So sick of these underminers. This bill should have been passed weeks ago. Congress is useless.

We know who is telling this maidservant what to do.

“Meet the Democrat singlehandedly blocking key provisions in President Trump’s Big Beautiful Bill. Elizabeth Macdonough, a close ally to Obama serves as the Senate Parliamentarian. There is a solution to her efforts to stop the president’s agenda – JD Vance – he could overrule her as President of the Senate.”

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth did not hold back Thursday morning, slamming the legacy media during a fiery Pentagon press conference. He said their hatred for President Donald Trump was driving their coverage of last weekend’s U.S. strikes on Iran’s nuclear facilities. “Because you cheer against Trump so hard, in your DNA and in your blood, cheer against Trump because you want him not to be successful so bad, you have to cheer against the efficacy” of the strikes.

The Trump administration is fighting back hard against the “fake news” media following CNN’s reckless and misleading report late Tuesday that claimed the U.S. strikes on three of Iran’s key nuclear sites only set the theocratic regime’s nuclear program back by a few months. Anonymous officials had leaked a preliminary “low confidence” assessment from the Defense Intelligence Agency to CNN reporters.

Sources told The New York Post that the DIA assessment, which had been labeled “top secret,” was “compiled on Sunday without input from other intelligence agencies. … That suggests the report authors did not use CIA or other assets inside Iran to verify the extent of the damage nor rely on audio or online communications that may have been intercepted by the National Security Agency.”

For weeks, House Republicans have been turning up the heat on the Biden administration—and now, one of the First Lady’s closest aides is officially on the hot seat.

Anthony Bernal, a longtime senior advisor to former First Lady Jill Biden and often referred to as her “work husband,” has been subpoenaed to testify before the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform on July 16 at 10:00 a.m., according to an official subpoena obtained Thursday. The hearing will take place at 2247 Rayburn House Office Building in Washington, D.C.

Bernal had previously agreed to voluntarily testify behind closed doors today, June 26, as part of the committee’s ongoing investigation into former President Joe Biden’s cognitive health and use of the autopen for signing executive documents. But after the White House Counsel’s Office waived executive privilege related to his testimony, Bernal abruptly pulled out of the scheduled appearance, drawing fierce criticism from Oversight Chairman James Comer (R-KY).

“Let this subpoena send a clear message to Biden’s inner circle: We will stop at nothing to expose the truth about Joe Biden’s decline & unauthorized use of the autopen,” Comer wrote Thursday.

Washington — The Supreme Court on Thursday rejected Planned Parenthood’s challenge to South Carolina’s attempt to bar the organization from participating in its Medicaid program, clearing the way for the state to strip the organization of Medicaid funds.

The Supreme Court ruled 6-3 in the case of Medina v. Planned Parenthood South Atlantic to find that Planned Parenthood and a patient cannot sue the state of South Carolina under federal civil rights law to enforce a provision of the Medicaid Act that aims to ensure a beneficiary can obtain medical care from the provider of their choosing. Justice Neil Gorsuch delivered the opinion for the court. The three liberal justices, Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan and Ketanji Brown Jackson, were in dissent.

The court’s conservative majority reversed a decision from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit that allowed Planned Parenthood’s lawsuit against state officials to move forward and prevented South Carolina from excluding the organization from its Medicaid program.

The ruling is likely to pave the way for more states to exclude Planned Parenthood from their Medicaid programs, a move that anti-abortion rights have been pushing for several years.

“[T]he decision whether to let private plaintiffs enforce a new statutory right poses delicate questions of public policy. New rights for some mean new duties for others. And private enforcement actions, meritorious or not, can force governments to direct money away from public services and spend it instead on litigation,” Gorsuch wrote. “The job of resolving how best to weigh those competing costs and benefits belongs to the people’s elected representatives, not unelected judges charged with applying the law as they find it.”

Socialist candidate for New York City mayor, Zohran Mamdani, has said that his platform should be applied by Democrats in other parts of the United States. His comments come in the days following his win in the Democratic primary for the role.

During an appearance on MSNBC with host Jen Psaki, who asked the socialist nominee about his policies, “Do you think that is a platform that would work for other candidates running in other parts of the country?”

