A federal appeals court on Wednesday reversed a district court’s order and allowed President Trump to cut billions of foreign aid payments that Congress already approved.

A three-judge panel on the DC Circuit Court of Appeals in a 2-1 ruling overruled a lower court’s order that blocked Trump from cutting billions of dollars to USAID.

The three judges included: Majority: Karen Henderson (George H.W. Bush), Gregory Katsas (Trump), and dissent: Florence Pan (Biden).

A bombshell new medical review warns that Covid shots, especially mRNA injections, are quietly fueling a surge in “sudden unnatural deaths,” hitting even young, healthy people with no prior warning signs.

The researchers sound the alarm of a “ticking time bomb” as Covid-vaccinated people who appear healthy continue to die suddenly and unexpectedly.

The multi-country research team was led by Dr. Sakshitha Potluri of Prathima Institute of Medical Sciences in India.

They pulled together peer-reviewed studies, global surveillance data, autopsy reports, and genetic research.

Their conclusion is explosive: these vaccines can trigger overlapping heart and brain failures that end in instant and fatal collapse.

In a recent study, researchers at the University of Texas at Austin examined data from Aid Access. This self-identifying “non-profit” telehealth abortion service ships Mifepristone and misoprostol to women in all 50 states. The authors of the study claimed that telemedicine has become a crucial access point for lower-income pregnant women seeking abortions.

Oh, the ignorance of the highly educated.

The study’s glowing headline attempts to frame telehealth abortion as a lifeline for the poor. But when you pull back the curtain, you find a system that offloads risk onto women, shields abortionists from accountability, and leaves some of the most vulnerable in our society alone in pain, sometimes delivering fully formed babies into toilets.

After Roe v. Wade was mercifully overturned in 2022, Aid Access saw usage of its services spike in states with strong pro-life protections. The study found that telehealth abortions were more than twice as high in these states. Why? Abortion providers are skirting protective pro-life laws by mailing pills into states where unfettered abortion is no longer the law of the land.

What if I told you there are almost certainly PAID PROTESTERS showing up at anti-Trump events in Washington DC lately?

I’m sure most of my readers wouldn’t be too shocked by that.

After all, we’ve covered the likelihood that Democrats in particular have been paying for warm bodies at public events for years, particularly during the 2024 election.

Even the Black Lives Matters rioters, with an apparent behind-the-scenes logistical team providing everything from food, water, PARTICIPANTS… and BRICKS?

The latest episode of HBO Max’s hit series Hard Knocks featured a powerful segment on a Buffalo Bills player’s Christian faith.

The moment came during this season’s second episode, which aired on the aforementioned streaming service Tuesday night. The episode featured profiles on several prominent Bills players, including safety Damar Hamlin.

Most Americans are likely familiar with Hamlin from Buffalo’s January 2023 matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals, during which he had to be driven off the field in an ambulance after abruptly going into cardiac arrest. The University of Pittsburgh alum appears to have made a full recovery in the years since, and returned to the Bills’ lineup as a regular starter in 2024.

While the Hard Knocks segment on Hamlin mentions his freak accident and charitable advocacy for CPR training, the more significant part of the profile is the focus on his Christian faith.

President Donald Trump had the presidential and legal authority to terminate billions of taxpayer dollars to the U.S Agency for International Development (USAID) and its countless overseas pet projects, the Washington D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed this week.

Ever since Trump issued his day-one executive order effectively freezing USAID’s wasting of Americans’ hard-earned dollars, judges have encroached on his presidential authority by hampering his power to impound, or “decline to spend the full amount of an appropriated fund.”

In its 2-1 ruling published on Wednesday, the D.C. Circuit Court not only reversed those attempts, but also paved the way to limit the number of lawsuits and subsequent injunctions designed to keep Trump from doing his job by curbing American subsidization of covert programs like Iraqi “Sesame Street,” LGBT initiatives abroad, and even meals for terrorists.

Democrat Rep. Delia Ramirez (IL) sparked controversy after reportedly declaring at the second annual Panamerican Congress held in Mexico that she is a proud Guatemalan before she is an American.

Ramirez, whose husband is a DACA recipient and defines her marriage as “mixed-status” on a campaign website, apparently made the controversial remarks this past weekend at what the Daily Caller has described as a “radical” summit organized by the director of an “anti-American organization.”

“I’m a proud Guatemalan before I’m an American,” she told the group while speaking in Spanish, according to the outlet’s translation.

The Daily Caller informs us that they “confirmed the translation of her statement with multiple Spanish speakers.”

Democrats are arguing that crime in Washington, D.C. is not a real “emergency.”

Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) said that. Democrats are now placing themselves in the crazy position of not wanting to do something to help alleviate crime because they hate President Donald Trump.

It’s a losing issue. And it’s taking positions like this that may explain why their approval is in the basement.

