Colorado State University (CSU) student leaders in Fort Collins are considering resolutions opposing ballot measures restricting transgender-identifying students’ participation in school sports, certain surgeries on minors, and cooperation with immigration enforcement, while supporting proposals to change income taxes and increase education funding.

The Associated Students of Colorado State University (ASCSU) introduced three resolutions during its Sept. 30 and Oct. 7 meetings, ahead of Colorado’s Nov. 3 election. The senate referred all three proposals to committees for consideration.

Sen. Jack Pendleton, who represents CSU’s Pride Resource Center and chairs the Internal Affairs Committee, introduced Resolution 5611, opposing Propositions 134 and 135, during the Sept. 30 meeting.

Proposition 134 would require schools and colleges to classify athletic teams by biological sex rather than gender identity. The measure would establish eligibility requirements for male, female, and coeducational athletic competitions.

“Ballot initiative 134 aims to prevent transgender children from participating in school sports,” Pendleton told The Rocky Mountain Collegian.

Dr. Jennifer Smith remembers canvassing to overturn Missouri’s abortion ban back in 2024. Now she’s spending her weekends knocking doors in her white coat to make sure her home state doesn’t ban abortion again.

Smith, an OB-GYN, had seen what happened to her patients after Roe v. Wade was overturned and a “trigger” law immediately went into effect banning virtually all abortions in the state.

“You could see how scared people were to just consider being pregnant in the state of Missouri,” she said. “I had husbands feel the need to tell me that I should save their wives if something should happen in the pregnancy. And that’s a pretty terrifying place to be.”

Even before the fall of Roe, abortion access in Missouri was extremely limited. The state is home to some of the most vociferous abortion opponents in the country. Among them are Republican Sen. Josh Hawley, who has made himself a leading figure in the national push to ban abortion pills; his wife Erin, a top attorney at the Alliance Defending Freedom; and Ed Martin, a stop-the-stealer who helped craft the GOP’s fetal personhood platform in 2024.

Texas Christian University wants to hire a new composition professor who is particularly versed in “trans rhetoric,” “Black studies,” or “antiracist rhetoric.”

Applicants for this new rhetoric and composition professor job, starting in August 2027, will also be considered if they have interests in “disability studies,” “global/transnational rhetorics,” or feminism and “queer rhetorics.”

The Department of English will host this new hire, which will also give them an opportunity to teach in the gender studies and ethnic studies programs. These programs were collapsed last year into the English department due to budget issues and low enrollment.

“Candidates with relevant expertise may also contribute to our department’s programs in Comparative Race and Ethnic Studies and Women and Gender Studies as well as the program in Digital Culture/Digital Analytics and other interdisciplinary initiatives,” the posting states.

In Pasadena, California, an infamous pediatrician named Johanna Olson-Kennedy who provides transgender intervention procedures for children was forced to close her medical office at the end of September (as The Federalist reported), after a pro-trans parent corporation read the political climate and switched to an adults-only operation. It was the second time in two years Olson-Kennedy was driven out of business, as Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles closed her first practice in 2025.

The Pasadena office reopened a few days later, at the same address, with a new sign on the very same front door. (If you need to use the bathroom, that patients-only sign about using the key has yet to reappear.)

This development comes at an unusually important moment, as California just changed the way it funds sex-rejecting procedures for minors, as of October 13. Following recent federal guidance, California will no longer pay for pediatric gender mutilation through Medi-Cal, the state’s version of the federally funded but state-administered Medicaid and CHIP.

Ending federally funded sex-rejecting procedures, California is switching to a more limited grant program funded only with state dollars. The state legislature has budgeted three pools of money, totaling $66 million, that can be used to pay for sex-rejecting procedures, with $10 million specifically designated for doctors who butcher children.

The third annual Altoona Pride Parade & Festival was organized by the Blair County Inclusion Alliance in partnership with Penn State Altoona (And this alumnus is embarrassed for them), to coincide with the leftist “National Coming Out Day.”

The demonic event drew a noticeably smaller but more vicious crowd than last year, with there appearing to be only about 200 in attendance – and that’s rounding up – including dozens of young children, a few more “drag queens,” but only one “furry” that I spotted compared to about a handful last year.

Forcing LGBT ideology onto children is not a new phenomenon for Hollywood. So, it wasn’t exactly surprising when Paramount’s latest show for kids attempted to do just that.

