Earlier this week, the American people were “reliably” informed by the left-wing press that the full grand jury that indicted disgraced former FBI Director James Comey did not see the final indictment.

“Judge grills government over apparent lapses in Comey indictment,” ABC News’ Peter Charalambous, Alexander Mallin, Katherine Faulders, and Nicholas Kerr wrote on November 19. According to the quartet, U.S. Attorney Lindsey Halligan “told a judge … that the full grand jury that indicted Comey did not see the final indictment — only the foreperson and another grand juror did.”

It was the same claim made by The Guardian’s Sam Levine, who headlined his piece: “Full grand jury didn’t see final Comey indictment, prosecutors admit.”

Concha joined Fox News’s Hannity on Thursday to discuss the video, which features Sens. Elissa Slotkin (D-MI) and Mark Kelly (D-AZ) and Reps. Jason Crow (D-CO), Maggie Goodlander (D-NH), Chris Deluzio (D-PA), and Chrissy Houlahan (D-PA). The lawmakers, all military veterans, warn of “threats to our Constitution” and repeatedly tell military and intelligence personnel to refuse unlawful commands, though they do not specify what orders they consider illegal.

Concha said their message undermines the principle of civilian control of the armed forces.

“The president is called the commander in chief for a reason,” Concha said. “He gives a command, and the military follows that command — no ambiguity, no interpretation, no debate. That’s how it’s always been and how it should be.”

Concha questioned what would happen if service members decided mid-mission that they believed an assignment might be unlawful.

President Donald Trump has offered a preview of his highly anticipated meeting with New York City’s newly elected socialist mayor.

Trump’s meeting with Mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani (D) in the Oval Office Friday afternoon is proving to be one of the most highly anticipated sit-downs of his second term. Trump described Mamdani, a staunch progressive and outspoken critic of the president, as “a little bit different” but remained optimistic about the meeting.

‘I give him a lot of credit.’

“He’s got a different philosophy,” Trump told Brian Kilmeade Friday. “He’s a little bit different.”

One of the focal points of Mamdani’s campaign was affordability, an issue that has also been a pillar of Trump’s administration. Although their respective solutions to address affordability are at odds, Trump maintained that the two New Yorkers are ultimately “looking for the same thing.”

As more candidates throw their hats in the ring ahead of the 2026 midterms, yet another Democrat has joined the fray to succeed one of the most infamous governors in America.

Anti-Trump Democrat Rep. Eric Swalwell announced on Thursday that he will be running for governor of California in 2026.

‘I love California. It’s the greatest country in the world.’

Swalwell, who spearheaded Trump’s second impeachment, made the announcement on a segment of “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” a show for which President Trump has repeatedly expressed his distaste.

The Zohran is meeting with President Donald Trump today. It’s not until 3:00 this afternoon, and I’ll be well into the bourbon by then, but I’m sure the content that comes from the meeting will be delightful if you ignore the fact that the incoming mayor of the most important city on the planet is a commie theater kid. My gut says he gets Zelenskyy’d as he attempts to lecture Trump on international law and how there will be no more deportations under The Zohran’s eye.

I hope they discuss economics, because The Zohran gave a clue on how he is going to get money for his free buses in New York City. All it will take is for them to raise taxes on everyone else in New York STATE so that he gets the cash.

REPORTER: How are you getting the $700M to make the buses free if the Governor is not for raising taxes?

THE ZOHRAN: Through the raising of the state’s corporate tax.”

REPORTER: But she said no…

THE ZOHRAN: The most important fact is that we fund it, not the question of how we do it.

The Council on American‑Islamic Relations (CAIR), the nation’s largest Muslim civil‑liberties group, filed a federal lawsuit against Texas Governor Greg Abbott after he designated CAIR and the Muslim Brotherhood as foreign terrorist and transnational criminal organizations. CAIR called the designation “unconstitutional and defamatory.”

Abbott’s proclamation, which bars the groups and affiliates from acquiring land in Texas and authorizes heightened enforcement actions, drew immediate backlash from CAIR, which blasted the designation as “unconstitutional and defamatory” and accused the governor of targeting American Muslims for their advocacy.

From our watchtower here at the Media Research Center, we have identified a recent and nasty trend emerging from the Elitist Media. It’s called “Trumpwashing”: that phenomenon wherein the media withhold covering some Democrat scandal until President Donald Trump opines on it, with President Trump’s statement being covered as if it were the scandal, rather than the underlying and until now suppressed Democrat event.

The latest instance of a Trumpwashed scandal: the video, published by six Democrat members of Congress calling on members of the Armed Forces and Intelligence Agencies to disobey unspecified “illegal” orders. The media held their tongues on the video until Trump spoke up, and the rest is history.

