Once again, the New York Times is coming to the defense of the ghouls who celebrated the assassination of conservative Turning Point USA leader Charlie Kirk.
Reporter-at-large Eli Saslow journeyed to Texas Hill Country for the latest epic, a 3,000-word sob story about a fired female firefighter, that got major, three-column play across the prime news real estate of Sunday’s front page: “She Hated Kirk. He Resolved to Make Such People Pay.”
Diplomats and Middle East experts have stated for generations that there is only one path to bring lasting peace for both the Israeli and Palestinian people.
True lasting peace will only come with a two-state solution where a Palestinian state is established and the two sides recognize the rights of each other and agree to live in peace.
Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu has spent his entire political career opposed to a two-state solution.

The leaks published by Candace Owens suggest that Kirk fell out with a Jewish donor just days before his assassination
Leaked text messages in which late conservative activist Charlie Kirk admits to losing the support of a major Jewish donor are “authentic,” according to Andrew Kolvet, a spokesman for Kirk’s nonprofit Turning Point USA.
Kolvet said he had personally shared a screenshot of a private chat with “people in the government” shortly after Kirk’s death. He did not want to make it public because it was a “private conversation” that did not “necessarily comport with things that were already made public,” he said on ‘The Charlie Kirk Show’ YouTube channel on Tuesday.
The leaked messages were first shown by conservative commentator Candace Owens during her YouTube podcast on Monday. According to the screenshots, Kirk wrote, “I just lost another huge Jewish donor. $2 million a year because we won’t cancel Tucker.”
The remark apparently referred to Kirk’s refusal to withdraw an invitation for fellow conservative commentator Tucker Carlson to speak at his AmericaFest conference. In a follow-up message, Kirk wrote that he had “no choice but to leave the pro-Israel cause.”
Two people are running to be Virginia Attorney General. One of them wished for his opponent to be murdered and for another opponents kids to be murdered in front of them so that would would help this candidate’s political agenda. The other candidate did none of those things. According to Nancy Pelosi, the person who wishes death on his opponents and their children is, on balance, the better candidate. That candidate is also the Democrat. Surprise!
To quote Jay Jones, the DEMOCRAT candidate for VA AG, about then Speaker of the House Todd Gilbert, “Three people, two bullets… Gilbert, hitler, and pol pot…Gilbert gets two bullets to the head…Spoiler: put Gilbert in the crew with the two worst people you know and he receives both bullets every time.”
He also said he hoped Gilbert’s kids would die in front of him, adding, “I mean do I think Todd and Jennifer are evil? And that they’re breeding little fascists? Yes.”
Apropos of nothing, and I say this out of love and respect for the game, shouts to the Republican who held on to these texts until the most politically opportune moment. A lesser official would have rushed right to X-Twitter to score a political point or two.
Nancy Pelosi thinks wishing for a bullet to be put in the head of your opponent and of your opponent’s children is a-ok, as long as the person who thinks so is a Democrat and will advance her podies radical agenda against Americans. She also tried to make it about her, wondering where the outrage is when she gets a threat.
Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Ill., ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, opened the oversight hearing of the Department of Justice (DOJ) pushing a new narrative Democrats have latched on to: the lie that ICE agents zip-tied children during a Chicago raid.
“In the middle of the night, federal agents pulled women and children out of their beds, crashed down the doors to their homes, destroyed their apartments, zip-tied children and others, and detained immigrants and U.S. citizens alike for hours in vans,” Durbin claimed. “When one witness complained about the treatment of the small children, an agent laughed at her and said, ‘F them kids.’”
Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker gave a dramatic description of this same story during a Monday press conference and has been repeating it every chance he gets.
But Assistant Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security Tricia McLaughlin posted that “children were never zip-tied.”
“This is a shameful and disgusting lie. POTUS Trump and Secretary Noem will not let children be exploited and trafficked by gangs and criminals like the past administration.”
Our message to JB Pritzker: Get out of your mansion & go see Chicago.