We’ve outlined a variety of things that have blown up that narrative — from the D.C Police Union saying, yes, there’s a real problem, to even MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough admitting he knew of Democrats and media who were privately cheering Trump’s action.

U.S. Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas) asked the FBI to intervene to help bring back state House Democrats who left Texas earlier this week to block the GOP from advancing a congressional redistricting map.

In a letter to FBI Director Kash Patel on Tuesday, Cornyn said he wants the bureau to “take any appropriate steps to aid in Texas state law enforcement efforts to locate or arrest potential lawbreakers who have fled the state” before referring to the Democrats who left.

Dozens of Texas state House Democrats left for other states, including Illinois and New York, this week, preventing state Republicans from doing business in the House on Monday. The remaining representatives voted to issue civil arrest warrants to the Democrats, while Gov. Greg Abbott ordered their arrest later that day.

The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) has sent the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) a request for a treasure trove of documents related to the ongoing federal investigation into the Obama administration’s Russiagate operation, The Federalist has learned. According to a letter to ODNI senior adviser Paul McNamara, which was obtained by The Federalist, the DOJ has requested from ODNI a wide array of documents about the Obama administration’s 2016 and 2017 attempts to frame then-President-elect Donald Trump as an agent of Russia who stole the 2016 election from Hillary Clinton.

The request comes on the heels of the declassification and public release of records from late 2016 and 2017 which show how top intelligence and law enforcement officials — including former FBI Director James Comey, former CIA Director John Brennan, and former DNI James Clapper — conspired to fabricate a narrative that Russia meddled in the 2016 election in order to elect Trump. The declassified records showed that top intelligence experts objected to the narrative, highlighted myriad issues with the so-called intelligence used to support false claims about Trump, and even told Brennan that he was misrepresenting facts and ignoring counter-evidence as part of a push to attack Trump, cripple his transition, and even hijack his presidency.

Fox News reported on Monday that the DOJ had authorized the empaneling of a federal grand jury to investigate whether Comey, Brennan, or other top Obama administration officials committed any crimes as part of their operation to use the nation’s top intelligence and law enforcement agencies to smear Trump.

The DOJ letter from a federal prosecutor, which was sent in response to a request from Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Tulsi Gabbard for the DOJ to investigate any potential criminal wrongdoing related to the production of the Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) that claimed without evidence that Russia sought to elect Trump in 2016, asks for 12 different categories of documents related to Gabbard’s criminal referral.

“Pursuant to the authority and director of the United States Attorney General, I have been assigned responsibility for investigating this criminal referral,” the letter states.

Forty-two years ago, a pregnant Guatemalan woman illegally crossed the Rio Grande River and gave birth to a baby who now has “birthright” citizenship. Today, that child sits in Congress — proudly declaring her allegiance to the country her mother left behind. This is the predictable result of a broken immigration system — one that has allowed the mass importation of both legal and illegal aliens regardless of their capacity or willingness to assimilate into the country.

“I am a proud Guatemalan before I am American,” Illinois Democrat Rep. Delia Ramírez said in Spanish during the opening remarks of the second annual Panamerican Congress in Mexico City. Notably, she sits on the House Homeland Security Committee — a committee dedicated to protecting the homeland.

Following backlash, Ramírez said in a statement that she is the “daughter of immigrants. The press release noted how she is “an American citizen by birthright.”

BERLIN — The top diplomats of Britain, France, and Germany threatened to reimpose sanctions on Iran as an end-of-the-month deadline nears for the country to resume negotiations with the West over its nuclear program and cooperation with the United Nations nuclear watchdog.

The three countries, known as the E3, wrote in a letter to the United Nations dated Friday that they were willing to trigger a process known as the “snapback” mechanism, which allows one of the Western parties to reimpose U.N. sanctions, if Tehran doesn’t comply with its requirements.

French Foreign Minister Jean-Nöel Barrot posted the letter Wednesday to X. He co-signed it along with top diplomats from Germany and the United Kingdom.

On Tuesday, August 13, the City Council of Avery, Texas (pop. 462) heard about the opportunity to pass an “Ordinance Outlawing Abortion, declaring Avery a Sanctuary City for the Unborn.” The city, located on U.S, Hwy 82 between the cities of Annona (pop. 288) and De Kalb (pop. 1,769), is another strategic location in the fight against abortion trafficking in Texas. The presentation in support of the measure was made by Right to Life Across Texas. The City of Avery is planning on adding the measure to their next city council meeting agenda for a vote.

Since June 11, 2019, over 90 cities and counties across seven different states have passed local ordinances going as far as they can to protect pregnant mothers and their unborn children from the tragedy of abortion. Over 70 of these cities and counties are in the State of Texas.