As an evidentiary sample, we submit for your consideration the totality of the Trumpwashed report aired on NBC Nightly News (click “expand” to view full transcript):

In an astonishing victory, 34-year-old state legislator Zohran Mamdani won New York City’s mayoral election. Defeating former state Governor Andrew Cuomo, who enjoyed strong backing from US President Donald Trump and the political establishment, Mamdani became the city’s first Muslim immigrant mayor and its youngest in more than a century. The democratic socialist’s victory sent shock waves through national politics, emboldening progressives across the country to run and to win on agendas as unapologetically ambitious as the moment demands.

Campaigning across the city, Mamdani reached out to various social groups, including African Americans, Muslims, Jews, Hindus, East Africans and South Asians, and especially the youth, many of whom had grown politically disengaged after the Democratic Party’s demoralising performance in recent years. He brought people back into the political process, mobilising voters who otherwise might have stayed home.

The Biden administration hid critical information about Thomas Matthew Crooks — the person who shot President Donald Trump and three others in Butler, Pennsylvania — throughout the 2024 election, according to a report from the New York Post.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) under Biden appears to have knowingly lied to Congress, misled the American people, and, at best, was negligent in its duty to track Crooks after he reportedly made numerous statements about committing political violence and assassinations.

The NYP received information from a source showing that Crooks did have a history of significant online activity, despite then-Biden FBI Director Christopher Wray testifying that Crooks had no “online history that pointed to motive or political ideology.” Wray also attempted to downplay Trump’s being shot by suggesting he may have been hit with a piece of shrapnel from his podium, despite no evidence of that whatsoever.

Paul Abbate, former FBI deputy director under Wray, seemed to muddy the water even more, telling Congress that some social media accounts connected to Crooks “appear to reflect antisemitic and anti-immigration themes to espouse political violence and are described as extreme in nature.”

That is true, but the posts Abbate was referring to — which appear to paint Crooks in some sort of right-wing extremism light — were quite a bit older than posts showing a left-wing, anti-Trump ideology Crooks seems to have adopted over time.

Per new polling reported by Gallup, religion is no longer important to most Americans.

In response to the question “Is religion an important part of your daily life?” 49% said yes.

Ten years ago, in 2015, 66% responded affirmatively.

Gallup notes that this 17-point drop “ranks among the largest Gallup has recorded in any country over any 10-year period since 2007.”

This departure from religion has partisan characteristics.

The chaos, harassment, and violence that unfolded at a recent TPUSA event at UC Berkeley were so bad that the Department of Justice and FBI are now investigating.

“Antifa is an existential threat to our nation,” Attorney General Pam Bondi wrote on X following the event. “The violent riots at UC Berkeley last night are under full investigation by the FBI-led Joint Terrorism Task Force. We will continue to spare no expense unmasking all who commit and orchestrate acts of political violence.”

Alongside comedian Rob Schneider, author Frank Turek hosted the Turning Point event that packed the university’s Zellerbach Hall — and he’s telling BlazeTV host Allie Beth Stuckey what really happened.

“Antifa was there, obviously. They were hurling insults and slurs at the people trying to get in. They set off fireworks, which sounded like gunfire, so people were scrambling,” Turek explains.

Student brags about getting Loyola U. New Orleans to reject TPUSA chapter

A Democratic student leader at Loyola University New Orleans bragged over the weekend about the impact of her advocacy when the student government denied an “official university organization” charter for Turning Point USA.

Juleea Berthelot, a student and vice president of National Students for a Democratic Society, made the remark during a panel discussion at a National Alliance Against Racist & Political Repression conference, which took place over the weekend in Chicago.

NYU students call for ‘sanctuary campus’ and ‘race-based scholarships’ at university senate rally

A New York University (NYU) student group organized a protest rally on Thursday, demanding that school officials declare NYU a “sanctuary campus” and supporting “race-based scholarships.”

The Nov. 13 protest, organized by Students for a Democratic Society during a university senate meeting, also advocated for many other left-wing positions, including a call for the school to reject President Donald Trump’s compact on higher education, protections for transgender-identifying students, and an increase in black student enrollment.

If you’ve ever wondered how the hordes of antisemites who marauded across college campuses in the months after October 7 were able to afford being full-time haters and agitators, we have the answer for you: a radical Muslim group was cutting some of them $1,000 checks. Which radical Muslim group was doing this, you ask? The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), of course.

A Berkeley public school teacher who’s become a star on the far-left protest circuit led a weekend “tribunal” plotting fresh action to shut down Turning Point USA chapters on campuses and even inside public schools, including her own.

Yvette Felarca, long tied to the militant group By Any Means Necessary, ran the 90-minute Sunday meeting with about 40 members of the socialist outfit. Fox News Digital learned she closed the session by calling for a vote on the next phase of the group’s campaign. The plan: “stop” Turning Point USA at colleges and in K–12 schools, beginning with Berkeley High School, where she teaches. The vote was unanimous.

The group cheered the effort as a push to “stop fascist recruiting in schools,” a phrase BAMN has used as it collects tax-deductible donations through the Detroit-based Coalition to Defend Affirmative Action, Integration and Immigrant Rights and Fight for Equality.

“Solidarity!” Felarca said at the end.