The Democratic nominee in the Virginia Attorney General’s race is on the defensive after text messages sent in 2022 were revealed, showing Jay Jones fantasizing about the murders of a state GOP lawmaker and his children.
Jones has received considerable backlash from Republicans over texts in which he said that he’d like to give then-House of Delegates Speaker Todd Gilbert “two bullets to the head.”
Jones also suggested that Gilbert might change his position on gun control if he were to witness the murder of his own children.
While Jones has since offered a public apology to Gilbert for his comments, saying he takes “full responsibility for my actions,” and adding, “Reading back those words made me sick to my stomach. I am embarrassed, ashamed and sorry.”
“I have reached out to Speaker Gilbert to apologize directly to him, his wife Jennifer, and their children,” Jones wrote, “I cannot take back what I said; I can only take full accountability and offer my sincere apology.”
Jones also faced harsh criticism over comments made in a 2020 conversation about removing qualified immunity from police in which Del. Carrie Coyner warned Jones that, without legal protection, police officers would get killed.
The study Burnett uses to justify her claims that right-wing extremism is worse cites rising left-wing extremist violence and includes Islamic terror as “right-wing.”
On Wednesday, the Trump administration held a roundtable with journalists who have been documenting and reporting Antifa activity specifically in the United States for at least a decade. President Trump and key leaders within his administration attended this meeting to hear first-hand accounts of the violence and mayhem caused by members of this group, but for CNN’s Erin Burnett, Antifa barely exists and “right-wing extremists” are worse.
Burnett played a clip of DHS Secretary Kristi Noem discussing Antifa networks, saying that it’s “just as sophisticated as MS-13, as TDA, as ISIS, as Hezbollah, as Hamas, as all of them.” Burnett was incredulous, indicating that Hamas was more legitimate since they’ve been engaged in a two-year war against Israel. Hamas’ efforts have been supported on American and international streets by Antifa, but Burnett didn’t mention that.
“And ISIS? These are incredible things to say,” Burnett said with a smirk. “And obviously I’m not going to sit here and defend anybody who considered themselves part of an Antifa movement, such that it is, but ‘such that it is’ is the operative part of that sentence. Antifa is far from a major sophisticated terror organization like Hezbollah, Hamas, or ISIS. In fact,” she went on, “it’s not even like far-right groups like The Proud Boys or Oathkeepers, which have national leaders like Antifa.”
“There is no organized hierarchy to the group,” Burnett went on. “And according to the Center for Strategic and International Studies, compared to right-wing extremists, Antifa-linked violence is rare and limited.” A study from the Center for Strategic and International Studies in September reads “2025 marks the first time in more than 30 years that left-wing terrorist attacks outnumber those from the violent far right.”
Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear (D) did not give a clear answer on whether he would vote for Virginia Democratic attorney general nominee Jay Jones following leaked text messages in which he openly talks about violence directed toward former Virginia House Speaker Todd Gilbert (R).
“Would you vote for him if you lived in Virginia?” Beshear, a former attorney general himself, was asked in an interview that aired Wednesday on Fox News’s “Special Report” about Jones.
“It would be a very, very tough one for me to look at. It’s just really wrong, and it bothers me,” the Kentucky governor responded.
Pressure has recently mounted on Jones to exit his race after the text messages were leaked. Multiple Republicans in and out of the Old Dominion have urged Jones to drop out, including President Trump and Vice President Vance.
The Virginia Republican gubernatorial nominee, Lt. Gov. Winsome Earle-Sears, has rolled out advertising linking her opponent, former Rep. Abigail Spanberger (D-Va.) to Jones.
Masked, armed law enforcement agents who regularly violate the law and strip people of their constitutional rights is nothing new in America. They have, in fact, a long and well-documented history, including states — after years of abuse by masked men — passing laws specifically to prevent them from concealing their identities when performing law enforcement operations.
In this era, we call them Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents; during the late 19th and early to mid-20th centuries they called themselves the Ku Klux Klan. They often operated with the blessing of both federal and state governments, deputized and given badges and guns, and “enforced the law” while wearing their famous white hoods to conceal their individual identities.
ICE operates today with a level of anonymity, impunity and intimidation that closely parallels the Ku Klux Klan’s tactics as masked, semi-official enforcers in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Both used legal or quasi-legal authority, masked identities and violent or coercive tactics to carry out their missions, all without individual accountability while targeting vulnerable minorities and subverting legal norms to do so.
In response to a Federalist inquiry, not a single Democrat U.S. Senator called for the Virginia Democrat attorney general candidate Jay Jones to drop out of the race in light of his text messages fantasizing about assassinating Republican Todd Gilbert.
“Put Gilbert in the crew with the two worst people you know and he receives both bullets every time,” Jones wrote, after running a hypothetical about how to allocate two bullets among Gilbert, Hitler, and Pol Pot. The 2022 text messages were first reported by National Review on Friday. According to a source cited by the outlet, Jones also “suggested he wished Gilbert’s wife could watch her own child die in her arms so that Gilbert might reconsider his political views” in a follow-up phone call with a Republican state lawmaker.
The Federalist reached out to each Senate Democrat, asking if they would call for Jones to drop out of the race in light of his violent comments.
Only Sen. Tim Kaine, D-Va., addressed The Federalist’s inquiry. Though Kaine criticized Jones’ remarks, he also refused to call for him to drop out. “There is nothing that can justify these indefensible words, and they are contrary to all I’ve known about Jay Jones for decades,” Kaine said. “With hundreds of thousands of Virginians already having voted, it’s up to Virginians to decide.”

