The U.S. Department of Justice has intervened in a legal dispute to support Grace New England Church, a small congregation led by Pastor Howard Kaloogian in Weare, New Hampshire.

The church has gathered for worship on Pastor Kaloogian’s five-acre property every Saturday for several years, using a renovated barn that the pastor has also offered to the community for a variety of secular events, including political rallies, backgammon tournaments, and weddings.

The government has never had an issue with any gathering held anywhere in town or on Pastor Kaloogian’s private property — until a Weare zoning enforcement official named Tony Sawyer saw a promotional flyer for Grace New England Church’s Saturday worship event. Sawyer then went, uninvited, to Pastor Kaloogian’s house and informed him that he would have to complete a site plan application and a conditional-use permit in order to continue holding religious assemblies on his private property.

The town has since delayed permit applications, subjected the pastor to repeated inspections of his home, and threatened to fine him.

As the U.S. Supreme Court considers whether parents have the right to opt their children out of reading books that promote gender ideology, a federal district court told a California school district that it cannot force children to read such books without parental notice and the opportunity to opt out.

The case centers on La Costa Heights Elementary School, located in the Encinitas School District near San Diego. The school runs a mandatory “buddy program” in which 5th grade students mentor kindergarteners.

Traditionally, this program involved art projects, gardening, and reading sessions — with books selected by the students themselves. Each week, parents received a newsletter detailing which book was being read in class.

The process changed when teachers selected My Shadow is Pink, a book promoting gender ideology. That week, no notice was sent to parents.

The book tells the story of a boy who enjoys wearing dresses and playing with toys typically associated with girls. Because he doesn’t “fit in,” his shadow is pink instead of blue. The central conflict revolves around his father’s initial discomfort and eventual embrace of his son’s pink shadow as not a phase but as a reflection of his “inner-most self.” By the end, the father joins his son and wears a dress.

One of President Donald Trump’s big promises on the campaign trail last November was to crack down on crime.

A frequent complaint heard from constituents and prospective voters was that Democrats were too soft on crime — and too anti-police.

Trump’s Department of Justice seems poised to tackle both of those issues in one fell swoop.

The DOJ, led by Attorney General Pam Bondi, announced Wednesday that it is doing away with a number of restrictive investigations and lawsuits ushered in at the 11th hour by the administration of former President Joe Biden.

“Today, the Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division is beginning the process of dismissing lawsuits against the Louisville, Kentucky and Minneapolis, Minnesota police departments,” the statement began.

President Donald Trump’s offer to illegal alines of a thousand bucks and a free plane ride back to their homes has been put into motion and the first self-deportation flights have already begin.

The first flight lifted off on Monday as several dozen illegals took Trump up on his offer to help them go back where they belong.

Per The Blaze:

Citing an unnamed Department of Homeland Security official, Axios claimed that the first so-called “self-deportation” flight took off from Houston around 9:30 a.m. The plane reportedly carried 65 illegal aliens from Colombia and Honduras and took the individuals to their respective countries of origin.

Those on the flight apparently took advantage of an offer from the Trump administration known as “Project Homecoming.” In exchange for electing to “self-deport” through the CBP Home app, they each received a free ticket home plus $1,000 upon their arrival, Axios said.

DHS Secretary Kristi Noem has urged all immigrants in the U.S. illegally to participate in the program. “If you are here illegally, self-deportation is the best, safest, and most cost-effective way to leave the United States to avoid arrest,” Noem said in a statement on May 5.

Until Democrats start naming names and apologizing for their reckless, craven conduct as it relates to Joe Biden, I don’t want to hear another word about Pete Hegseth’s Signal chats.

It was fine timing to get news over the weekend that the former president, a well established dotard, has an advanced and aggressive form of prostate cancer that has reached his bones. There’s a strong likelihood that Biden was diagnosed with some stage of the disease before he was even elected president, and he almost certainly had it while in office. Yet the public knew nothing until Sunday.

Prayers up for Biden, but this is an appalling scandal. And it comes just as the dying news media are finally acknowledging that, yeah, Biden’s brain was rapidly browning over as he sat in the Oval Office, where he was losing track of space and time as the commander of the United States military, the point person for nuclear war.