Republicans are firing back after a group of six Democrat lawmakers created a video telling U.S. military members and the intelligence community they do not need to follow “illegal orders.”

“Like us, you all swore an oath to protect and defend this Constitution. Right now, the threats to our Constitution aren’t just coming from abroad, but from right here at home,” the Democrats say in the video message. “Our laws are clear. You can refuse illegal orders. … You must refuse illegal orders.”

Michigan Democratic Sen. Elissa Slotkin shared the video, which appears to be in reference to the Trump administration’s immigration enforcement operations, on X Tuesday, telling the military and intelligence community, the “American people need you to stand up for our laws and our Constitution. Don’t give up the ship.”

But squad member Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) doesn’t care, as his opponent for mayor, Omar Fateh, is a Somali-American — and she was furious when he lost the race, giving an angry speech in her native tongue — likely in the hopes that it wouldn’t be translated into English.

“When a Somali person becomes an enemy, they become a serious one,” she yelled in Somali. “There are people like that living right here in our city. We all see them. Some of us try to dismiss it, saying, ‘Oh, that person just talks too much, it doesn’t mean anything,’ or, ‘Leave them alone, that’s my relative.’”

Democrat operative Dana Williamson, after years of leading a luxury lifestyle, now faces numerous charges of fraud and false statements related to her alleged role in stealing campaign funds and mischaracterizing more than $1 million in self-indulgent spending as business expenses.

Williamson, California Gov. Gavin Newsom’s former chief of staff, was released on $500,000 bond after pleading not guilty Wednesday to 23 charges related to her political work. She is charged with conspiracy to commit bank fraud, bank fraud, wire fraud, conspiracy to interfere with government function and obstruct justice, and false statements related to alleged crimes committed between February 2022 and September 2024, according to the indictment.

Williamson exited the governor’s office in December 2024. She owns a public affairs, lobbying, and political consulting business and is well known in California political circles. Williamson, who became Newsom’s chief of staff in 2022, was “hailed by her allies as the governor’s ‘political assassin,’” according to Politico, and Newsom praised “her insight, tenacity, and big heart” when she left the position.

Despite all the uproar surrounding the ascension of socialist star Zohran Mamdani to mayor-elect of the largest city in America, democratic socialism’s capture of city government, not just New York City’s, is years in the making.

Scores of candidates backed by the country’s de facto socialist party, the Democratic Socialists of America, have wooed their way into local office with similar promises of government-run grocery stores, free childcare, fareless public transportation, and rent freezes.

Notably, a third of the 12-person Portland City Council are active DSA members, all of whom assumed office in January. There, the “socialists are setting the agenda.”

You ain’t seen nothing yet. Police officers will not risk their lives by working for a mayor who will delegitimize them, who will defund them, and who will side with the criminals against them. Voters with a bachelor’s degree or higher largely supported Democratic Socialist Zohran Mamdani in the New York City mayoral race. As political analyst Byron York noted on X.com, “the non-degreed tried valiantly to save the city from the degree-holding horde. There just weren’t enough of them.” The election results suggest that our higher education system is broken and must undergo significant changes to prevent socialism from taking over America.

In 2023, Jacobin, a prominent socialist publication, recognized a significant shift in academia, noting that many universities have openly adopted Marxist ideology and associated radical concepts, such as Critical Race Theory (CRT). For countless students, the college experience has shifted from learning critical thinking and employable skills to ideological indoctrination, with Marxism, CRT, anti-capitalism, and anti-American sentiment permeating classrooms.

“I cannot set forth a plan right now that takes money out of a system that relies on the fares of the buses and the subways. But can we find a path to make it more affordable for people who need help? Of course, we can,” Hochul said during a press conference.

Zohran Mamdani is already revealing his true agenda of dividing “New Yorkers into two groups: the oppressed and their oppressors,” The Washington Post editorial board declared in a Saturday editorial.

The newly-elected New York City mayor’s victory speech on Tuesday made it clear that his “view of politics isn’t about unity” or “[increasing] wealth” but rather about handing wealth “out to favored groups,” the editorial board said.

The article describes Mamdani’s new “favorite word” as being “‘mandate’” because he will need “approval from the state to raise taxes” in order to achieve his agenda of “rent freezes,” “‘free’ child care and buses,” et cetera.

On Saturday’s The Weekend, co-host Eugene Daniels fretted over video of an immigration arrest in Massachusetts without informing viewers they were targeting a violent criminal, and then allowed a Democrat congresswoman to call the Homeland Security Department a “domestic terrorism organization.” And co-host Jonathan Capehart brought up the case of immigration agents arresting a teacher at a Chicago daycare without informing viewers that she ran to the daycare trying to evade a traffic stop.

At 8:30 a.m. Capehart first brought up the Massachusetts arrest and skeptically read only part of DHS’s statement:

All this comes amid yet more disturbing ICE arrest footage in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. There was video on social media of a man appearing to suffer a seizure while holding a toddler during an arrest. ICE disputes that account, saying the man had, quote, “no legitimate medical episode,” and that he allegedly refused treatment.
