An Arizona judge is reportedly planning to free an illegal alien who kidnapped and raped a girl from Kansas whom he brought all the way to Arizona.
The 14-year-old girl went missing on July 20, but authorities were able to track her cell phone and locate her in an Extended Stay America hotel in Chandler, Arizona. The kidnapper is a man named Cristian Leonardo Caal Mucu. When police arrived, the teenage girl was alone in the hotel room. What local media was reluctant to admit was that Caal Mucu is an illegal alien. And now this predator is set to be released on bail with only electronic monitoring.
A federal judge has tossed out the Trump administration’s lawsuits against 15 Maryland judges who have ruled against President Donald Trump’s policies.
The Justice Department filed a lawsuit against all 15 judges with the US District Court for the District of Maryland in June. The complaint challenged Chief Judge Georga Russell III’s order pausing deportations for two business days when a detained illegal immigrant files a habeas corpus petition. The agency referred to the ruling as an “automatic injunction” that hampered the government’s ability to enforce immigration laws.
The DOJ asserted that district courts do not have jurisdiction over matters related to immigration. The complaint demanded that the judges recuse themselves from immigration-related cases.
In a scathing ruling, Judge Thomas Cullen, a Trump appointee, threw out the DOJ’s lawsuit, calling the case improper and constitutionally reckless. The judge argued that the policy was temporary and based on appellate court procedures. It also allowed judges time to properly evaluate the case.
Cullen acknowledged the administration’s objections to the judge’s rulings. “Fair enough, as far as it goes. If these arguments were made in the proper forum, they might well get some traction,” he wrote. However, he criticized the White House for bypassing regular channels like appeals or judicial council petitions. Instead, “the Executive decided to sue—and in a big way,” by suing every single judge in the Maryland district, the judge noted.
Something happened to John Bolton. He turned…. hard. It was such a hard pivot, I imagined someone or some entity was blackmailing him with it, maybe something to do with all his extracurriculars in Qatar.
This raid does not surprise me. Bolton has lost the plot. Utterly. And with it, his mind, it seems.
Forced to resign under Bush, Bolton stood by the RINO President. Despite their policy disagreements, Bolton would describe his loyalty to the spineless, gutless Bush, saying, “I serve at the pleasure of the President.” And yet he afforded no such pleasure to the President who gave him his most senior position. And how badly, how desperately, he wanted to be part of the Trump administration. What a rat.
I thought I knew him. I was wrong. He’s a small, narcissistic thirst monster. His betrayal is nothing short of shocking.
“Bolton may be in hot water as FBI investigation expands beyond controversial book,” by Ashley Oliver, Fox News, August 26, 2025:
Friday, a federal judge in Florida ordered the famed “Alligator Alcatraz” detention and deportation center for illegal aliens closed and dismantled. My colleague Brad Slager had that story:
Judge Kathleen Williams, late Thursday evening in a Miami courtroom, issued a temporary restraining order requiring the state to refrain from bringing in any additional detainees, and declared that in 60 days the facility needs to be cleared of all of those being held, and the process of hauling out the installed infrastructure begins to take place.
Williams, a Barack Obama appointee, stated that an environmental impact assessment was to have been conducted prior to installing the new structures and other operational needs. She noted that no such advance research was conducted by the defendants, although the state did argue with a reference to a “Preliminary Ecological Assessment” that was conducted in late July. While that study alluded to several species possibly endangered, the state asserted that installations around the facility were erected to shield those in the surrounding area.
Ed Martin, the director of the Department of Justice Weaponization Working Group, joined Maria Bartiromo on Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures” for an explosive interview about ongoing investigations into government abuse of power. Martin confirmed that his office is reviewing criminal referrals involving Sen. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), New York Attorney General Letitia James, and matters tied to the Russia hoax and January 6 investigations.
James and the other Democratic attorneys general argued that blocking appropriated funding for state energy programs, in turn jeopardizes states’ ability to keep them running. They noted it would raise energy costs for residents.
“New Yorkers count on state energy programs to save money on their bills, prepare homes for extreme weather, and move toward clean, affordable energy,”James said in a statement. “The Department of Energy’s cuts threaten to pull the rug out from under those efforts. We’re taking them to court to protect the funding that keeps these programs running for families across New York.”
Ed Martin, the Director of the Department of Justice Weaponization Working Group appeared on Fox’s “Sunday Morning Futures” with Maria Bartiromo on Sunday. Martin is also looking into a case referred to the DOJ on Sen. Adam Schiff (D-CA) over allegations about mortgage fraud.
“There’s a referral from Bill Pulte about mortgage fraud about Adam Schiff. That’s publicly discussed. His own lawyers have been out there,” Martin told Fox News’ Sunday Morning Futures.”
