After the city of Minneapolis and the state of Minnesota failed to prosecute progressive state activist Don Lemon, the Federal government has stepped in. He will face numerous Federal charges after the city AG claimed there was insufficient evidence.

EXCERPT:
“The city of Saint Paul has officially determined the January 18 invasion of our church and the desecration of our worship to be a ‘peaceful protest.'”
The lead pastor of Cities Church in St Paul, Minnesota, has criticized the city’s mayor after agitators who stormed the church in January, including former CNN reporter Don Lemon, have avoided state charges related to the incident.
In a statement on Wednesday, city attorney Irene Kao said, “Our office has a legal and ethical obligation to file charges only when the available evidence establishes probable cause and supports a reasonable likelihood of conviction beyond a reasonable doubt.”
She said that following a “careful evaluation of the video footage, investigative reports, and other available materials, prosecutors determined that the current evidence is insufficient to meet that standard for criminal charges under Minnesota state statutes.” She added, “The right to peacefully protest is protected, as is the right to exercise one’s religious beliefs. Balancing these equally important rights is paramount to our decision today.”
Far-left activists shouted through bullhorns on Easter Sunday as part of their ongoing harassment campaign against a St. Paul, Minnesota, church that allegedly employs an Immigration and Customs Enforcement official as a minister. The Easter Sunday campaign concluded in one arrest, although a judge already threw out the charges.
Anti-ICE protesters have targeted Cities Church in the Twin Cities since January, when a mob, joined by former CNN personality Don Lemon, disrupted the church worship service at the Baptist church. The activists disrupted the service because they alleged an assistant pastor is also a local ICE official who is overseeing efforts to remove violent illegal immigrants from the area.
A Democrat politician was arrested during a “No Kings” rally in Spring Hill, Florida Saturday, after he allegedly attacked a disabled counter protester with his megaphone.
Over 500 leftist groups, including openly communist organizations, reportedly helped coordinate the more than 3,200 “No Kings” demonstrations in all 50 states over the weekend.
The American political left as a cultural formation, and the Democratic Party as an institution, have sunk into a style of oppositionalism that contains no opposition. They speak in a vernacular of protest because they speak in a vernacular of protest, out of habit and as a cultural identity, but they have no idea what they’re protesting. They’re very angry about the, you know, stuff. Something something Trump something something.
At three o’clock, the nurse brings pudding. Comfortable and wealthy people, many decades into their experience of affluence and safety, are putting their bodies on the line to oppose fascism for a couple hours before the driver takes them back to their mansions.
Professors were among the throngs on Saturday taking part in the No Kings demonstrations held across the nation to protest the Trump administration.
It is estimated that millions of people took part in the rallies that peppered the country, with some likening the movement to the conservative Tea Party protests in 2009.
Various reports estimated 3,000 different protests took place in larger cities and smaller communities, drawing people from all walks of life, including scholars.
“Our courageous men and women face death threats, just like this, every day. Individuals making the threats will be held accountable.”
A left-wing agitator vandalized a federal building in Los Angeles on Saturday, spray-painting the words “kill your local ICE agent” during the “No Kings” protest.
Thousands of individuals marched throughout downtown Los Angeles in opposition to the Trump administration, with many specifically protesting immigration enforcement policies. Video shared by Fox News showed a masked individual using red spray paint to write the message on the wall, along with two bullseye symbols.
US Immigration and Customs Enforcement shared the video on X, writing in response, “If you threaten ICE, or their families, you WILL face the full force of federal law.”
“Our courageous men and women face death threats, just like this, every day. Individuals making the threats will be held accountable,” the agency added.
The Los Angeles No Kings protest escalated into extreme violence, as masked thugs clad with foreign flags attempted to break into a facility housing federal immigration agents and began launching concrete blocks towards officers working to control the crowd. Independent reporters Julio Rosas and Jorge Venture managed to capture the carnage.
RedState’s Nick Arama has been reporting Saturday on the bizarrely named “No Kings” protests occurring in cities across the United States. Not surprisingly, things got violent in downtown LA, because they seem to have a way of doing that in the far-left city, and meanwhile, ageing celebrities showed up in Minnesota to rage about almost anything they could think of.
No Kings Day has come around once again, and it is just as cringe as last year. Of course, you’d be hard pressed to find anyone younger than the age of 60 wasting their time away at these things, and they really haven’t done much updating to their schticks as we’re still looking at the Handmaid’s Tale garbage in 2026. Anyway, here is some of the best (or worst) of what we have seen from No Kings 2026.
Former CNN anchor Don Lemon is among the defendants named in a civil lawsuit filed by a St. Paul church congregant over the disruption of a worship service on January 18, 2026, at Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota. The same incident has also resulted in federal criminal charges against Lemon and eight other individuals.
The protest occurred during a Sunday service at Cities Church, a Southern Baptist congregation. Demonstrators entered the sanctuary and began chanting slogans including “ICE out!” and “Justice for Renee Good,” a reference to a local anti-ICE agitator who was shot while attempting to run over a federal agent last month.
A special agent with the Department of Homeland Security revealed in court documents that leftists who disrupted services at Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota, made frightening comments to children in the congregation.
The agent said in a Jan. 20 affidavit that the protesters — who interrupted Sunday morning worship because one of the pastors worked with Immigration and Customs Enforcement — told children their parents were “Nazis.”
That particular remark allegedly came from William Kelly — who has harassed conservative churches across the country with expletive-laced language.
A Portland woman has been reported to police after viral video showed her firing an airsoft gun from a moving car at live streamers outside an ICE facility. Witnesses say the weapon closely resembled a real handgun.
A Portland real estate agent and anti-ICE activist has been reported to police after she was caught on viral video allegedly firing an airsoft gun from her car at a group of live streamers outside an Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility.
On Feb. 6, around 10:30 p.m., Isis Symone Irving, 28, allegedly fired nearly 20 BB pellets from a moving vehicle as she drove past a group of pro-Trump live streamers near the ICE building in Portland.
A Maryland resident has been arrested on attempted murder charges after he allegedly showed up at the home of a Trump cabinet official with a manifesto and intent to kill.
Colin Demarco, 26, was arrested by Arlington County Police on January 22 after he showed up at Office of Management and Budget Director Russell Vought’s Northern Virginia home. Vought was wearing a surgical mask and gloves at the time of his arrest, according to court documents.
According to court documents filed in Arlington County, Virginia, Demarco is accused of plotting to murder a victim identified only by the initials “R.V.” Sources familiar with the case confirmed to CBS News that “R.V.” refers to Russell Vought.
Late last week, New York Gov. Kathy Hochul (D) once again did her part to pander to criminal illegal immigrants in the Empire State in an election year by proposing legislation that would effectively end any local government cooperation with ICE.
The unrest in Minneapolis has died down, and the Trump administration is pulling 700 immigration-enforcement offers out of the area. But all of the national media scrutiny has obsessed over Team Trump. They have rarely acted to “hold government accountable” when the governing comes from Democrats, Gov. Tim Walz or Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey.
NPR was eagerly touting their new NPR/PBS Marist Poll to underline the effectiveness of their advocacy: 65 percent of Americans, up from 54 percent in June of 2025, think the actions of ICE have “gone too far” in enforcing immigration laws, and 62 percent of say the actions of ICE are making Americans “somewhat less safe, or much less safe.”
New Jersey Governor Mikie Sherrill has joined the anti-ICE crusade, and is getting the state government involved through a new portal to help people track ICE.
“We are going to be standing up a portal so people can upload all their cell phone videos and alert people. If you see an ICE agent in the street, get your phone out.”

