Since returning to office, President Trump has faced an onslaught of leftist-backed lawfare seeking to grind the implementation of his voters’ agenda to a halt. Unsurprisingly, many of these lawsuits have been filed in districts predominated by Democrat-appointed judges, who have been more than happy to issue a myriad of preliminary injunctions and temporary restraining orders blocking enforcement of the administration’s policies.

Now, with the U.S. Supreme Court largely agreeing to shut down this lower court judicial coup for the time being, a number of rogue judges have taken to anonymously attacking the high court for stopping the crisis they helped create.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio has fired a State Department Foreign Service officer who admitted in an undercover video from O’Keefe Media Group, that he had a romantic relationship with a woman linked to the Chinese Communist Party.

A statement from the State Department confirmed that Daniel Choi, a Foreign Service officer, was terminated following presidential approval from Donald Trump.
“Today, after Presidential review and approval, the Secretary of State has terminated a Foreign Service Officer (FSO) who concealed a romantic relationship with a Chinese national with ties to the Chinese Communist Party,” the department said.

The statement noted that under an executive order, “all officers or employees charged with implementing the foreign policy of the United States must under Article II do so under the direction and authority of the president. Failure to faithfully implement the president’s policy is grounds for professional discipline, including separation.”

A State Department spokesperson told O’Keefe Media Group that this is the first time in US history a dismissal of this kind has occurred.

In the undercover recording, Choi admitted to knowingly violating security protocols by hiding his relationship with a senior Chinese Communist Party official’s daughter.

“I defied my government for love,” Choi said in the video.

“Her dad was, like, either a provincial or a federal minister of education,” he continued. “So he’s like, straight up Communist party.”

The leaks published by Candace Owens suggest that Kirk fell out with a Jewish donor just days before his assassination

Leaked text messages in which late conservative activist Charlie Kirk admits to losing the support of a major Jewish donor are “authentic,” according to Andrew Kolvet, a spokesman for Kirk’s nonprofit Turning Point USA.

Kolvet said he had personally shared a screenshot of a private chat with “people in the government” shortly after Kirk’s death. He did not want to make it public because it was a “private conversation” that did not “necessarily comport with things that were already made public,” he said on ‘The Charlie Kirk Show’ YouTube channel on Tuesday.

The leaked messages were first shown by conservative commentator Candace Owens during her YouTube podcast on Monday. According to the screenshots, Kirk wrote, “I just lost another huge Jewish donor. $2 million a year because we won’t cancel Tucker.”

The remark apparently referred to Kirk’s refusal to withdraw an invitation for fellow conservative commentator Tucker Carlson to speak at his AmericaFest conference. In a follow-up message, Kirk wrote that he had “no choice but to leave the pro-Israel cause.”

Ken Paxton wins third term as attorney general, beating Democrat ...

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton (R.) announced Tuesday that he has launched undercover operations into various left-wing terror cells in the state in response to rising political violence, most notably, the political assassination of TPUSA founder Charlie Kirk.

As part of the effort, the attorney general said undercover agents will be infiltrating identified “leftist terror cells” like Antifa.

“Leftist political terrorism is a clear and present danger. Corrupted ideologies like transgenderism and Antifa are a cancer on our culture and have unleashed their deranged and drugged-up foot soldiers on the American people,” Paxton said in a statement.

“The martyrdom of Charlie Kirk marks a turning point in America. There can be no compromise with those who want us dead. To that end, I have directed my office to continue its efforts to identify, investigate, and infiltrate these leftist terror cells. To those demented souls who seek to kill, steal, and destroy our country, know this: you cannot hide, you cannot escape, and justice is coming.”

President Donald Trump issued an Executive Order on September 22 officially designating Antifa as a domestic terrorist organization and instructed his administration to “utilize all applicable authorities to investigate, disrupt, and dismantle any and all illegal operations—especially those involving terrorist actions—conducted by Antifa.”

Democrats love to portray themselves as the “Party of Women.” They will tell voters breathlessly that they are the only thing standing between our mothers, aunts, sisters, and daughters from being forced into Handmaid’s Tale outfits.

But, as with all things Democratic, don’t look at what they say, look at what they do. Time and again, Democrats betray women when it really matters. Democrats put the desires of “trans identifying” men over the rights and safety of women, including women in prison and girls in locker rooms. The Biden administration rewrote Title IX to force men into women’s sports and punish the women who spoke out against it. They lie about abortion and the abortion pill, harming women.