Mamdani answered, “Absolutely,” adding, “I think ultimately, this is a campaign about inequality, and you don’t have to live in the most expensive city in the country to have experienced that inequality, because it’s a national issue.”

“And what Americans coast to coast are looking for are people who will fight for them, not just believe in the things that resonate with their lives, but actually fight and deliver on those very things. And part of how we got to this point was through the endorsements of Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio Cortez and Senator Bernie Sanders, who have been leading this fight against oligarchy across the country,” he added. And I think that in focusing on working people and their struggles, we also return back to what makes so many of us proud to be Democrats in the first place.

June 26, 2025—Hundreds of ordinary citizens, members of religious and ethnic minorities, activists, and others are being rounded up and arrested in Iran as the Islamic Republic, facing its most serious challenge to date, moves to stamp out any trace of dissent and reassert its control.

Key Developments:

  • Over 700 individuals have been arrested across Iran in the past 12 days, with many hundreds more detained in Tehran. Checkpoints are set up in many cities to aid in arrests.
  • Six executions on espionage charges have been carried out just since the war began, with additional death sentences expected.
  • Detainees are being subjected to fast-tracked trials in kangaroo courts without lawyers or due process.

The Center for Human Rights in Iran (CHRI) calls on the Trump administration to forcefully raise these grave human rights violations in the upcoming negotiations with Iran and warn the Iranian authorities to immediately cease the domestic crackdown on its people.

“Like a wounded animal, the Islamic Republic is going after every perceived threat in the country with deadly force,” said Hadi Ghaemi, CHRI executive director.

“And true to form, the Iranian authorities are locking people up incommunicado without cause or access to a lawyer, and sending them to the gallows on ‘national security’ charges in order to terrorize the public and reestablish control,” Ghaemi said.

In just 12 days of war between Iran and Israel, at least 700 people in cities across Iran have been arrested for alleged collaboration with Israel, according to Iran’s Fars News Agency (126 in Kermanshah, 76 in Isfahan, 62 in Khuzestan, 53 in Fars, and 49 in Lorestan)—while CHRI has received credible reports of additional hundreds—if not more than a thousand—being rounded up and arrested inside Tehran, the capital.

Executions have already begun. Since the war’s outbreak, six individuals have been hanged on espionage charges—three in just the past few days. Two others were executed on the same charges shortly before the conflict began. More are expected to swiftly follow.

U.S. District Judge Charles Breyer will proceed with evaluating Gov. Gavin Newsom‘s (D-CA) claims that President Donald Trump‘s use of the National Guard in Los Angeles violated a federal law preventing troops from being used for regular law enforcement activities, despite an appeals court ruling that Breyer could not pause the use of the troops.

Last week, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit blocked Breyer’s previous pause on Trump’s federalization of the National Guard after Breyer said the president unlawfully took over it.

After the appeals court took jurisdiction over those claims, Breyer requested briefs from California officials and the Justice Department on whether they believed he could still rule on Newsom’s claims that the deployed troops violated the Posse Comitatus Act by engaging in civilian law enforcement activities. In an order filed late Wednesday evening in California, Breyer ruled that he has that authority and ordered some discovery to be permitted in the case.

“Both parties posit that the Court does retain that jurisdiction,” Breyer wrote in his order. “Upon review, the Court agrees. The Court may proceed with the case, including by hearing arguments on the propriety of a preliminary injunction on Posse Comitatus Act grounds and by allowing discovery.”

Breyer said he would consider a preliminary injunction on Newsom’s allegations that the Trump administration violated the Posse Comitatus Act following a timeline requested by California officials. Their briefing requested responses and depositions be completed by July 11 and a supplemental briefing be filed by July 15.

In his first remarks since the ceasefire between Iran and Israel went in to effect, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei declared “victory over the U.S. regime” and “the fallacious Zionist regime.”

“I offer my congratulations on the victory over the fallacious Zionist regime,” Khamenei, whose exact whereabouts still remain unknown, stated on X Thursday. The Supreme Leader had been holed up in a secret location or bunker since June 13, 2025, due to security concerns. He is reportedly being protected by a special forces unit of the Revolutionary Guards.

“With all that commotion and all those claims, the Zionist regime was practically knocked out and crushed under the blows of the Islamic Republic,” he added.