A University of Chicago professor who described her employer as “evil” and a “colonial landlord” over the summer is now facing felony charges for alleged aggravated battery against a police officer.
The charges stem from sociology Professor Eman Abdelhadi’s involvement in a protest Friday near an Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility in Broadview, Illinois, The Chicago Maroon reports.
Abdelhadi was arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated battery, a felony, and two counts of obstructing the peace, a misdemeanor, according to information the Cook County Sheriff’s Office provided to Fox News Digital on Monday.
In a post Monday on Bluesky, the professor appeared to suggest that law enforcement officers were the ones to blame for the violence at the protest.
“Claim: rioters attacked ICE,” Abdelhadi wrote. “Truth: ICE rushed at unarmed protesters standing on a patch of grass.”
She also reposted a video of herself yelling “Shame!” at police officers while wearing a “Free Palestine” T-shirt.

It’s a sign that Jones’ campaign is now in full damage-control mode.
Jay Jones, the Democratic nominee for attorney general in Virginia, has called off a Thursday night fundraiser that was set to be hosted by best-selling novelist David Baldacci. A person familiar with the situation confirmed the cancellation to Axios, describing it as a sign that Jones’ campaign is now in full damage-control mode.

Democratic Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson emasculated himself by suggesting he wouldn’t deport an illegal alien who hypothetically beat up and raped his wife.
Johnson — who has been obstructing President Donald Trump’s efforts to rid his crime-infested city of violent illegal aliens — made the cowardly admission at a news conference Tuesday.
Reporter William Kelly teed up Johnson’s humiliating self-own by recounting a crime that occurred last month, in which an illegal alien from Nicaragua grabbed a woman on the street, bashed her head in, and raped her.
“If that had been your wife, Stacie, would you want ICE to deport … that illegal alien? Yes or no?” Kelly asked.
A Nicaraguan migrant, high on cocaine, randomly targeted a woman on the Northwest Side, knocking her unconscious and raping her in an alley, prosecutors allege.