And now we’ve learned that Zohran Mamdani, New York’s frontrunner for mayor, refused to step in and stop a rape on the grounds of cultural relativism.

Nancy Pelosi | Biography, Book, Age, & Facts | Britannica

Two people are running to be Virginia Attorney General. One of them wished for his opponent to be murdered and for another opponents kids to be murdered in front of them so that would would help this candidate’s political agenda. The other candidate did none of those things. According to Nancy Pelosi, the person who wishes death on his opponents and their children is, on balance, the better candidate. That candidate is also the Democrat. Surprise!

To quote Jay Jones, the DEMOCRAT candidate for VA AG, about then Speaker of the House Todd Gilbert, Three people, two bullets… Gilbert, hitler, and pol pot…Gilbert gets two bullets to the head…Spoiler: put Gilbert in the crew with the two worst people you know and he receives both bullets every time.”

He also said he hoped Gilbert’s kids would die in front of him, adding, “I mean do I think Todd and Jennifer are evil? And that they’re breeding little fascists? Yes.”

Apropos of nothing, and I say this out of love and respect for the game, shouts to the Republican who held on to these texts until the most politically opportune moment. A lesser official would have rushed right to X-Twitter to score a political point or two.

Nancy Pelosi thinks wishing for a bullet to be put in the head of your opponent and of your opponent’s children is a-ok, as long as the person who thinks so is a Democrat and will advance her podies radical agenda against Americans. She also tried to make it about her, wondering where the outrage is when she gets a threat.

Diane Goodstein; South Carolina judge's home destroyed by fire ...

Blurb:

On Saturday, a massive fire broke out at the Edisto Beach home of Diane Goodstein, a South Carolina Circuit Court judge who was born and raised in the Palmetto State.

Photos and videos from the scene show it being engulfed in flames and totally destroyed. Two family members and another person were in the home at the time of the blaze. They all escaped, thankfully, but sustained injuries:

Circuit Court Judge Diane Goodstein was walking her dogs on the beach in Edisto Island, S.C., about an hour south of Charleston, when the fire began, according to officials. Her husband, former state Sen. Arnold Goodstein, their son, Arnold Goodstein III, and one other occupant were forced to jump from the burning building from an elevated first floor to escape the blaze, officials said.

The three occupants were rescued by kayak from the home’s backyard due to the area’s marshy terrain, Colleton County Fire-Rescue told ABC News. One occupant was airlifted to Medical University of South Carolina hospital in Charleston and the other two were taken there via ground transportation, according to Colleton County Fire-Rescue.

Almost immediately, the Usual Suspects sprang into action, blaming the Trump administration for criticizing Goldstein over a TRO she issued in early September that barred the state’s election commission from handing over its voter registration info to the DOJ:

Circuit Court judge Diane Goodstein issued a temporary restraining order to halt the process on Sept. 2, saying that “there is a likelihood that immediate and irreparable damage will result to Plaintiff if her personal information data is released in violation of her right to privacy.”

Harmeet Dhillon, DOJ Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights, pushed back on the ruling at the time, vowing to press on:

Between that, unconfirmed reports of Goodstein allegedly receiving threats after the ruling, and White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller harshly criticizing the judge in the Oregon National Guard case on the same day Goodstein’s house went up in flames, it was enough for the liberal outrage machine to do its thing:

This is Newsom’s comms director:

After the tweets from Newsom’s office in particular, however, Dhillon was alerted to alleged threats that DOJ staffers said they saw in the comments:

According to a screenshot, one ominous-sounding post from an X account that no longer exists declared, “I’m just saying Harmeet Dhillon’s address can’t be hard to find.” The screenshot also showed that after the person was asked what they were saying, they replied, “I’ll let you know in two weeks.”

Those posts appear to have been made in reply to a post from Izzy Gardon, Newsom’s communications director.

In response, Dhillon indicated she’d made some referrals to the U.S. Marshals office:

On Monday, the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) announced that so far, they’d found no evidence that the fire was intentionally set, a message that SC Gov. Henry McMaster shared on X:

SLED Chief Mark Keel has announced that at this point in the investigation there is no evidence the horrific fire at Judge Goodstein’s Edisto home was intentionally set. I echo Chief Keel’s call for everyone to exercise good judgment and avoid sharing unverified information while the investigation continues.