Israel obliterated Iranian nuclear and military facilities, and assassinated high-profile security, intelligence and military figures, as well as nuclear scientists during the 12-day war.

The majority of the ballistic missiles Iran fired into Israeli towns and cities were intercepted and the few that landed destroyed apartment buildings and other mostly civilian sites. Only five out of the 50 to 60 impacts struck military or energy infrastructure facilities, according to an Institute For the Study of War (ISW) report.

The medical advocacy group Do No Harm has in recent years worked with health care professionals, hospital administrators, patients, and policymakers to combat DEI-branded racism and gender ideology in the field of medicine.

In order to better tackle the second of these two scourges, the organization launched the Stop the Harm Database in October, identifying hospitals and medical facilities around the country that were subjecting vulnerable children to sex-change mutilations and sterilizing chemical treatments.

The FBI has launched criminal probes into three of the apparent worst offenders in the database — Boston Children’s Hospital, Children’s Hospital Colorado, and Children’s Hospital Los Angeles — a source familiar with the investigations told Fox News Digital this week.

FBI Director Kash Patel appeared to signal that the anonymous source’s claim was legitimate by retweeting a post on X regarding the investigations.

The Stop the Harm Database indicated that Boston Children’s Hospital has offered sex-change treatments to patients ages 3 to 25 through its Gender Multispeciality Service; performed 204 sex-change surgeries between 2017 and 2020; offered vaginoplasty surgeries to 17-year-old patients without parental consent; and dished out sterilizing hormone and puberty blocker drugs to hundreds of patients.

‘Education, not indoctrination’: Texas governor signs higher ed reform bill

A new law signed by Texas Gov. Greg Abbott on Friday is another effort by Republican lawmakers to remove diversity, equity, and inclusion activism from public higher education.

State Sen. Brandon Creighton, the lead sponsor, described the legislation as a “bold step to ensure our public colleges and universities return to their core mission: education, not indoctrination.”

“Just as SB 17 eliminated DEI hiring last session, SB 37 now takes on politically charged academic programs and ensures students graduate with degrees of value, not degrees rooted in activism and political indoctrination,” Creighton stated in a news release.

Senate Bill 37 includes a number of structural changes in the governance of public higher education institutions.

Among other things, it creates new committees to review curriculum at least once every five years to ensure that classes “prepare students for civic and professional life.”

However, lawmakers did remove a section from the final version of the bill that prohibited curriculum that “promote[s] the idea that any race, sex, or ethnicity or any religious belief is inherently superior to any other.”

Creighton said the law, which will go into effect Sept. 1, “demands real accountability from our institutions by creating curriculum review committees in course offerings, aligning core curriculum with workforce needs, and empowering Texans to report ideological bias or political coercion in the classroom.”

Ohio GOP Sen. Bernie Moreno will introduce a resolution on Wednesday calling on the Senate to formally nominate President Donald Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize.

This comes after the ceasefire agreement between Israel and Iran, prompted by Trump

“President Trump just pulled off what neocons and Democrat globalists have failed to do for decades: peace in the Middle East with Iran’s nuclear arsenal decimated – all with no American boots on the ground, American casualties, or injuries,” Moreno said in a statement.

“President Trump is delivering exactly what he promised, the era of regime change and Forever wars abroad is over. Now it’s time for the world to recognize the obvious truth and award him the Nobel Peace Prize,” he added.

The Nobel Peace Prize recognizes individuals and organizations that have “done the most or the best work for fraternity between nations, for the abolition or reduction of standing armies and for the holding and promotion of peace congresses.” This was outlined in Alfred Nobel’s will.

In Moreno’s resolution, he outlined the fact that former Democratic President Barack Obama was awarded the prize for his alleged ‘‘extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples.” However, this included the deaths of thousands of people, something that should have disqualified him from receiving the prize, Moreno noted.

The U.S. Supreme Court is preparing to hand down a pivotal decision that could finally put an end to one of the Left’s favorite judicial tricks: nationwide injunctions designed to paralyze conservative executive action.

According to George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley, a looming Supreme Court decision on nationwide injunctions could have “enormous” impacts on the Trump administration.

Turley said Tuesday that the high court will likely crack down on rogue activist judges.