One thing right-wingers have got to stop doing is brushing off the deliberate intentions of Democrats as “insane,” “crazy,” or “unhinged.” They’re not, and to do so is to give them an excuse for their sick behavior, the way a proven murderer hopes to get off with a “temporary insanity” defense.
The temptation is admittedly strong. Democrats do a lot of crazy things, like support and champion every single policy that makes life for the average American poorer, more dangerous, and less meaningful. They’re in favor of open borders and rampant crime. They’re opposed to free speech and fair elections. Anyone would be forgiven for calling them insane.
They’re not. These are their very conscious and very sober positions. There is nothing they say or profess to believe that is misguided or poorly thought out. They mean what they say, and there isn’t a flicker of doubt. That it seems “crazy” or “insane” speaks to a lack of understanding of what exactly the modern Democrat Party is.
It’s not a different side of the same coin or a political party with well-meaning differences of opinion. It’s a revolutionary movement that rejects the American way, which is to say the fundamental view that all men and women are created equal and that the rule of law applies to everyone.
The scandal whereby Jay Jones, the Democrat nominee in the Virginia attorney general race, sent graphic text messages describing his desire to assassinate a political opponent says much about our current political culture. Beyond how some describe “violent” policies to justify violent actions against their adversaries, it also reflects the practical realities of the way states administer elections.
The candidates at the top of Virginia’s Democrat ticket, gubernatorial nominee Abigail Spanberger and lieutenant governor nominee Ghazala Hashmi, have, as of this writing, refused to demand that Jones remove himself from the ticket. One potential reason for their reluctance to do the obvious “right thing”: It would disenfranchise tens of thousands of Virginia voters.
I am willing to bet that a lot of these people don’t even care about ICE or the people affected by deportations. This is just one of the new ways to protest Trump and Republicans.
The New York Post reports:
Far-left professor Eman Abdelhadi charged with violent felonies after Chicago ICE facility riots
A far-left University of Chicago professor has been arrested and charged with violent felonies following riots at an ICE facility in the city, law enforcement has said.
Eman Abdelhadi, an associate professor in the university’s Department of Comparative Human Development, was arrested Friday and charged with two counts of aggravated battery to a government employee, a Class 3 felony, and two counts of resisting/obstruction peace, a Class A misdemeanor, the Cook County Sheriff’s Office told Fox News.
Radical sociologist Abdelhadi, who previously cursed out her employer while speaking at a “Socialism 2025” conference, is due in court again on Tuesday.
A far-left lunatic fashioned at least 200 improvised explosive devices out of homemade materials and planned to unleash a series of terrorist attacks across Washington, D.C., authorities said after arresting the man on Tuesday.
The deranged New Jersey resident had reportedly filled a tent with what the Metropolitan District Police described as “grenades” readied for detonation at the annual Red Mass gathering of Christians this week.
A notebook left behind by the man was filled with hate-filled scrawls against justices on the U.S. Supreme Court, who already confirmed they would not be attending the appeal to their faith out of safety concerns.
Louis Geri, 41, also appeared motivated out of hatred for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, according to his writings left behind in a tent outside the Cathedral of St. Matthew the Apostle. He allegedly told police officers who approached him, “You might want to stay back and call the federales, I have explosives,” according to a copy of their report obtained by the Washington Post.
There has been an occupation of the streets outside the Portland ICE facility for months by the anti-ICE crew.
Over that time, there’s been violence as well as harassment of the agents and the residents of the neighborhood. A resident even brought a lawsuit against the city because of the disruption. People walking through the area were treated to the vile sayings spewed all over the buildings. The actions have largely gone uncovered by the national media. However, there has been great work from brave journalists on the ground for months, including Katie Daviscourt and Shelly Boufferache (@hunnybadgermom), and we’ve covered some of their reporting.
With ICE facilities still facing attacks and besiegement by “protesters,” the far left has come up with a new way to “defeat” federal immigration authorities. Thankfully, this one doesn’t involve snipers on rooftops or setting things on fire. It is hilariously stupid, though, and perhaps a bit more nefarious than it first appears.
The recent trend involves demonstrators dressing up in inflatable dinosaur costumes and “dancing” in front of ICE agents. Here’s what that looks like in practice.
This is EXACTLY how we defeat the brutality of ICE, Stephen Miller, and the Trump administration.
Don’t get into fights with law enforcement and DON’T block ICE vehicles!!!

