil fuels, particularly clean natural gas, and become energy dominant if we are going to keep gas and electric bills affordable.

Most people also know that Democrats and left-wing climate activists oppose American energy dominance through the development of fossil fuels, but they likely don’t know that the biggest obstacle today is a court whose territory doesn’t have a single well, liquefied natural gas terminal, or pipeline — the District of Columbia Circuit Court of Appeals.

Blurb:

The lack of self-awareness has got to be intentional at this point.

According to New York Attorney General Letitia James, she has become the victim of “a justice system which has been weaponized.” And that’s funny because I don’t recall her ever having a problem about a weaponized justice system when she was the one weaponizing it.

James ran on the promise of going after Trump. So, it’s astonishing that she is now out there claiming that the DOJ “has been used as a tool of revenge.”

Earlier this month, Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) disclosed that special counsel Jack Smith tracked the communications of eight Republican senators (and one congressman) as part of his Arctic Frost investigation into President Donald Trump’s actions after the 2020 presidential election.

The group included Sens. Marsha Blackburn (TN), Lindsey Graham (SC), Bill Hagerty (TN), Josh Hawley (MO), Ron Johnson (WI), Cynthia Lummis (WY), Dan Sullivan (AK), Tommy Tuberville (AL) and Rep. Mike Kelly (PA).

Blurb:

Former Special Counsel Jack Smith is defending his decision to subpoena the private phone records of multiple Republican lawmakers during his 2023 “investigation” into President Donald Trump, insisting the move was “entirely proper” and consistent with Justice Department policy.

In a letter sent to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) on Tuesday, Smith’s attorneys claimed the records were “narrowly tailored” and “carefully targeted” as part of the FBI’s “Arctic Frost” probe into what prosecutors alleged was Trump’s effort to overturn the 2020 election.

“As described by various Senators, the toll data collection was narrowly tailored and limited to the four days from January 4, 2021, to January 7, 2021,” Smith’s lawyers wrote.

A legal battle is unfolding in Miami over the future of the Donald J. Trump Presidential Library, after an 85-year-old retired professor filed a lawsuit that temporarily halted the transfer of a prime piece of downtown real estate intended for the project.

A federal judge once accused of waging war on Trump-era policies has been tapped to oversee former National Security Adviser John Bolton’s high-profile criminal case — and conservatives are furious.

Judge Theodore D. Chuang, appointed by Barack Obama, has a long record of rulings that rubbed conservatives the wrong way. Now, he’s been assigned to the Bolton case, where the former national security chief faces 18 total counts for allegedly mishandling classified information through a personal email account potentially compromised by foreign hackers.

Rep. Andy Ogles (R-TN) blasted the move on X, calling out Chuang’s political history and left-leaning track record.

Blurb:

The time for accountability is already here for James Comey and John Bolton.

And now, former CIA Director John Brennan may be the next one to face Judgement Day…

Brennan has just been criminally referred to the Department of Justice.

Here are the details:

BREAKING: Former CIA Director John Brennan has officially been referred to the DOJ for criminal prosecution for lying to Congress:

“We write to refer significant evidence that former Director of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) John Brennan knowingly made false statements during his transcribed interview before the Committee on the Judiciary on May 11, 2023.’ While testifying, Brennan made numerous willfully and intentionally false statements of material fact contradicted by the record established by the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI) and the CIA.”

Former national security adviser John Bolton’s indictment shows he is charged with 18 criminal counts, including eight counts of transmitting national defense information and 10 counts of retaining national defense information.

The indictment also claims that after Bolton was hacked by a “cyber actor” linked to Iran, he failed to reveal what kinds of classified information he had been sending through the hacked account.

The indictment alleges that “from on or about April 9, 2018, through at least on or about August 22, 2025, BOLTON abused his position as National Security Advisor by sharing more than a thousand pages of information about his day-to-day activities as the National Security Advisor-including information relating to the national defense which was classified up to the TOP SECRET/SCI level-with two unauthorized individuals, namely Individuals 1 and 2.”

Cook County Circuit Chief Judge Timothy Evans has issued an administrative decree that effectively bars ICE and Border Patrol agents from making civil immigration arrests at or near county courthouses, even as aliens appear for hearings.

The edict, signed late Tuesday night and going into effect Wednesday, proclaims that “no person attending or returning from a court proceeding shall be subject to a civil arrest” unless there is a judicial warrant or order.

The order explicitly limits it to civil immigration arrests. The order also includes the walkways, entryways, driveways, and parking lots contiguous to courthouses. “The fair administration of justice requires that courts remain open and accessible, and that litigants and witnesses may appear without fear of civil arrest,” the order states.