The SCOTUS is poised to decide on the practice by federal judges that can currently halt executive branch policies affecting the entire country.

Conservatives have argued that injunctions have been strategically sought in left-wing jurisdictions.

The moves are part of a strategy to undermine the Trump administration’s agenda on immigration enforcement and deportations.

“It’s going to be an enormous decision potentially,” Turley explained.

The legal scholar noted that a decision may come on Thursday.

“For the administration in the immigration areas, as well as other areas, the court could very well say, ‘Enough. We’re not going to have individual judges freezing the entire United States government on critical programs like this.”

Turley said that many of the injunctions are brought in “favorable” jurisdictions in front of “favorable” judges.

Those activist judges issue the injunctions that are favorable to Democrats and stop the president’s policies in their tracks.

The White House distributed a statement to reporters on Wednesday from the Israel Atomic Energy Commission giving their assessment of the damage U.S. strikes inflicted on key Iranian nuclear facilities.

“The devastating US strike on Fordo destroyed the site’s critical infrastructure and rendered the enrichment facility inoperable,” the IAEC statement reads.

Iran’s nuclear weapons program has now been set back “by many years” following U.S. and Israeli strikes, the statement added.

“We assess that the American strikes on Iran’s nuclear facilities, combined with Israeli strikes on other elements of Iran’s military nuclear program, has set back Iran’s ability to develop nuclear weapons by many years,” IAEC said. “The achievement can continue indefinitely if Iran does not get access to nuclear material.”

The statement comes after CNN reported that U.S. strikes against three of Iran’s nuclear sites did not destroy the nation’s nuclear program—a claim fiercely disputed by the administration.

“This alleged assessment is flat-out wrong and was classified as ‘top secret’ but was still leaked to CNN by an anonymous, low-level loser in the intelligence community,” White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said. “The leaking of this alleged assessment is a clear attempt to demean President Trump, and discredit the brave fighter pilots who conducted a perfectly executed mission to obliterate Iran’s nuclear program. Everyone knows what happens when you drop fourteen 30,000 pound bombs perfectly on their targets: total obliteration.”

President Donald Trump has a chance to do two incredible things.

First, with a successful second term he could buck a major historical trend.

Second, as his popularity increases, Trump could soon eclipse former President Barack Obama while relegating the 44th president to a historical footnote.

Tuesday on “The Benny Show” podcast, pollster Mark Mitchell of Rasmussen Reports told host Benny Johnson that Trump’s approval rating at this point in his presidency will soon surpass that of Obama at the same point in his second term.

“You’re saying that President Trump is about to beat Barack Obama for being the most popular president in our lifetimes?” Johnson asked in a clip posted to the social media platform X.

“At this point in the term and going forward, yeah, 100 percent,” Mitchell replied.

The key phrase “at this point in the term” sounds like a caveat.  In truth, however, it makes Trump’s achievement all the more remarkable.

Recall, for instance, how Obama entered the presidency. The media glorified him. His face appeared on posters, accompanied by the word “HOPE.”

Law professor and political commentator Jonathan Turley recently weighed in on the Trump administration’s court battles over immigration policy.

After issuing a flurry of executive orders targeting illegal immigration, President Donald Trump was faced with a barrage of lawsuits coming from left-leaning organizations. The White House has had mixed results in the courts so far. But a recent Supreme Court ruling allowing the administration to continue deporting illegal immigrants to third countries (nations from which they do not come) has given it a substantial victory.

During an interview on “Fox and Friends” with host Lawrence B. Jones, Turley gave his analysis of the situation, saying the Supreme Court could give Trump another significant victory.

Jones brought up Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor’s dissenting opinion in the recent case. “Rather than allowing our lower court colleagues to manage this high-stakes litigation with the care and attention it plainly requires, this court now intervenes to grant the government emergency relief from an order it has repeatedly defied,” she said.

Jones pointed out that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) claims the deportees’ home countries will not accept them back. “Countries are not clamoring to get more felons to augment their home population,” he said.

President Donald Trump brokered an historic ceasefire agreement between Israel and Iran on Monday, marking a dramatic pause in the most significant military confrontation between the two foes.