If recent reports are true, Sen. Adam Schiff could have some explaining to do. According to newly-released documents, a Democratic whistleblower told the FBI that Schiff approved leaking classified information regarding the alleged Russiagate scandal to smear President Donald Trump. According to the report:
“When working in this capacity, [redacted staffer’s name] was called to an all-staff meeting by SCHIFF. In this meeting, SCHIFF stated the group would leak classified information which was derogatory to President of the United States DONALD J. TRUMP. SCHIFF stated the information would be used to indict President TRUMP.”
A federal judge in Maryland on Thursday permanently blocked two of President Trump’s memos aimed at ending Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs at universities.
Earlier this year, the Department of Education issued an ultimatum to federally funded schools: eliminate DEI programs within 14 days, or risk losing all federal funding.
The directive, detailed in a letter from the Department’s Office for Civil Rights (OCR), was in response to “pervasive and repugnant race-based preferences” that have turned America’s schools into indoctrination camps.
Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard declassified an email from 2016 that exposes the Russia hoax.
In the email, then-DNI James Clapper wrote that it might have to “compromise” on our ‘normal’ modalities” regarding the Russia report.
Gabbard posted on X: ”Newly declassified Top Secret emails sent on December 22, 2016 complying with President Obama’s order to create the manufactured January 2017 ICA about Russia expose how DNI James Clapper demanded the IC fall in line behind the Russia Hoax. Clapper admits that it was a “team sport” that required “compromise on our ‘normal modalities'”. Read for yourself below:”

We’re not even remotely close to indicting former President Barack Obama for his role in the Russian collusion hoax. It’s regrettable, but if we ever get to that point, some are saying that he’s not. Sure, the media will go apoplectic, and Democrats will once again shout the ‘Trump is a dictator’ line.

When the Director of National Intelligence tells people to “compromise normal procedures” for a “team sport,” that’s not intelligence – that’s conspiracy.
No one has asked for Hillary Clinton’s opinion in a long time, but she continues to give it.
The failed presidential candidate and former secretary of state weighed in on President Donald Trump’s decision to restore law and order on the streets of Washington, D.C., slamming her former rival as “unhinged” and pointing to an overall drop in crime in the nation’s capital.
“As you listen to an unhinged Trump try to justify deploying the National Guard in DC, here’s reality: Violent crime in DC is at a 30-year low,” Clinton wrote on X shortly after Trump’s press conference, where he announced the federal takeover.
Over the past year, I have investigated all of the six major cases against Donald Trump that played out simultaneously between his two administrations for my book Breaking the Law. Each one of them involves obvious improprieties that necessitate investigations. In many instances, I believe investigators will find criminal activity, which ought to be prosecuted.
It is encouraging and heartening to see that the Department of Justice has taken up a criminal investigation into New York Attorney General Letitia “Tish” James and that the Office of the Special Counsel is investigating Special Counsel Jack Smith. This could mark a new era of accountability in this country and a return to law and order.
Just the News reported that in 2017, an intelligence officer who worked for the Democrats on the House Intelligence committee told the FBI that then-Rep. Adam Schiff approved leaking classified information to hurt then-President Donald Trump regarding Russia.
We found it. We declassified it.

— FBI Director Kash Patel (@FBIDirectorKash) August 12, 2025
Obama-appointed Judge James Boasberg ordered the release of documents in Jack Smith’s classified documents case and President Trump’s attorney-client privilege dispute.
Jack Smith relied on a DC grand jury and radical Marxist Obama-appointed Judge Beryl Howell in the classified docs case before quietly heading down to Florida to file charges.
Judge Beryl Howell ruled against Trump at every turn. She previously ordered Trump’s lawyer Evan Corcoran to testify before a grand jury in Special Counsel Jack Smith’s investigation into classified documents stored at Mar-a-Lago.
Newly declassified FBI memos reveal how extensively former FBI Director James Comey used his longtime friend Daniel Richman as a secret media conduit to strategically leak classified information to the media in 2016 and 2017 in an alleged effort to take down President Donald Trump.
FBI Director Kash Patel delivered a tranche of the Bureau’s internal memos on leak investigations to Congress earlier this week.
The memos provide details on multiple classified leak investigations involving Comey, including: Arctic Haze, Tropic Vortex, Foggy Falls, Riding Hood, Sirens Lure, Echos Fate, and Genetic Christmas, Just the News reported.
A bombshell set of newly declassified FBI documents is creating questions over former FBI Director James Comey’s role in shaping the “Russia collusion” narrative against President Donald Trump — and whether classified information was intentionally leaked to damage Trump’s presidency.
The revelations were discussed by Just the News founder John Solomon during an appearance on Fox News’ Hannity, where he detailed how Comey bypassed official FBI press channels to manipulate the media narrative in Washington. According to Solomon, Comey sought to rehabilitate his image among Democrats after the 2016 election while simultaneously harming Trump’s reputation.