Recall that now-Republican Rep. Ronnie Jackson, when he was serving as Donald Trump’s first-term White House physician in 2018, rendered a medical summary on the president that more or less described Trump as in good health, if a little overweight and in need of some exercise. The dying media questioned him for an hour at a press conference. They were sure that Jackson was deceiving the public by not divulging some mental affliction that would have affirmed their feverish desire to see Trump removed from office by way of the 25th Amendment.

Vice President JD Vance called Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts’s comment that the role of the judiciary branch is to check both the executive and legislative branches of government “profoundly wrong.”

Speaking with New York Times columnist Ross Douthat, Vance was asked about court cases that have hampered the Trump administration’s deportation efforts.

“I saw an interview with Chief Justice Roberts recently where he said the role of the court is to check the excesses of the executive,” Vance said. “I thought that was a profoundly wrong sentiment.”

Chief Justice John Roberts said earlier this month that the high court’s role is to “check the excesses of Congress or the executive” as an independent and coequal branch of government.

Vance disagrees.

“That’s one-half of his job,” Vance said on Douthat’s podcast. “The other half of his job is to check the excesses of his own branch.”

The Canadian government’s Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) has admitted to secretly tracking reports of sudden deaths and other adverse events among people who received Covid “vaccines.”

The government agency has been gathering the information in a massive database, which also includes thousands of scientific studies related to the dangers of the injections.

PHAC was forced to make the admission in response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.

The agency has just complied with the FIOA request after it was sent in May 2024.

A successful complaint to the Information Commissioner forced PHAC to respond to the FOIA request after health officials ignored it for months.

PHAC had requested an extension of time to comply with this request, which the requestor felt was unreasonable.

US President Donald Trump has unveiled a scheme to build a $175 billion (€154bn) missile defence system called the “Golden Dome”, claiming it could be “fully operational” by the end of his presidential term.

The announcement on Tuesday came roughly four months after Trump signed an executive order, instructing the Pentagon to draw up plans to defend the US against “catastrophic” aerial attacks.

Although the exact scope of the Golden Dome project remains unclear, Trump said the system would involve “next-generation” technologies, including space-based sensors and interceptors.

“Once fully constructed, the Golden Dome will be capable of intercepting missiles even if they are launched from other sides of the world, and even if they are launched from space,” Trump claimed.

The deep blue state of Vermont has run into the inevitable brick wall that electric vehicle mandates always leads to and they have come to their senses by dumping the dreamy green mandates they had envisioned.

Vermont’s Democrat Governor Phil Scott issued an executive order this month halting enforcement of the state’s EV mandates, which demanded that 35 percent of all vehicles be electric by 2026.

Per Reuters:

Vermont is one of 11 states including New York, Maryland and Massachusetts that have adopted California’s zero-emission vehicle rules, which seek to end the sale of gasoline-only vehicles by 2035. California’s rules require 35% of light-duty vehicles in the 2026 model year to be zero-emission models.

Scott cited warnings from automakers that they could limit supply of gas-powered vehicles to dealers in the state because of the EV rules.

“It’s clear we don’t have anywhere near enough charging infrastructure and insufficient technological advances in heavy-duty vehicles to meet current goals,” said Scott.

The Take It Down Act, a controversial bipartisan bill recently hailed by First Lady Melania Trump as a tool to build a safer internet, is officially law, as President Donald Trump took to the White House Rose Garden today to put ink to legislative paper. It’s the first high-profile tech legislation to pass under the new administration.

“With the rise of AI image generation, countless women have been harassed with deepfakes and other explicit images distributed against their will. This is wrong, so horribly wrong, and it’s a very abusive situation,” said Trump at the time of signing. “This will be the first ever federal law to combat the distribution of explicit, imaginary, posted without subject’s consent… We’ve all heard about deepfakes. I have them all the time, but nobody does anything. I ask Pam [Bondi], ‘Can you help me Pam?’ She says, ‘No I’m too busy doing other things. Don’t worry you’ll survive.’ But a lot of people don’t survive, that’s true and so horrible… Today, we’re making it totally illegal.”

A Christian youth camp in Colorado has filed a federal lawsuit against state officials, alleging that newly imposed gender identity policies violate its constitutional rights to religious freedom and free speech.

Camp IdRaHaJe, a ministry operating in Bailey, Colorado, since the 1940s, serves more than 2,500 children each summer through Christian-based programs and outdoor activities. The camp’s name is derived from the phrase, “I’d Rather Have Jesus.” Now, it finds itself at the center of a legal battle over the state’s licensing requirements for residential youth camps.