The Monday evening announcement took effect 12 hours later, following a timeline designed to allow final military maneuvers on both sides. However, a barrage of Iranian missile fire in the hours that followed left many Israelis questioning whether the truce had already been violated.

In an interview with Fox News Digital, John Spencer, executive director of the Urban Warfare Institute, said such delayed implementation is not unusual. “It’s hard to turn things off on a switch. You have aircraft in flight. You have forces in position,” he explained.

Scientists have achieved a breakthrough in reproductive technology by successfully breeding normal, healthy, and fertile motherless mice using DNA from two sperm cells: no egg, no female DNA. This work is part of a broader effort to understand the advantages and disadvantages of same-sex parenting and represents a significant leap in the field. Remarkably, the motherless mice survived to adulthood, but also reproduced, demonstrating their fertility. This finding could enhance our understanding of genetic inheritance and may eventually enable the use of epigenetic programming. The paper presents compelling evidence for the future possibilities of assisted reproduction through epigenetic techniques. Ongoing research in this area opens new avenues for exploring same-sex reproductive patterns, with potential applications in biomedicine and beyond. This breakthrough significantly expands our options for creating fertile offspring.

Breakthrough in same-sex reproduction: Healthy mice born from dual sperm DNA

According to the study, published in the journal Nature, the researchers were able to breed healthy and fertile mice using DNA from two sperm, and this was achieved through epigenetic programming. Unlike previous attempts, which resulted in weak or short-lived offspring, this study yielded viable pups. The scientific demonstration involved the targeted editing of methylation using epigenetic programming, meaning that the changes do not affect the underlying DNA sequence.

Deep beneath Earth’s surface, hot mantle rock slowly rises, fueling massive volcanic activity, tearing continents apart, and opening new oceans. But where these upwellings form, what they’re made of, and how shifting tectonic plates shape them still remains a puzzle.

The Afar region in East Africa is a rare geological crossroads—a triple rift zone where three tectonic plates are pulling away from each other. Scientists think a rising plume of hot mantle lies below it, offering a unique chance to study how such forces reshape our planet from the inside out.

Deep under Africa, scientists from the University of Southampton have found that hot mantle rock is rising in steady pulses—almost like the Earth has a beating heart. This hot material is pushing up beneath the Afar region in Ethiopia, slowly pulling the continent apart and setting the stage for a brand-new ocean.

The research shows that this rising heat is shaped by the movement of tectonic plates—huge slabs of Earth’s crust that float above the mantle. As these plates stretch and thin over time, especially at places like Afar where three rifts meet, they eventually split. That split is how a new ocean begins to form.

President Donald Trump issued a rebuke of the state for allowing a 16-year-old transgender runner to compete. Trump said the inclusion of a biological male was “totally demeaning to women and girls” and threatened to pull funding from the state. McMahon confirmed on Fox & Friends that this would be a reality unless the state makes immediate changes.

“We are giving them 10 days to remedy the situation. We have a remedy for them, but if they do not comply within 10 days, we will refer this to the Department of Justice,” McMahon said. “They really need to send a letter of apology to all of the female participants in sports. They need to return the titles that were taken away from these women who competed and lost to the males in sports, and they just have to make it right to those women competitors.”

This follows Trump’s “Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports” executive order, which clarified that Title IX, a law banning sex-based discrimination, would be enforced on the basis of biological sex. His administration argues that requiring biological females to compete against a transgender woman instead of having biological female-exclusive sports constitutes a civil rights violation.

Federal funding comprised over one-third, or $152.8 billion, of California’s 2024-25 budget, according to the California Budget and Policy Center. While McMahon did not detail how much federal funding could be lost due to this violation, she said it would be a “substantial amount.”

“They run the risk of losing their federal funding, in their K-12 schools, that’s where these infractions were committed,” McMahon said before paraphrasing Gov. Gavin Newsom’s (D-CA) take on the matter. “It’s very interesting to hear Gov. Newsom say it’s a matter of fairness. It is easy. Talk is cheap. I think he needs to put his money where his mouth is.”

A California man who was accused of conspiring with the man who blew himself up in an explosion that damaged a California fertility clinic was found dead in prison where he was awaiting trial.