On Friday, the company’s Paramount Plus streaming service debuted its new Avatar: Seven Havens series. Set within the Avatar universe, the animated show takes place in a post-apocalyptic world where the avatar — who can bend the elements of water, earth, fire, and air — is branded the enemy. The program follows the journey of Pavi and Nisha, twin sisters who discover that they’re twin avatars and must hide their abilities.

Seven Havens is a sequel to The Legend of Korra (2012-2014), which followed the original (and beloved) Avatar: The Last Airbender series (2005-2008). Seven Havens and Korra are rated PG, while The Last Airbender is rated TV-Y7, according to IMDb.

Seven Havens introduces viewers to a variety of new characters in its three-episode premiere. Among these is Jae, a male airbender who serves as a guardsman on the bending force tasked with protecting the city of Ellora, where the series takes place.

The show’s LGBT indoctrination rears its head in the third episode, when viewers learn that Jae is dating his fellow guardsman Datu. In one scene, Jae is escorting Pavi and Nisha back to the city’s compound before he gets abruptly stopped and embraced by Datu. Seeking to protect the girls from potential harm, Jae quickly lies about their true identities before kissing Datu on the cheek as he leaves.

The scene is hardly the first instance in which the Avatar creators have sought to force-feed LGBT ideology to kids.

At the end of Legend of Korra, the avatar of the same name is heavily implied to be in a romantic relationship with her female friend Asami. This relationship was subsequently confirmed in a series of spinoff comics that followed the show’s characters after it ended. Both female characters had previously dated the same male character at different points throughout the series.

The Avatar universe’s continued embrace of “woke” has also crossed into racial territory.

As Douglas Blair reported in these pages, the studio’s most recent Avatar Aang: The Last Airbender movie, a sequel film to the original 2005 series, sidelined the original voice cast in favor of new actors who fit the industry’s “deliberate shift toward race-based casting standards.”

“Studios adopting these standards are responding to narrow ideological pressure elevating identity over performance to the detriment of their products,” Blair wrote. “Established talent is sidelined, creative flexibility is reduced, and audiences are left with weaker performances in the name of a principle they never wanted.”

A female Washington teenage wrestler who says a trans-identified male opponent sexually assaulted her during a girls’ high school tournament is asking the US Supreme Court to intervene before she must choose between facing male competitors again or missing the upcoming season.

Alliance Defending Freedom announced Monday that its attorneys filed an emergency application Friday on behalf of Kallie Keeler and her mother, Stephanie Brown. The request seeks protections allowing Keeler to compete while her appeal proceeds, along with advance notice and the ability to decline matches against male opponents without penalty.

Keeler was 15 when she competed in a December 6, 2025, girls’ wrestling tournament at Emerald Ridge High School. According to the lawsuit, neither she nor her mother was told that her opponent was a biological male who identifies as transgender.

Keeler alleges that the opponent sexually assaulted her during the match. Video recorded by Brown showed her daughter appearing distressed, and Keeler has said she eventually allowed herself to be pinned to end the encounter. Another coach subsequently told her that her opponent was male.

He calls it “plural marriage,” but of course it’s not. No civilized society that honors women tolerates collecting them. Amelang is a polyamorist, persuading women normative monogamy is not in their best interest.

Eleven U.S. cities now proudly offer the poly-minded various bundles of legal protections. Seattle’s clownish city council was the latest to do so, giving the movement its first truly landmark development.

Seattle unanimously beknighted group-sex participants with legal protected class status and deemed it a new sexual orientation. You read that right. The proposal was signed into law by Seattle’s mayor on Sept. 18. You have to read the city clerk’s official explainer to grasp just how unhinged and expansive this is. The ordinance:

amend[s] the definition of the sexual orientation protected class to recognize gender identities outside the gender binary, recognize pansexuality and asexuality as orientations, and include consensual relationships with multiple partners as an element of attitudes, preferences, and practices pertaining to sexual orientation.

According to trans actress Elliot Page, the Trump Administration has cut healthcare for millions of people. She claims that trans youth are the hardest hit because of this. This is why she slammed the administration’s efforts to protect vulnerable youth from irreversible Frankenstein procedures. However, she didn’t phrase it exactly like that. Nonetheless, while in her imagination this is a tyrannical regime taking away healthcare from people who are gender confused, in reality, it protects kids from harmful, irreversible procedures. To claim she might be on the “wrong side of history” would be putting it mildly.