US President Donald Trump has called for the imprisonment of Chicago mayor Brandon Johnson and Illinois governor JB Pritzker, accusing them of failing to protect federal immigration officers. The remarks, posted on Trump’s social media platform Truth Social, come amid ongoing political tensions over immigration enforcement and the deployment of federal troops in Democratic-led cities.“Chicago Mayor should be in jail for failing to protect ICE Officers! Governor Pritzker also!” Trump wrote, referring to US immigration and customs enforcement personnel operating in the city.
Trump’s comments follow a recent executive order by Johnson that designates city property as an “ICE Free Zone,” restricting federal immigration agents from using municipal facilities. The move was seen as a direct pushback against federal immigration operations within the city.Trump’s statement adds to a broader dispute over the use of the national guard in Democrat-led states. Hundreds of Texas national guard soldiers have reportedly assembled at a military facility near Chicago, despite vocal opposition from state leadership, including Johnson and Pritzker. The administration has not accused either Johnson or Pritzker of any wrongdoing legally. Both leaders have opposed Trump’s immigration policies and criticized what they see as the federal government’s overreach. Pritzker has previously accused Trump of trying to provoke unrest as a means to justify military deployments.
Roblox, which reports more than 111 million active monthly users, is used by roughly two-thirds of American children aged 9 to 12.
Kentucky Attorney General Russell Coleman has filed a lawsuit against Roblox, alleging the company failed to protect minors from sexual predators and explicit material, including violent simulations depicting the assassination of Charlie Kirk.
Filed on Monday, the suit accuses the California gaming platform of operating as a “playground for pedophiles” by neglecting to implement any meaningful age verification, moderation, or parental safeguards. Roblox, which reports more than 111 million active monthly users, is used by roughly two-thirds of American children aged 9 to 12.
According to the complaint, predators frequently create fake accounts posing as children to contact and groom minors. “Roblox is designed to allow predators easy access to children,” prosecutors wrote, alleging that the company’s inaction has resulted in “harassment, kidnapping, trafficking, violence, and sexual assault.”
Former Rep. Abigail Spanberger (D-VA) is directing her attention to federal worker back pay in an apparent attempt to pull focus away from Jay Jones’s violent text messages. At the same time, Lt. Gov. Winsome Earle-Sears‘s (R-VA) campaign continues to blast the Democratic ticket on Jones’s violent rhetoric.
Republicans, including President Donald Trump, have called on Democrats to force their candidate for attorney general, Jay Jones, to drop out of the election, after text messages surfaced where he said state House Speaker Todd Gilbert should get “two bullets to the head.” So far, he has not dropped out, and Democrats have been mum about holding him accountable for his violent rhetoric, frustrating conservatives further.
Spanberger has condemned her ticket mate’s violent rhetoric, but didn’t ask him to leave the ticket. Instead, she’s redirected her messaging to focus on the government shutdown, seizing on the opportunity to slam Republicans on a Trump administration memo threatening to withhold back pay from furloughed federal employees.

Fully embracing anarchy, Democrat leaders in Chicago, a sanctuary city; and in Illinois, a sanctuary state, are using every possible method to thwart federal immigration authorities from removing illegal aliens and curtailing rampant crime there.
Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson issued an executive order Monday creating an ICE Free Zone, preventing ICE from using city property, such as parking lots, as staging areas, or for enforcement actions. City agencies are directed to use physical barriers like locked gates to limit access to city property, and report to the mayor any attempted use of city property for immigration enforcement. Chicago taxpayers will fund a city-wide distribution of “Know Your Rights” materials for employees, tenants, and security staff, training them to deal with federal agents wishing to use city property.
Gov. JB Pritzker announced the state filed a lawsuit Monday seeking a temporary restraining order to block President Donald Trump from using Illinois and Texas National Guard troops to manage crime in Chicago.
“Illinois is going to use every lever at our disposal to resist this power grab and get (DHS Sec. Kristi) Noem’s thugs hell out of Chicago,” Pritzker said in a Monday afternoon press conference. He also said several times that Texas troops should, “stay the hell out of Illinois.”
Over the weekend, Oct. 4, Border Patrol agents were conducting a patrol in Chicago when their vehicle was rammed by other vehicles and they were boxed in by 10 cars, according to a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) statement.

Federal agents on Monday intercepted a Chicago gang leader who they claim was hiring for the assassination of a senior official in the U.S. Border Patrol, interfering with the gang’s illicit activities.
Juan Espinoza Martinez, a leading figure in the Latin Kings, was arrested as part of “Operation Midway Blitz” after allegedly offering cash bounties to any individuals who could carry out the murder of a top official in the Border Patrol, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Illinois.
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security identified the official being targeted as Commander at Large of the U.S. Border Patrol, Chief Gregory Bovino.
U.S. Attorney Andrew S. Boutros called the alleged plot “an attack on the rule of law.”
“Putting a price on the life of a law enforcement officer is an attack on the rule of law,” Boutros said. “The defendant’s actions in this case demonstrate a profound contempt for human life and public safety. Under my leadership, the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Chicago will hold defendants accountable for their grave criminal actions and ensure that no federal officer has to fear for their life for doing their job.”
According to an indictment unsealed on Monday, Martinez is one of the highest sergeants in the Latin Kings, a nationwide gang that’s been linked to bloody murders of police officers, extortion, and human and drug trafficking. DHS said Martinez is from Mexico and entered the U.S. illegally at an unknown date.
Messages allegedly sent by Martinez over Snapchat stated “2k on information when you get him” and “10k if you take him down.”