Daniel Park, 32, faced conspiracy charges after being accused of sending explosive materials to Guy Edward Bartkus, who exploded a car bomb at American Reproductive Centers in Palm Springs last month, according to the New York Post.

Park was arrested in Poland after the attack and later returned to the United States.

“Daniel Park was found unresponsive at the Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) in Los Angeles, California. Responding employees initiated life-saving measures. … Mr. Park was transported by EMS to a local hospital and subsequently pronounced deceased,” the Federal Bureau of Prisons said in a statement.

No further details were revealed.

According to the complaint against him, Park bought ammonium nitrate six times between October 2022 and May 2025, according to USA Today.

He is accused of shipping 180 pounds of ammonium nitrate to Bartkus in January. He paid for another 90 pounds of the chemical to be sent to Bartkus in May, the complaint alleged.

The FBI alleged that Park and Bartkus experimented with the explosives in January and February at Bartkus’ residence in Twentynine Palms. The FBI also alleged Park sent Bartkus money via PayPal.

Bartkus left behind extremist writings.

“A manifesto allegedly written by the man was posted online before the bombing. It has some similarities to the rantings of the far-left, who also hate Christianity and view being pro-life as fascist,” journalist Andy Ngo posted on X.

The state of Washington declared war on the Roman Catholic Church in May when Democrat Gov. Bob Ferguson signed Senate Bill 5375 into law. The bill requires Catholic clergy to break the seal of confession and inform on a penitent who confesses to child abuse.

The law gives priests a choice: Violate the sanctity of the confessional and suffer excommunication, or refuse to report the abuse and go to prison.

The sanctity of the confessional has been recognized in America since 1813, when a New York court refused to compel a priest to reveal what a man accused of stealing jewelry told him during confession.

Senate Bill 5375 “adds clergy to Washington’s list of mandatory reporters for child abuse but explicitly denies them the ‘privileged communication’ exemption granted to other professionals, such as nurses and therapists,” reports The National Catholic Register.

Two other states, New Hampshire and West Virginia, also require priests to report abuse without offering the confidentiality exemption for confession. Washington is different because it still affords attorney-client privilege and similar privileges for other professions.

“Senate Bill 5375 unconstitutionally forces Catholic priests in Washington to choose between their obligations to the Catholic Church and their penitents or face criminal consequences, while treating the priest-penitent privilege differently than other well-settled privileges,” Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet Dhillon said. “The Justice Department will not sit idly by when States mount attacks on the free exercise of religion.”

The recent Israeli and American strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities have been “extremely successful” in significantly delaying Iran’s nuclear program, according to Robert Greenway, a former senior intelligence officer at the Defense Intelligence Agency’s U.S. Central Command.

Greenway, who also served as a senior director for the National Security Council and principal architect of the Abraham Accords during President Donald Trump’s first term, questioned leaked intelligence assessments suggesting limited damage.

Speaking to Fox Business host Maria Bartiromo today, Greenway said the Israeli and U.S. operations damaged Iran’s most protected facilities and left the country with no meaningful air defenses.

“The United States and Israel enjoy complete freedom of action in the air over Iran,” Greenway said on “Mornings with Maria,” emphasizing that Iran “has no air defenses to speak of and no air force.”

Greenway expressed optimism that the weakened Iranian position creates favorable conditions for expanding the Abraham Accords, potentially including Saudi Arabia, and represents a fundamental shift in regional power dynamics.

He also suggested the strikes send important signals to other U.S. adversaries like Russia and China, particularly through renewed American influence over global energy markets.

A federal judge in California blocked President Donald Trump‘s executive order aimed at ending collective bargaining for federal workers across various federal agencies.

Judge James Donato of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, an Obama appointee, issued a preliminary injunction on Tuesday blocking Trump’s order stripping collective bargaining rights from 21 agencies, which the president said he could do under the Civil Service Reform Act of 1978, citing national security concerns.

Donato sided with the American Federation of Government Employees, the AFL-CIO, and other unions who said the order was unlawful retaliation and violated their First Amendment speech rights.

“Plaintiffs have demonstrated a serious question under the First Amendment that warrants preserving the status quo pending further litigation. The court need not take up plaintiffs’ other claims as a potential ground for an injunction,” Donato said.