The lawsuit, Camp IdRaHaJe Association v. Roy, was filed on May 10 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. Named defendants include Lisa Roy, executive director of the Colorado Department of Early Childhood, and Carin Rosas, director of the Office of Early Childhood Licensing and Administration.

At issue is a Colorado regulation requiring licensed youth camps to allow campers to access bathrooms, showers, and sleeping quarters based on gender identity rather than biological sex. Camp IdRaHaJe argues that complying with the policy would force it to violate its sincerely held religious beliefs about human sexuality and gender.

doctor-assisted suicide could be a form of “liberation” for the mentally ill.

Hopper reported that Fernandez also stated that:

Quebec should enshrine “comité de sages” (committees of experts) to authorize assisted suicide “in cases where, for example, someone no longer has any parents, people who were abandoned … people who no longer receive visits … no longer have any joy in life, they have no more interest in living, who live in permanent suffering.”

Montréal disability rights group RAPLIQ responded by accusing Ferrandez of promoting a eugenic ideology and stated:

“To speak of euthanasia with logistical calm, as if it were a measure of social efficiency, is to deny the value of different lives,”

“It is to slip down a eugenic slope, the very same that has led history into the abyss.”

“… I strongly believe now is not the time for another study. Now is the time for continued action that delivers results for the people we serve.”

Maryland Democrat Governor Wes Moore has vetoed a bill that would have created a commission to study and make recommendations regarding reparations for black residents, saying that it is “time to focus on the work itself” rather than another study.

“I applaud the legislature’s work on this bill, and I thank the Black Caucus for their leadership,” Moore wrote in a Friday letter to Maryland Senate President Bill Ferguson. “Maryland is proud to be a state with the largest Black Caucus in America, our first Black Attorney General, our first Black Senator, a Black treasurer, and a Black Speaker of the House. We have moved in partnership with leaders across the state to uplift Black families and address racial disparities in our communities. That is the context in which I’ve made this difficult decision. Because while I appreciate the work that went into this legislation, I strongly believe now is not the time for another study. Now is the time for continued action that delivers results for the people we serve.”

Under the bill, the Maryland Reparations Commission would be established to “study and make recommendations relating to appropriate 21 benefits to be offered to individuals impacted by historical inequality,” and issue its final report and recommendations to the governor in 2027.

President Donald Trump ordered his administration to lift an April stop work order halting a massive offshore wind farm being constructed off the coast of New York in exchange for the advancement of two natural gas pipeline projects, the Washington Free Beacon has learned.

Trump and Interior Secretary Doug Burgum struck the deal over the weekend during a phone call with New York Gov. Kathy Hochul (D.), a senior White House official told the Free Beacon on Tuesday. Following that call, on Monday, the Interior Department formally removed its order halting foreign energy developer Equinor’s $5 billion Empire Wind project, which is being built about 12 nautical miles south of Long Island, N.Y., and consists of dozens of turbines.

Hochul immediately declared victory—”I fought to save clean energy jobs in New York, and we got it done,” she said—but acknowledged in her statement she had agreed to work with federal and private entities to permit new energy projects that promote reliability and affordability for consumers. “We will be working in earnest to deliver on these objectives,” Hochul continued.

President Donald Trump confronted South African President Cyril Ramaphosa about claims of a white genocide by showing video footage in the Oval Office of alleged burial sites of white farmers.

“Turn the lights down and just put this on,” Trump said as he directed Ramaphosa to watch a video montage of political rallies with widespread chants of “kill the farmer!” and images of grave sites.

“These are burial sites right here…. Over a thousand of white farmers,” Trump pointed out to the president, who had denied claims of genocide, saying murder and crime are not unique to white farmers.

Following the video’s conclusion, Trump showed printouts of news articles on persecution as Ramaphosa urged a calm dialogue on the subject.

“What you saw, the speeches that were being made, one that is not government policy,” Ramaphosa told Trump of those calling for killings. “We have a multi-party democracy in South Africa that allows people to express themselves, political parties to adhere to various policies. And in many cases, or in some cases, those policies do not go along with government policy.

Democrats continue to mindlessly oppose everything President Donald Trump does, even policies they have rabidly supported for years.

Normally extreme supporters of open borders and immigration without limitation, Democrats suddenly oppose Trump’s executive order giving Afrikaners refugee status.