On X I responded to a tweet about it by Jesse Kelly by saying:
“The Governor of New Jersey may not be legally obligated to help federal immigration enforcement, but she has no right to interfere with it, which is what she is doing on a massive scale. An example needs to be set”

New York’s anti-Trump Democrat Attorney General Letitia James has launched a bold initiative to crack down on federal immigration raids across the state.
James announced that her office will deploy legal observers to document the actions of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) during raids in New York State.
These observers, equipped with purple vests, will act as neutral witnesses, gathering real-time information to assess whether federal agents operate within legal boundaries.
In order to keep their community “safe” from ICE and border patrol, people in Minnesota… have turned into ICE and border patrol. They’ve created checkpoints, checked license plates, and decided who is and isn’t desirable to come into their community. The difference is that while ICE goes after criminals, these hosers are going after the people who go after the criminals.
I know “hoser” is more of a Canadian insult, but Minnesota is close enough. Plus, a case can be made to trade Minnesota for Alberta.
As reported by local news outlets, this roadblock is due to “public safety measures” to prevent ICE from enforcing immigration law.
I was like, ‘Wow, we got folks out there taking care of us, looking out for us,’” Minneapolis resident Wade Haynes said. “It’s good.”
“We need to keep our neighbors safe,” resident Kelly Piatt said.“We will be doing this again.”
It’s similar to CHAZ/CHOP in Seattle. In 2020, leftists took control of city streets to create what they called an “autonomous zone.” Basically, they claimed they seceded from America. It led to people getting murdered when ambulances weren’t allowed through, and a family of one of the victims was just awarded $30,000,000 from the city of Seattle for allowing it to happen.