Located in Red River County, the City of Avery rests in a county where over 80% of voters cast their ballot for President Donald J. Trump in the 2024 presidential election. According to proposition votes cast during the 2018 and 2022 Republican Party Primaries, many of these Republican voters are strongly pro-life. During the Republican Party Primary in 2018, Red River voters had the opportunity to vote on Proposition #7, which stated, “I believe abortion should be abolished in Texas.” Almost 75% of voters voted in favor of this proposition. During the Republican Party Primary in 2022, Red River voters had the opportunity to vote on Proposition #5, which stated, “Texas should enact a state constitutional amendment to defend the sanctity of innocent human life, created in the image of God, from fertilization until natural death.” Over 90% voted in favor of this proposition.

Four Al Jazeera journalists including prominent reporter Anas al-Sharif have been killed in a targeted Israeli strike near Gaza City’s al-Shifa Hospital.

Sharif and another correspondent, Mohammed Qreiqeh, along with cameramen Ibrahim Zaher and Mohammed Noufal were in a tent for journalists at the hospital’s main gate when it was struck, the broadcaster said.

Two other freelance journalists were killed: Moamen Aliwa and Mohammed al-Khaldi.

The “targeted assassination” on Sunday was “yet another blatant and premeditated attack on press freedom”, the news outlet said. The Committee to Protect Journalists said it was appalled by the attack.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) confirmed it had targeted Sharif, alleging he had “served as the head of a terrorist cell in Hamas”.

“You guys figure out your elections. I’m going to focus on mine.”

Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ) avoided questions on the endorsement of socialist candidate for New York City mayor, Zohran Mamdani, during a recent CNN interview. This comes after some Democrats have thrown their support behind the far-left candidate, and others have refrained from doing so.

In an interview that aired on Sunday on CNN with Booker, the New Jersey Senator was asked if he supported Mamdani, like other Democrats have done in recent weeks after the socialist candidate beat former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo in the mayoral primary. “Democratic leaders are not supporting [Mamdani]. Is that a problem? Do you support him?” CNN’s Manu Raju asked.

Booker avoided the question altogether and said that the “lines that divide us in America are not nearly as strong as the ties that bind us.”

“Big corporations, people want to keep our eyes on the screen, want to pit us against each other and tell us how much we should hate each other. I am sorry. The left-right lens is not the right lens to look at this right now,” Booker added. “Right now it is: Can we get back to the pragmatic work of governing?”

After Booker dodged the question, the CNN host pressed him again, asking, “Mamdani, are you going to support him?” Booker declined to endorse the socialist.

Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) announced her support for New York City mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani yesterday, suggesting that he is offering solutions and that this is the Democratic message.

None of this is surprising. Warren has always had one foot in the Bernie Sanders/AOC wing of the party. She is also always eager to be out in front of whatever the party’s far left base is embracing at any given time.

From Politico:

‘Talk about affordability’: Warren boosts Mamdani as model for Democratic victory

Elizabeth Warren doesn’t have a problem with Zohran Mamdani being the face of the Democrats. In fact, she wants the rest of the party to follow his example on affordability.

The progressive senator from Massachusetts swung by New York City on Monday to pay homage to Mamdani, who overwhelmingly won the Democratic nomination for mayor in June — but still hasn’t secured endorsements from many of New York’s party leaders.

“Come talk about affordability for families,” Warren said at an affordable childcare event, when asked to respond to the democratic socialist’s many detractors. “This is who Democrats fight for, and Zohran is on the front lines in that fight out there fighting for families.”

FBI Director Kash Patel challenged news media to own who is really “lying” about his discovery of a stash of classified documents connected to the Trump-Russia collusion narrative weaponized against Donald Trump in his first term.

The director’s comments came in the wake of recent reports that “burn bags” filled with thousands of documents dating back to the Trump-Russia probe were discovered in a room in FBI headquarters.

Posting on X Saturday, the director evoked his role as senior counsel for the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence during the first Trump term and wrote:

In 2017/18, I proved the Steele Dossier was fictitious intelligence, weaponized by corrupt FBI officials to deceive a federal judge and unlawfully spy on then presidential candidate Trump’s campaign — all paid for by his opponent.

Months of protests in Serbia reached a new intensity Wednesday night as riot police intervened to separate rival demonstrations of anti-government protesters and supporters of President Aleksandar Vucic. The president once again accused unnamed foreign powers of orchestrating the protests, which first began after the deadly collapse of a subway station sparked accusations of widespread government corruption.

Supporters of the ruling Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) threw flares and firecrackers at anti-government protesters in Novi Sad on Wednesday evening, prompting police to intervene to end the standoff, a major escalation of nine-month-long protests in Serbia.

The student-led protests in Serbia first started in November after a train station canopy collapsed in Novi Sad, killing 16 people and triggering accusations of corruption in state infrastructure projects.

Protests have since drawn hundreds of thousands of people, shaking President Aleksandar Vucic’s firm grip on power. His supporters have recently started organising counter-demonstrations, fuelling fears of possible violence.