Their bigoted objection? The color of the refugees’ skin. Afrikaners, a persecuted minority ethnic group, are white South Africans with Dutch ancestry and an old European culture.

The government of South Africa has made it legal to take Afrikaners’ farmland without compensation. Trump’s order offers “Afrikaners in South Africa who are victims of unjust racial discrimination” refugee resettlement in the United States.

But their suffering can never compare, apparently, to the millions of other people with darker skin who are persecuted around the globe. Democrats believe they all should be given unfettered entrance into the U.S.

The latest back-and-forth on a nuclear deal between the United States and Iran hinges on enrichment, and the question may put nails in the coffin of any new agreement.

“We have one very, very clear red line, and that is enrichment,” Witkoff told ABC’s This Week anchor Jonathan Karl. “We cannot allow even 1 percent of an enrichment capability.”

In March, President Donald Trump announced a full halt to U.S. foreign aid to South Africa, citing the government’s racially charged abuse of white Afrikaner farmers. He blasted the regime for orchestrated land seizures and escalating violence, calling the country “a bad place to be right now.” At the same time, he offered a fast track to U.S. citizenship for South African farmers and their families seeking safety from persecution.

The black-led South African government has flatly denied any campaign of anti-white violence, brushing off the attacks as fiction and painting any criticism as offensive. But the facts on the ground — brutal murders, farm invasions, and open calls for land expropriation — tell a different story.

On Wednesday, in a high-stakes Oval Office meeting, Trump directly challenged South African President Cyril Ramaphosa with hard evidence of racially motivated violence. While the media works overtime to downplay the confrontation, Trump once again cut through the diplomatic spin and forced an uncomfortable truth into the open.

On May 18, former President Joe Biden’s staff announced he has an aggressive form of prostate cancer. In response, several social media users began circulating a three-year-old video clip of Biden as evidence that he knew about his diagnosis years before.

“WOW: Joe Biden said literally over TWO YEARS AGO that he had cancer. The Biden regime at the time called it a ‘gaffe.’ Have they been covering this up for YEARS?” one user posted May 18 on X.

Other prominent conservative commentators including Donald Trump Jr. shared similar posts about the 2022 speech and a cover-up. Biden’s prostate cancer diagnosis overlaps with the release of the book “Original Sin: President Biden’s Decline, Its Cover-Up, and His Disastrous Choice to Run Again,” by journalists Jake Tapper and Alex Thompson, about how Biden’s inner circle worked to conceal signs of decline.

The viral clip comes from July 20, 2022, remarks Biden delivered in Somerset, Massachusetts, about climate change and clean energy. But, according to a White House spokesperson at the time, Biden’s comments referenced the removal before his presidency of several non-melanoma skin cancers, disclosed in the president’s 2021 health report summary. We found no evidence that Biden’s spokesperson or others from the White House called the comments a “gaffe.”

CNN anchor and slick-haired blowhard Jake Tapper’s tell-all book on how Democrats covered up President Joe Biden’s mental decline the past four years was just released today. Not surprisingly, website traffic cop NewsGuard is still giving the liberal media outlets that helped perpetuate this cover-up stellar marks for journalistic credibility.

Outlets like CNN, Politico, Bloomberg News, Slate and others have falsely tried to cast Biden’s conservative critics on his deterioration and on the media’s complicity in burying the story as peddling “unfounded” “conspiracy” theories, which now look utterly ridiculous in retrospect of Tapper’s new book. As syndicated radio host Chris Plante has repeatedly noted on his show, Biden’s “brain? She’s-a Broke! She’s-a no good!”

But these outlets have not corrected the false stories MRC Business uncovered that tried to hide or obscure this and the media and Democrats’ complicity, but yet still managed to attain high scores from 80-100 from NewsGuard for allegedly adhering to the dystopian ratings outfit’s pathetic excuse for “standards for credibility and transparency.”

Former ‘President’ Joe Biden has prostate cancer. It’s not in its early stages either—it’s stage four. It’s metastasized to his bones. Democrats have no pivot that’s credible because they lied about the man’s mental acuity for years. They and the media are neck-deep into this, and now Joe has cancer. You’d think with how the health of the president of the United States is monitored, they would find something. At his age, isn’t a prostate screening recommended annually?