Police have revealed a new detail about what led to a wild brawl between an adult male with a MAGA hat and apparent high school students at an Immigration and Customs Enforcement protest in Texas earlier this week.
Buda Police said 45-year-old Chad Michael Watts of Kyle was charged Tuesday with two counts of assault causing bodily injury, which are Class A misdemeanors.

MILAN — Many of the officials supporting the nearly 250 U.S. athletes competing in this month’s Winter Olympics arrived in Italy last weekend to a greeting they may not have expected: Hundreds of demonstrators packed a square in central Milan to protest the reported plan to deploy U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents during the Games.
The first events in the 18-day competition, which will be shared by Milan and Cortina d’Ampezzo in the Italian Alps, begin Thursday and the opening ceremony is scheduled for Friday. Against that background, International Olympic Committee President Kirsty Coventry called the agents’ involvement “distracting” and “sad.”
A professor at Bemidji State had his students reenact the 1945 Iwo Jima flag-raising to protest ICE deportation efforts, and it’s more pathetic than you think.
In support of the “ICE Out of MN” protests, Anton Treuer had his students recreate the WWII scene by planting the Minnesota flag in the snow, which, ironically, now mirrors the Samoli flag.
What’s pathetic about this is not that these people are outright delusional, although that’s part of it; it’s that they think their actions are even remotely comparable to the bravery of WWII soldiers. However, it’s even more deranged than that, though, because they believe they are on the side that’s fighting Nazis, when anyone with a brain knows that all they are doing is defending the fight of agitators to interfere with lawful federal enforcement mandates. That’s not bravery, it’s not even close.
Leftist parenting has reached a new low. The children of these deranged activists were already being subjected to indoctrination through their race and gender dogma, but now they are quite literally being brought into the streets to participate in riotous behavior.
Beginning on Saturday, footage of children attending riots in Portland, Oregon, began circulating on social media platform X.
Some look no older than 10 in the footage as one girl deals with effects of tear gas, telling a rioter, “Its burning.”
Dragging 7-year-olds to felony riots and calling it “raising awareness.” Peak liberal parenting.
The occupation comes days after anti-Israel and Antifa activists were allowed back on campus after causing over $1 million in damage to a brand new engineering building during another occupation.
Hundreds of anti-ICE protesters occupied Gerberding Hall at the University of Washington on Friday, just days after anti-Israel and Antifa activists were allowed back on campus for the first time since a suspension nine months ago for causing over $1 million in damage to a brand new engineering building during a violent occupation.
Democrat Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY) is facing sharp criticism after appearing to suggest that Americans could be justified in shooting masked U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents during enforcement operations.
Nadler made the remarks during a House Judiciary Committee hearing, according to The New York Post.
The anti-Trump lawmaker was condemning federal immigration enforcement and describing ICE officers as “masked hoodlums.”
“What is really the major problem in this country today is the fascism in our streets,” Nadler said.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced that there have been a horrifying 182 vehicular assaults on federal immigration officers since Donald Trump took office on Jan. 20, 2025.
Border czar Tom Homan has announced that the Trump administration will immediately reduce the number of federal immigration agents in Minnesota by roughly 26%, citing “unprecedented cooperation” from local officials.
Homan held a press conference in Minneapolis on Wednesday morning to provide an update on Operation Metro Surge, which has been met with unrest from some community members, leading to numerous anti-immigration enforcement protests.
A Portland mother is going viral on social media after she admitted she would rather commit a murder-suicide with her and her kids than have them taken into custody by ICE.
According to Taviquinn, “If it comes down to me taking out myself and my kids versus us being taken and harmed by ICE, death would be easier out.”
According to Right Angle News Network, CPS has been notified of the situation.
There are so many disturbing things about this video.
Firstly, we can almost be certain that she and her kids are American citizens. This means she truly believes ICE is targeting random Americans and “kidnapping” them off the street. She’s not only naive, but she’s delusional enough to believe those lies.
The Democrats keep doubling down on their inflammatory anti-ICE rhetoric, repeatedly calling the men and women tasked with enforcing our duly-enacted laws the Gestapo and Nazis. They do this to gin up anger among their base, which leads to the insanity we see in Minneapolis.