New York Attorney General Letitia James has been harboring a fugitive from justice in the Norfolk, Virginia house at the center of her federal indictment, the Daily Mail reported Monday.

Letitia James’s niece, Shamice Thompson-Hairston, has two daughters who live in separate properties owned by James in Norfolk. Both have significant criminal histories.

Blurb:

Jack Smith, Andrew Weissmann

Former Special Counsel Jack Smith spoke out for the first time about his politically motivated investigations into President Trump during a sit-down conversation with dirty prosecutor Andrew Weissmann at the University of London.

Andrew Weissmann ran Robert Mueller’s Trump-Russia witch hunt, and many believe he was involved in other cases against Trump.

Blurb:

Evidence undergirding the federal government’s case against New York Attorney General Letitia James has finally been made public, and the results are disastrous for the anti-Trump Democrat.

James, 66, faces 60 years in prison if found guilty of falsifying documents submitted to mortgage authorities when she purchased a Virginia homestead in 2020. The acquisition came with a “second home rider” that stipulated she would use the home as her primary residence.

That never occurred, however, and other media reports have suggested that James may have been harboring a fugitive and family member at the second house instead.

Blurb:

Since returning to office, President Trump has faced an onslaught of leftist-backed lawfare seeking to grind the implementation of his voters’ agenda to a halt. Unsurprisingly, many of these lawsuits have been filed in districts predominated by Democrat-appointed judges, who have been more than happy to issue a myriad of preliminary injunctions and temporary restraining orders blocking enforcement of the administration’s policies.

Now, with the U.S. Supreme Court largely agreeing to shut down this lower court judicial coup for the time being, a number of rogue judges have taken to anonymously attacking the high court for stopping the crisis they helped create.

Blurb:

Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) has vowed to take legal action against anyone in the federal government allegedly involved in monitoring his private phone records during Special Counsel Jack Smith’s “investigation” into Jan. 6.

The senator’s fiery remarks followed bombshell reports revealing that Smith and his team, as part of their so-called “Arctic Frost” investigation, allegedly tracked phone calls from multiple Republican lawmakers well after the events of Jan. 6, 2021.

‘Abuse Of Power’

Tuesday night on Fox News’s “Hannity,” Graham called the alleged surveillance an outrageous violation of his rights.

“If he [Trump] had never announced he was going to run for president, none of this would have happened,” Graham said.

“They were trying to destroy his comeback.

“This was all orchestrated by Jack Smith, Alvin Bragg, Fani Willis, Letitia James to destroy this man so he could not win in 2024.

“I’ve seen this movie before.

An FBI document obtained by Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) shows that the FBI, under Joe Biden, spied on 8 Republican senators as part of its Arctic Frost investigation.

Grassley said the 2023 investigation, which formed the basis of Special Counsel Jack Smith’s elector case against President Trump, targeted 8 GOP Senators’ personal cell phones for “tolling data” tracking their use between January 4 and January 7, 2021.

According to a press release from the U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary, the FBI targeted 8 GOP Senators, including Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Sen. Bill Hagerty (R-TN), Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO), Sen. Dan Sullivan (R-AK),  Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-AL), Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI), Sen. Cynthia Lummis (R-WY) and Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) as well as Rep. Mike Kelly (R-PA).

The Biden FBI targeted eight Republican senators’ personal cell phone information as part of an investigation that evolved into lawfare against Donald Trump, new records published Monday show.

The agency document released by Senate Judiciary Committee Chair Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, indicates that the FBI sought and obtained the cell phone “tolling data” of eight GOP senators and Rep. Mike Kelly, R-Penn., as part of its “Arctic Frost” inquiry in 2023. That investigation ultimately became Special Counsel Jack Smith‘s elector lawfare against Trump.

According to a Senate Judiciary Committee press release, the FBI obtained the data “about the senators’ phone use from January 4 through January 7, 2021.” The information, the presser noted, “shows when and to whom a call is made, as well as the duration and general location data of the call,” but “does not include the content of the call.”

The eight Senate Republicans targeted in the probe include Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, Bill Hagerty and Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee, Josh Hawley of Missouri, Dan Sullivan of Alaska, Tommy Tuberville of Alabama, Ron Johnson of Wisconsin, and Cynthia Lummis of Wyoming.

“Based on the evidence to-date, Arctic Frost and related weaponization by federal law enforcement under Biden was arguably worse than Watergate,” Grassley said in a statement. “What I’ve uncovered today is disturbing and outrageous political conduct by the Biden FBI. The FBI’s actions were an unconstitutional breach, and Attorney General Bondi and Director Patel need to hold accountable those involved in this serious wrongdoing.”