This follows demonstrations of trans people injecting themselves with hormones as some deranged form of protest.

Detransition programs are intended to help kids who have been harmed by the medical system. This is more proof that you did not need that proves that the trans community is only here to help people transition. They could not care less when the people they encouraged to engage in these procedures end up regretting it. In fact, she implies helping them post facto is evil. That tells you all you need to know.

“Kids’ lives are on the line,” he said as protesters chanted behind him.

It seems as if biological men playing in girls’ and women’s sports is a relatively new idea. Think again. Leftists have glommed onto something that has quite a history.

On Tuesday, the conservative group Concerned Women for America Legislative Action Committee (CWALAC) released a compilation of numbers that claim 2,293 transgender athletes have won medals in female sports in the U.S. The group gathered data from a website called “HeCheated.” The site tracks transgender athletes in girls’ and women’s sports in both amateur and professional sports categories. The records go back to the mid-80s; however, the exact count has not been verified. But more on just how far back this has been going on in a bit.

Not only is there a physical and mental cost to girls and women being cheated by biological males, but there is also a monetary cost. Transgender athletes have competed in over 14,301 sporting events and won more than $501,498 in professional prize money. One of the prime offenders, the state of California, had roughly 611 cases where a female finished second behind a biological male. CWALAC says that number is up from 2025. CWA president Penny Nance had this to say about the data:

“It is shockingly unfair for biological women to have to compete against trans-identifying men. Our research finding that trans-identifying males have stolen over 2,293 gold medals from women in the United States is an outrage. Biological men have distinct advantages over biological women. This reality not only puts women in harm’s way, but it eliminates opportunities for biological women to earn a living and win competitions. Congress must act to protect biological women.”

After being warned of his remarks, later, Arminio did it again, leading to another outburst from the crowd.

During the evening, amid turmoil following the remarks, McBride tried to intervene, saying she didn’t want Arminio to not have a chance to speak.

“I don’t want this gentleman to not have the ability…,” started the Congresswoman.

However, Republican candidate Michael Katz, who is running for Senate in Delaware, interrupted her.

“No, get him out of here,” said Katz.

Following Arminio’s ouster, Katz called for him to withdraw from the upcoming elections.

The reason for the fine is because the doctor has refused to prescribe puberty blocker medicine to a teenager. In a short order, U.S. District Judge James Patrick Hanlon, a Trump appointee, entered final judgment in favor of the Hoosier State in a lawsuit brought by the left-wing American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). In doing so, he dismissed the leftist group’s claims “with prejudice,” meaning it cannot refile the same claims again in court.

According to local media, the law in question was signed by former Gov. Eric Holcomb in 2023. Its provisions bar minors from accessing harmful “hormone replacement therapies, puberty blockers, and surgeries in the state.”

Following its enactment, the ACLU sued in federal court challenging the law. After a lower court initially agreed to block the statute, an appeal from Rokita’s office to the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals resulted in that blockade being lifted.

As described by the Indiana AG’s office, the 7th Circuit again sided with Rokita in November 2024, “revers[ing] the lower court, and [holding] that the law does not violate the Constitution.” With no path forward, the ACLU reportedly “abandoned the rest of the case,” culminating in Friday’s judgment.

This is called “dead naming,” calling them by the name of their “dead selves.” The policy equated “dead naming” to “sexual harassment.”

The school called this action “harassment,” which effectively punishes dissenting belief from the gender fluid ideology. University of California students who do not wish to call someone by their preferred pronouns may do so without fear of punishment thanks to a court ruling this week.

U.S. District Court Judge Fred Slaughter granted a preliminary injunction against a UC system policy that could punish students for “dead-naming” peers.

Citing precedent that “there is no categorical ‘harassment exception’ to the First Amendment’s free-speech clause,” Slaughter — a Biden appointee — ruled that the students “have demonstrated a credible threat of enforcement.”

The lawsuit, filed in June by Defending Education, targeted UC’s Sexual Harassment, Anti-Discrimination, Prevention and Education training that informs students that intentionally “calling someone their name used before transition, as opposed to their lived name, is called dead-naming, and may be a form of sexual harassment.”