“What you find out is that James Comey decided not to work through the FBI press office when he wanted to change the narrative
A Kentucky man who was sentenced to 14 years in prison last year but was put back on the street five months after his sentencing has been arrested after a Louisville woman and her children were kidnapped at knifepoint.
Armond Langford. 32, was arrested Friday after a six-hour manhunt, according to WHAS-TV.
Before his arrest, a woman and her two children were kidnapped. The woman said she was forced to drive to a bank as Langford demanded $20,000.
“He opened our back door and told them to get in the car…. They got in the car. They drove to the bank. He held a knife at her the whole time, he was telling her to drive faster,” Brandon Strong, husband and father of the victims, told the TV station.
The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) has sent the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) a request for a treasure trove of documents related to the ongoing federal investigation into the Obama administration’s Russiagate operation, The Federalist has learned. According to a letter to ODNI senior adviser Paul McNamara, which was obtained by The Federalist, the DOJ has requested from ODNI a wide array of documents about the Obama administration’s 2016 and 2017 attempts to frame then-President-elect Donald Trump as an agent of Russia who stole the 2016 election from Hillary Clinton.
The request comes on the heels of the declassification and public release of records from late 2016 and 2017 which show how top intelligence and law enforcement officials — including former FBI Director James Comey, former CIA Director John Brennan, and former DNI James Clapper — conspired to fabricate a narrative that Russia meddled in the 2016 election in order to elect Trump. The declassified records showed that top intelligence experts objected to the narrative, highlighted myriad issues with the so-called intelligence used to support false claims about Trump, and even told Brennan that he was misrepresenting facts and ignoring counter-evidence as part of a push to attack Trump, cripple his transition, and even hijack his presidency.
Fox News reported on Monday that the DOJ had authorized the empaneling of a federal grand jury to investigate whether Comey, Brennan, or other top Obama administration officials committed any crimes as part of their operation to use the nation’s top intelligence and law enforcement agencies to smear Trump.
The DOJ letter from a federal prosecutor, which was sent in response to a request from Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Tulsi Gabbard for the DOJ to investigate any potential criminal wrongdoing related to the production of the Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) that claimed without evidence that Russia sought to elect Trump in 2016, asks for 12 different categories of documents related to Gabbard’s criminal referral.
“Pursuant to the authority and director of the United States Attorney General, I have been assigned responsibility for investigating this criminal referral,” the letter states.
FBI Director Kash Patel challenged news media to own who is really “lying” about his discovery of a stash of classified documents connected to the Trump-Russia collusion narrative weaponized against Donald Trump in his first term.
The director’s comments came in the wake of recent reports that “burn bags” filled with thousands of documents dating back to the Trump-Russia probe were discovered in a room in FBI headquarters.
Posting on X Saturday, the director evoked his role as senior counsel for the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence during the first Trump term and wrote:
In 2017/18, I proved the Steele Dossier was fictitious intelligence, weaponized by corrupt FBI officials to deceive a federal judge and unlawfully spy on then presidential candidate Trump’s campaign — all paid for by his opponent.
Federal Judges Keep Defying Supreme Court Orders Against Trump Admin– dailycaller.com Source Link Excerpt:
Federal judges are increasingly ruling against the Trump administration’s agenda and in defiance of Supreme Court orders.
The executive branch finds itself fending off endless counter-opinions from federal judges in the courtroom as it continues to implement its hard-line immigration policies. While the Trump administration has scored major victories in the nation’s highest court, including successfully reining in the scope of nationwide injunctions by federal judges, some have chosen to defy Supreme Court rulings.
U.S. District Judge Jia Cobb, an appointee of the Biden administration, blocked the Trump administration on Friday from using a process known as “expedited removal” to quickly remove illegal migrants from the country, according to court documents. The order could, at least for the time being, dramatically curtail the White House’s ability to carry out its deportation agenda.
In a public statement about the ruling, an administration spokesperson slammed the Biden-appointed judge, accusing her of defying a previous Supreme Court ruling.
In an explosive new interview with former Congressman and Fox News host Trey Gowdy, CIA Director John Ratcliffe said more declassified documents are coming that expose the FBI’s coordinated effort to bury the truth and amplify a lie—all to interfere in the 2016 presidential election and destroy Donald Trump’s presidency.
Ratcliffe confirmed that he and current FBI Director Kash Patel are preparing to declassify additional records proving that the FBI actively suppressed a counterintelligence referral about Hillary Clinton’s plan to frame Trump while giving full legitimacy to the now-debunked Steele Dossier, paid for by Clinton herself.
According to Ratcliffe, foreign intelligence services had already flagged a plot by Hillary Clinton to smear Trump as a Russian agent, a scheme known internally as the “Clinton Plan.”
Yet this intelligence was never shared with Congress. Instead, it was buried, while Obama’s inner circle, including Biden, were fully briefed on it.