The news had Dhillon once again implicating Newsom’s comms guy in the alleged threats against her:

As a side note, most of the “reporting” and hyperventilating from the media and the left on this story leave out the very inconvenient fact that subsequent rulings in the case in the weeks that followed were against the plaintiff who had originally sued to stop the release of the information:

Sept. 11: SC Supreme Court lifts block on state from sharing voter data with DOJ

Oct. 1: Circuit Court judge sides with SC in case over voter data release to DOJ

The investigation into the cause of the fire is ongoing. We’ll keep you posted on developments.

The fracas began around 6:46 p.m. when police responded to an “unrelated emergency three blocks away” from where the protest was happening, according to a Boston Police Department (BPD) press release.

The horde of protesters involved about 200 to 300 people. They blocked the street, preventing law enforcement vehicles from passing through. “Many protesters, wearing facial coverings and gloves, interlocked arms, chanted over amplified bullhorns, and refused to clear the roadway,” the press release said.

Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Ill., ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, opened the oversight hearing of the Department of Justice (DOJ) pushing a new narrative Democrats have latched on to: the lie that ICE agents zip-tied children during a Chicago raid.

“In the middle of the night, federal agents pulled women and children out of their beds, crashed down the doors to their homes, destroyed their apartments, zip-tied children and others, and detained immigrants and U.S. citizens alike for hours in vans,” Durbin claimed. “When one witness complained about the treatment of the small children, an agent laughed at her and said, ‘F them kids.’”

Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker gave a dramatic description of this same story during a Monday press conference and has been repeating it every chance he gets.

Republican Georgia Rep. Buddy Carter is urging the Department of Justice (DOJ) to investigate the network of organizations backed by billionaire megadonor George Soros for potential involvement in politically motivated violence, the Daily Caller News Foundation has learned.

In a letter sent Thursday to Attorney General Pam Bondi, Carter called for a “comprehensive and immediate” investigation into the Open Society Foundations and other groups backed by billionaire megadonor George Soros to “determine whether they are in violation of any federal laws related to domestic terrorism, material support for violence, or other illegal activities targeting Americans based on political beliefs.”

“There is growing concern, based on credible reporting, that George Soros’ Open Society Foundations have played a significant role in funding organizations associated with promoting political extremism and engage in or endorse actions that meet the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s definition of domestic terrorism,” Carter wrote.

“The funding of organizations that engage in, support, or incite political violence must not be tolerated,” the congressman, who is currently in a three-way Republican primary seeking to unseat Democratic Sen. Jon Ossoff, added.

Carter cited a recent report by the Capital Research Center (CRC), which found that Soros, through the Open Society Foundations, funneled more than $80 million to organizations that “engage in or endorse” actions fitting the FBI’s definition of domestic terrorism.

For instance, Open Society Foundations gave $400,000 to the Center for Third World Organizing (CTWO), which boasts it “threw down with people in the streets” during the George Floyd riots in 2020.

An elections integrity watchdog is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to weigh in on leftist-led Michigan’s dirty voter rolls, apparently filled with tens of thousands of dead registrants.

The Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) has filed a petition seeking review of the landmark Public Interest Legal Foundation v. Jocelyn Benson, which challenges the Wolverine State’s refusal to clean up its voter rolls — a requirement under the National Voter Registration Act.

PILF argues that the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals erred in its ruling last year affirming a lower court opinion that found the Secretary of State’s office has made “reasonable efforts” to properly remove the names of deceased individuals from Michigan’s voter rolls. The case aims to clarify what a “reasonable effort” in the face of evidence that Michigan’s limited list-maintenance program’s design “virtually guarantees that thousands of deceased voters remain on the rolls.”

“Michigan’s refusal to act on overwhelming evidence of deceased registrants violates federal law,” said Kaylan Phillips, PILF’s legal counsel for the case. “The NVRA requires states to make efforts that keep the rolls accurate.”

PILF’s analysis of Michigan’s voter list identified more than 27,000 likely deceased individuals registered to vote. Some of those former citizens of the living have been dead for decades, according to the complaint. Of the suspect registrants, nearly 4,000 have been dead for at least 20 years, PILF found. Throughout the legal challenges, the foundation sent Michigan’s far-left secretary of state, Jocelyn Benson, obituaries and gravestones of many of the deceased registrants.

One individual registered to vote was apparently born in 1823 — some 14 years before Michigan became a state. The person was registered to vote in 2008. It’s either an invalid registration or state elections officials have some trouble entering basic data, the foundation’s investigation mused.