Sure, there are issues with the prostate-specific antigen test, but it seems like Biden never had one as president, even when their predecessors, Obama and Bush, did. CBS News claims that Biden did this to save money. I’m not kidding. Oh, and he was too old too:

With all of the news surrounding former President Joe Biden over the weekend and into this week, his term as president is coming under considerable scrutiny. Discussion of the administration’s heavy use of the autopen is making a comeback, with “Autopen” trending over X this week. President Donald Trump himself has spoken up about it, in a post over TruthSocial, but also in the Oval Office when speaking to reporters on Tuesday.

As Jeff covered, the president made quite the claim, which is that Biden wasn’t even for open borders, a low mark of his administration, but rather that that was whoever was in charge.

“It wasn’t his idea to Open the Border, and almost destroy our Country, and cost us Hundreds of Billions of Dollars to get criminals out of our Country, and go through the process we are going through now. It was the people that knew he was cognitively impaired, and that took over the Autopen. They stole the Presidency of the United States, and put us in Great Danger,” Trump said in part about Biden and his administration, also warning up the levels this goes to. “This is TREASON at the Highest Level! They did it to destroy our Country. The Joe Biden that everybody knew would never allow drug dealers, gang members, and the mentally insane to come into our Country totally unchecked and unvetted. All anyone has to do is look up his record. Something very severe should happen to these Treasonous Thugs that wanted to destroy our Country, but couldn’t, because I came along. 9/22.  Dementia Joe mutilates The Pledge of Allegiance- During a campaign speech on Monday, Biden attempted to quote the Pledge of Allegiance and delivered a mutilated version of it. Biden’s errors were not done on purpose but were more likely a result of his worsening Dementia. Beyond disagreeing with Biden on most issues, the fact that he is losing his cognitive ability makes the thought of him in the White House extremely frightening.

9/27 Joke or Dementia? Biden: ‘I Got to the Senate 180 Years Ago. Does Joe now think he’s 257, considering he “got to the Senate 180 years ago?” He made the statement during a live video address to the U.S. Conference of Mayors. It might have been a Joke. Hmm. Was this another brain freeze? With Biden failing mental facilities, how can we be sure? Perhaps Dementia Joe gave the 180-year response and realized it was wrong as he said it and giggled out of embarrassment. He also said he was Vice President for ten years.

10/13 Joe Biden’s Dementia Particularly Evident On Monday. If Trump made half the errors that Joe did in a single day, the media’s cries for the 25th Amendment would be deafening. Along with the socialist leanings of the Democrats who seem to control his policies,  Columbus Day was a particularly frightening day for those who see Joe Biden’s Dementia as another reason he should never be elected President.

With the recent revelation that on top of his senility, Joe Biden also has a fatal diagnosis of Stage 4 cancer, it is useful to remember that his famed cancer research charity never actually did any cancer research and spent ALL its millions on salaries for the people running the fake charity.

The story broke back in November of 2020 when the New York Post reported that tax filing showed that more than $4 million was spent on those running the charity and not a penny went to the research they claimed to be pursuing.

The Biden Cancer Initiative was founded in 2017 by the former vice president and his wife, Jill Biden, to “develop and drive implementation of solutions to accelerate progress in cancer prevention, detection, diagnosis, research and care and to reduce disparities in cancer outcomes,” according to its IRS mission statement. But it gave out no grants in its first two years, and spent millions on the salaries of former Washington, DC, aides it hired.

The charity took in $4,809,619 in contributions in fiscal years 2017 and 2018, and spent $3,070,301 on payroll in those two years. The group’s president, Gregory Simon, raked in $429,850 in fiscal 2018 (July 1, 2018, to June 30, 2019), according to the charity’s most recent federal tax filings.

Joe Biden hadn’t received a commonly used blood test to check for prostate cancer for more than a decade before his recent diagnosis, the former president’s office said Tuesday amid questions about his health while in the White House.

Biden last received a prostate-specific antigen test to screen for prostate cancer in 2014, according to a brief statement.

“Prior to Friday, President Biden had never been diagnosed with prostate cancer,” it said.

The statement came as President Donald Trump and his allies have challenged the timing of the diagnosis, which came as Biden faced questions about his health with the release of a book asserting that aides worked to hide his physical and mental decline while in office.

The announcement that the former president has an aggressive form of prostate cancer, with metastasis to the bone, has shaken Washington as many Democrats grapple with reports of his declining health during his final two years in the White House — and the implications for the 2024 campaign.