According to declassified materials already made public by Ratcliffe and former Special Counsel John Durham, the Clinton campaign not only greenlit the collusion hoax, but also coordinated with foreign groups including the Soros Foundation to build a disinformation war chest against Trump.
In a high-stakes WarRoom segment, Steve Bannon and investigative bulldog John Solomon laid out the case that the Hillary Clinton-led Russia hoax was never a conspiracy theory—it was an orchestrated political dirty trick that corrupted our intelligence agencies, weaponized the media, and nearly derailed the presidency of Donald J. Trump.
And the most explosive part? The key players did it again in 2020—and they’re positioning to repeat it in 2026.
“This isn’t about old news,” Bannon declared. “This is about a pattern of institutional abuse that, if unpunished, will finish off our constitutional republic.”
QUICK CLIP:
JOHN SOLOMON: If we don’t see action on the Russia collusion hoax, if we don’t punish the behavior that we now know exists,

Twenty-two states filed a lawsuit on July 29 challenging a provision in the One Big Beautiful Bill Act that would strip Medicaid funding from Planned Parenthood, the nation’s largest abortion provider.
The lawsuit, filed by attorneys general from Democratic-led states and the governor of Pennsylvania, seeks to block a provision in the legislation that bars organizations providing abortion care and that received more than $800,000 in Medicaid funding in fiscal year 2023 from receiving Medicaid reimbursements. This includes Planned Parenthood health centers.
The states alleged that the provision targeted Planned Parenthood for its abortion advocacy, arguing that it violates the spending clause and First Amendment protections by retaliating against the organization.
The provision would deny low-income individuals access to cancer screenings, testing, and treatment for sexually transmitted infections, and family planning services, according to the lawsuit.
The lawsuit also argues that the provision would cripple the states’ medical healthcare ecosystem and force them to use state funds to keep affected health care centers operational.
During an interview on Fox News Sunday, host Shannon Bream asked Rep. Jason Crow (D-CO) whether a special counsel was warranted following Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard’s release of documents alleging that former President Barack Obama led the effort to weaponize U.S. intelligence agencies against Donald Trump in 2016.
“Well, you know, the allegations and the conspiracy theories by Tulsi Gabbard would be sad if they weren’t so dangerous,” Crow replied. “She has turned herself into basically a weapon of mass distraction, is what I’ve been calling it, because it’s very clear what’s happening here. She’s trying to curry favor and get back into favor with Donald Trump, and has concocted these theories to do so.”
He added, “But let’s be really clear here that the Russian investigation and allegations of Russian interference into the election, have been the most examined and reexamined finding in the intelligence community history. There have been four investigations, including a bipartisan Senate investigation led under the first Trump administration and led in part by Marco Rubio. That was very, very clear on these findings.”

President Donald Trump expressed his frustration with Republican Senate leaders over the lack of votes on his judicial nominees, including his nominees for federal judgeships and U.S. attorney positions. With the August recess fast approaching, the Republican-controlled Senate has confirmed a historically low number of judicial nominees.
As of this report, just one Article III judge has been confirmed by the U.S. Senate when Judge Whitney D. Hermandorfer was confirmed to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. There are currently 11 nominations awaiting Senate action, three for the courts of appeals and eight for the district courts.
The pace of judicial confirmations in Trump’s second term is historically slow. For comparison, the average number of judicial confirmations by this point in a term stands at 11, with former President Barack Obama having 26 of his nominees confirmed by July 29.
In a lengthy Truth Social post, President Trump pressed Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) to pick up the pace. “Chuck Grassley, who I got re-elected to the U.S. Senate when he was down, by a lot, in the Great State of Iowa, could solve the ‘Blue Slip’ problem we are having with respect to the appointment of Highly Qualified Judges and U.S. Attorneys, with a mere flick of the pen,” the president wrote, adding that Senate Democrats are determined to block any and all nominees.
President Donald Trump acknowledged on Friday that former President Barack Obama is likely to dodge accountability for his role in the Russian collusion hoax on account of the U.S. Supreme Court’s July 1, 2024, immunity for official acts ruling in Trump v. United States.
Trump suggested, however, that the high court’s ruling “doesn’t help the people around him at all” — an allusion to those Obama cabalists who hatched, then perpetuated the Russian collusion hoax on the American people.
The FBI has, for instance, launched a criminal investigation into ex-CIA Director John Brennan and former FBI Director James Comey for perjury and potentially other crimes related to the Trump-Russia hoax. Former DNI James Clapper indicated he would “lawyer up” after Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard referred damning documents detailing the genesis of the hoax’s manufacture under Obama to the Department of Justice.
CIA Director John Ratcliffe hinted Sunday that twice-failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton might also face the music over her apparent hand in what Gabbard has referred to as an alleged “treasonous conspiracy.”