The U.S. military has been steadily racking up hits on Venezuelan cartel drug boats:

It appears more military action may now be on the table as President Donald Trump has officially ended diplomatic talks with Venezuela, shutting down negotiations led by presidential envoy Richard Grenell.

The move signals potential military escalation against President Nicolás Maduro’s government and his alleged drug trafficking networks.

President Trump has stopped diplomatic discussions with Venezuela in his bid to end drug trafficking and cartels operating in the U.S., according to a report by The New York Times.

The outlet cited U.S. officials and claimed Trump has closed the door on negotiations, potentially setting in motion increased military action against drug traffickers, cartel ships or President Nicolás Maduro’s government.

According to the report, Richard Grenell, the special presidential envoy who was leading talks with Maduro, was informed Oct. 2. that all diplomatic contact must stop.

The Trump administration has accused Maduro of overseeing a “narco-state,” indicting him on drug trafficking charges and offering a $50 million reward for his arrest.

Former Democratic California Rep. Katie Porter is having a rough go of it, and she likely didn’t expect it. Her polling isn’t bad—she’s the frontrunner in the upcoming gubernatorial race—but her media meltdowns could have her riding a mudslide out of the race. It’s a disaster.

Not only is she insanely unlikable in these interviews, but she’s also downright nasty. It’s also nothing new. It’s a classic sign of a control freak or someone who was never pushed back on, because CBS Los Angeles gets you rattled as a Democrat. I don’t know what to tell you. In that interview, Porter was aghast that she would be asked if she needed Trump voters to win over in the primary. Porter wanted to end the interview.

Now we have this new clip from a Politico interview, where she’s caught berating a staffer for being in her shot:

A newly surfaced video shows Katie Porter — the frontrunner in next year’s race for California governor — blasting a staffer who interrupted a meeting the former House member was taping for the Biden administration.

“Get out of my fucking shot!” Porter said after the employee came into view.

Video of the exchange, exclusively obtained by POLITICO Wednesday, shows an online conversation between Porter and then-Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm in July 2021. Several minutes in, Porter’s staffer interjected to correct something the Democratic representative had said about electric vehicles. Porter then reprimanded her employee, who had also previously appeared periodically in the background during the recording.

“You also were in my shot before that. Stay out of my shot,” Porter said.

The staffer, whom POLITICO is not identifying out of privacy concerns and who was not the source of the video, declined to comment.

The GrayHouse survey, conducted for Stefanik’s leadership PAC, E-PAC, shows Hochul initially leading Stefanik 48% to 43%.

However, once respondents were informed of Hochul’s record on issues like bail reform, New York’s soaring cost of living, and her endorsement of radical socialist NYC mayoral nominee Zohran Mamdani, her lead collapsed to 46.4% to Stefanik’s 45.9%.

The state of New Jersey continues to push for access to abortion without limits – even beyond its state border.

The New Jersey legislature has passed a bill issuing a “reproductive health travel advisory” for New Jersey women seeking abortions in other states.

The “New Jersey Reproductive Health Travel Advisory” was warranted, according to the text of the bill, due to “a need to create an advisory that will inform New Jersey residents of the extent to which states within the United States limit reproductive health care services so that they may make informed travel decisions while pregnant.”

The proposed advisory came after much debate, passing the state Senate in October 2024 and the state House June 30 of this year. New Governor Phil Murphy had not signed the bill as of press time.

It requires the New Jersey Department of State to establish the travel advisory and use color coding for abortion access in other states, urging different levels of “caution” over travel to each state depending on the abortion regulation there.

The bill describes the caution colors:

(1) “Blue: Exercise normal caution,” which signifies that pregnant individuals have access to all forms of reproductive medical care without fear of civil or criminal prosecution;

(2) “Yellow: Exercise increased caution,” which signifies that pregnant individuals have restricted access to reproductive medical care that could result in civil or criminal prosecution; and

(3)“Red: Reconsider travel,” which signifies that pregnant individuals have extremely restricted access to reproductive medical care that could result in an adverse medical outcome, pregnant individuals being subject to civil or criminal prosecution, and individuals seeking emergency reproductive medical care not being provided life-saving care due to state law.

“In the communities of ancient Christian tradition, such as those of the West, the presence of many brothers and sisters from the world’s South should be welcomed as an opportunity, through an exchange that renews the face of the Church,” the Pope declared on October 5.

The study Burnett uses to justify her claims that right-wing extremism is worse cites rising left-wing extremist violence and includes Islamic terror as “right-wing.”