It happened again: an explosive report drops detailing the breadth, width and scope of the extent to which the government was weaponized against conservatives. And again, the legacy media are nowhere to be found.

Per Fox News:

EXCLUSIVE: Former Special Counsel Jack Smith was allegedly tracking the private communications and phone calls of nearly a dozen Republican Senators as part of his investigation into the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riots, Fox News Digital has learned.

A document, reviewed by Fox News Digital, revealed that Smith and his “Arctic Frost” team investigating Jan. 6 were allegedly tracking the phone calls of GOP Sens. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee, Ron Johnson of Wisconsin, Josh Hawley of Missouri, Cynthia Lummis of Wyoming, Bill Hagerty of Tennessee, Dan Sullivan of Alaska, Tommy Tuberville of Alabama and GOP Rep. Mike Kelly of Pennsylvania.

The document, recently discovered by FBI Director Kash Patel and exclusively obtained by Fox News Digital, is titled “CAST Assistance” and dated Sept. 27, 2023. “CAST” refers to the FBI’s cellular analysis survey team.

Joe Biden’s FBI – and later Jack Smith – spied on eight Republican Senators during the ‘Arctic Frost’ investigation into January 6.

Republican Senators Chuck Grassley and Ron Johnson earlier this year released new records detailing the FBI and DOJ’s sweeping investigation that formed the basis of Jack Smith’s DC case against President Trump.

Grassley and Johnson previously blew the lid off another sham investigation orchestrated by Biden’s corrupt Department of Justice and compromised FBI. According to the documents released earlier this year, the FBI and DOJ weaponized their power to target President Trump, former Vice President Mike Pence, and their allies through a probe dubbed “Arctic Frost.”

“Operation Arctic Frost” was a taxpayer-funded witch hunt launched in April 2022 that seized government-issued cell phones belonging to Trump and Pence while conducting a barrage of interviews across the country.

Now this… Jack Smith tracked private phone calls of eight GOP Senators.

Republican strategist Roger Stone asked bluntly on Twitter on Saturday, “Who at the DOJ is blocking the prosecution of the entire Russian Collusion cabal as well as crooks like Letitia James and Adam Schiff?”

President Donald Trump has echoed similar frustrations on Truth Social, demanding action against New York Attorney General Letitia James, who pursued the civil fraud case against himself and his organization in New York.

The question now reverberating through conservative circles is clear: why is the Department of Justice refusing to act?

One of Donald Trump’s most consequential missteps during his first term was his refusal to take control of the Department of Justice, the very branch he led as the nation’s chief law enforcement officer.

After Emergency Meeting, U.S. District Judge Blocks Trump’s Request to Deploy More California National Guard Troops to Portland– conservativeroof.com

US District Judge Karin Immergut held an emergency hearing Sunday evening after President Trump circumvented her previous order halting troop deployment to Portland.

Last weekend, President Trump authorized troops to Portland, Oregon, and other Democrat-run cities to protect ICE agents from Antifa terrorists and other radical far-left groups.

“At the request of Secretary of Homeland Security, Kristi Noem, I am directing Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, to provide all necessary Troops to protect War ravaged Portland, and any of our ICE Facilities under siege from attack by Antifa, and other domestic terrorists. I am also authorizing Full Force, if necessary. Thank you for your attention to this matter!” Trump previously said on Truth Social.

Right on cue, Democrat-run Oregon sued the Trump Administration to stop the deployment of troops.

Judge Immergut, on Saturday, blocked President Trump’s National Guard deployment to Portland.

‘WHY IS THIS APPROPRIATE?’: A federal judge appointed by President Donald Trump during his first term was aghast when she found out on Sunday that Trump was circumventing her orders not to deploy federalized troops to Portland, a city Trump said is “burning to the ground,” a claim the judge dismissed as “untethered to the facts.”

The Trump administration sought to sidestep the judge’s temporary restraining order against mobilizing the Oregon National Guard against the wishes of the state’s governor by sending in troops already under federal control in California. Both states went back to court and won a second TRO.

“How could bringing in federalized National Guard from California not be in direct contravention to the temporary restraining order I issued yesterday?” U.S. District Judge Karin Immergut said during a hastily called evening telephone hearing last night, as reported by the Associated Press. “Aren’t defendants simply circumventing my order?” she said later. “Why is this appropriate?”

“Small protests have been going on outside the Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility since Trump’s second term began in January. There have been occasional flare-ups, including in June, but for weeks nightly demonstrations attracted only a few dozen people,” the AP reported. “Local officials have pointed out that the protest occupies one city block far from the downtown in a city that covers 145 square miles. They also say many of his claims and social media posts appear to rely on images from 2020, when unrest that grew out of the Black Lives Matter protests roiled the city for several months.”