Donato pointed to a fact sheet released by the White House, which said Trump would “not tolerate mass obstruction that jeopardizes his ability to manage agencies with vital national security missions,” as part of his concerns about First Amendment violations.

The judge said the fact sheet “expressed a clear point of view that is hostile to federal labor unions and their First Amendment activities.”

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio on Sunday called for China to prevent Iran from closing the Strait of Hormuz, one of the most important trade routes for crude oil in the world.

“I encourage the Chinese government in Beijing to call them about that, because they heavily depend on the Straits of Hormuz for their oil,” Rubio said in an interview on Fox News. China is Iran’s most important oil customer and maintains friendly relations with the Islamic Republic.

Iran’s foreign minister warned earlier Sunday that the Islamic Republic “reserves all options to defend its sovereignty,” after the U.S. bombed three key nuclear sites over the weekend.

Iranian state-owned media, meanwhile, reported that Iran’s parliament backed closing the Strait of Hormuz, citing a senior lawmaker. However, the final decision to close the strait lies with Iran’s national security council, according to the report.

An attempt to block the narrow waterway between Iran and Oman could have profound consequences for the global economy. Some 20 million barrels per day of crude oil, or 20% of global consumption, flowed through the strait in 2024, according to the Energy Information Administration.

President Donald Trump and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth fired back at NBC News’ Kelly O’Donnell on Wednesday as she attempted to question them on reports that the Iranian nuclear sites were not “obliterated.”

An early assessment by the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), which was leaked to CNN, found that the damage done to Iran’s nuclear facilities likely only set back the Iranians’ nuclear program by a few months, which contradicted Trump’s claim that the sites were “completely obliterated.” While O’Donnell repeatedly asked about the report, Trump said the DIA report is incomplete and does not properly assess the damages caused by the U.S.’ bombings on Saturday night.

“You talked about having some on-the-ground assessments at Fordow and other sites … What is your message then, sir, to the intelligence community when they present reports?” O’Donnell asked.

“[The DIA] presented a report that wasn’t finished. We’re talking about something that took place three days ago. The report was done days ago,” Trump said, with O’Donnell attempting to push back. “Wait a minute, they didn’t see it. All they can do is take a guess. Now if you take a look at the pictures, if you take a look at how it’s all blackened. You know the fire and brimstone is all underground because it’s granite and it’s all underground. An initial classified assessment found the U.S. strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities set back Tehran’s nuclear program by a matter of months, according to three sources familiar with its contents.

The assessment, produced by the Defense Intelligence Agency, the Pentagon’s military intelligence wing, said the strikes caused the entrances to two nuclear enrichment facilities, including Fordo, to be sealed off. Resumption of the enrichment program may be determined by how long it takes Iran to clear the entrances and make repairs to electrical and water supplies, two sources familiar with the report’s findings said.

The DIA assessment also indicates some of Iran’s enriched uranium stockpile was moved before the strikes, one of the sources said.

Officials familiar with the report cautioned that it was an early assessment that could change as more information becomes available about the sites. It was not immediately clear at what confidence level the judgments included in the report were made.

A complete battle damage assessment is still being assembled, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Dan Caine said on Sunday at a press availability.

“Final battle damage will take some time, but initial battle damage assessments indicate that all three sites sustained extremely severe damage and destruction,” Caine said.

Was it all Kayfabe all along?

President Trump just came right out and told you, for anyone with ears to hear.

What’s “Kayfabe” mean anyway?

In professional wrestling, kayfabe refers to the practice of maintaining the illusion that the staged events, rivalries, and characters are real, even though they are not. It’s a suspension of disbelief that allows audiences to become invested in the storylines and characters. Essentially, it’s the wrestling industry’s version of “the show must go on” and maintaining the appearance of legitimacy.

And is that what we just got with Iran’s “retaliation” strike against the USA?

President Trump just told you:

“Iran was very nice, they gave us warning. They said we’re going to shoot them. Is 1 o’clock ok?

I said it’s fine… and everybody was emptied off the base, so they couldn’t get hurt.”

🔴 MY THOUGHTS:
Come on… you gotta admit this is a pretty weird thing to say, coming from a “terror regime”. Right?

Trump put Iran in check in 2018. We are watching a clandestine military operation take place.