On Wednesday, the Trump administration held a roundtable with journalists who have been documenting and reporting Antifa activity specifically in the United States for at least a decade. President Trump and key leaders within his administration attended this meeting to hear first-hand accounts of the violence and mayhem caused by members of this group, but for CNN’s Erin Burnett, Antifa barely exists and “right-wing extremists” are worse.

Burnett played a clip of DHS Secretary Kristi Noem discussing Antifa networks, saying that it’s “just as sophisticated as MS-13, as TDA, as ISIS, as Hezbollah, as Hamas, as all of them.” Burnett was incredulous, indicating that Hamas was more legitimate since they’ve been engaged in a two-year war against Israel. Hamas’ efforts have been supported on American and international streets by Antifa, but Burnett didn’t mention that.

“And ISIS? These are incredible things to say,” Burnett said with a smirk. “And obviously I’m not going to sit here and defend anybody who considered themselves part of an Antifa movement, such that it is, but ‘such that it is’ is the operative part of that sentence. Antifa is far from a major sophisticated terror organization like Hezbollah, Hamas, or ISIS. In fact,” she went on, “it’s not even like far-right groups like The Proud Boys or Oathkeepers, which have national leaders like Antifa.”

“There is no organized hierarchy to the group,” Burnett went on. “And according to the Center for Strategic and International Studies, compared to right-wing extremists, Antifa-linked violence is rare and limited.” A study from the Center for Strategic and International Studies in September reads “2025 marks the first time in more than 30 years that left-wing terrorist attacks outnumber those from the violent far right.”

After Wednesday’s arrest of Jonathan Rinderknecht in connection with the deadly Palisades Fire, California Gov. Gavin Newsom declared that there was finall “closure” for Pacific Palisades residents, but nothing could be further from the truth. The arrest provided answers about the fire’s origin, but created a lot more questions.

A criminal complaint charging Rinderknecht with intentionally setting the blaze states that it started just after midnight on January 1, 2025, and was contained by the Los Angeles Fire Department within a day or two, depending upon which LAFD official was speaking. A firebrand became seated in dense vegetation and smoldered and burned in the roots underground for nearly a week until January 7, when the predicted windstorm brought embers to the surface. By the next morning, most of Pacific Palisades was gone.

According to federal investigators, Rinderknecht used a lighter that was found in his glove compartment to light the blaze, and it was not caused by teenagers setting off fireworks for the new year, as had been rumored.

Democrats’ position on the government shutdown contains no small amount of hypocrisy. Even the corporate media have pointed out that people like Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., were decrying the problems associated with government shutdowns as recently as March.

But the problem with Democrats’ demands, such as they are, goes well beyond hypocrisy. Democrats are insisting on getting their demands met — namely, an expansion of Obamacare, via extension of enhanced subsidies — in exchange for reopening the government. In making that appeal, they’re citing Republicans’ unsuccessful efforts to defund Obamacare, chief of which was the government shutdown in 2013. Viewed from this perspective, Democrats’ position looks even more asinine — they are demanding that they succeed where Republicans (largely) failed.

For as much as Democrats, like New York Sen. Chuck Schumer, insist this is a war over healthcare, Kennedy decided to read some of the specifics for where that party wanted your tax dollars going before business could resume — none of which sounded like Schumer’s “healthcare” claim.

Footage of Kennedy reading off this list was posted to social media platform X on Tuesday.

“We took out, and here’s what they want us to put back in,” Kennedy said in preface.

“We found that under President Biden, they were spending $3 million for circumcisions and vasectomies in Zambia. We took that out. The congresswoman [New York Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez] says, ‘We’re going to shut down the government until you put that back in.’

At the California Young Republican Federation’s recent convention, young conservatives got a provocative discussion on education and school choice from a seasoned panel of leaders.

State Senator Tony Strickland, Orange County Board of Education Trustee Mari Barke, Lakeside Union School District Trustee Andrew Hayes, and Pepperdine University’s School of Public Policy Dean Pete Peterson laid out what’s at stake in America’s schools and what conservatives need to do to protect them.

The message was simple but powerful. Get involved. Attend K–12 school board meetings. Hold school board members accountable. Organize walkouts when needed. Run for office. And as I’ve said before, teach.

If conservatives are serious about reclaiming our schools, we can’t just talk about it. We must show up and participate.

The panelists made a strong case for School Choice and Charter Schools, arguing that giving parents more options forces school districts to perform better and compete for students. It’s a proven way to empower families instead of bureaucrats.
