The growing impact of U.S. President Donald Trump’s tariffs is creating “tensions” among members of the G7 heading into a critical summit in Canada next month, the federal finance minister says.

Finance Minister François-Philippe Champagne and Bank of Canada governor Tiff Macklem are chairing three days of meetings with top finance officials from the world’s largest economies in Banff, Alta., this week. The talks are expected to focus on the war in Ukraine and artificial intelligence, and how the G7 members can work together to grow the global economy.

However, Trump’s aggressive trade policies are likely to dominate the proceedings, and could even impact what members can feasibly agree to.

“There’s no doubt that around the table, you need to find unity, but at the same time, it’s true that the tariffs are creating tensions amongst the different partners,” Champagne told Global News in an interview from Calgary on Tuesday.

President Donald Trump confronted South African President Cyril Ramaphosa about claims of a white genocide by showing video footage in the Oval Office of alleged burial sites of white farmers.

“Turn the lights down and just put this on,” Trump said as he directed Ramaphosa to watch a video montage of political rallies with widespread chants of “kill the farmer!” and images of grave sites.

“These are burial sites right here…. Over a thousand of white farmers,” Trump pointed out to the president, who had denied claims of genocide, saying murder and crime are not unique to white farmers.

Following the video’s conclusion, Trump showed printouts of news articles on persecution as Ramaphosa urged a calm dialogue on the subject.

“What you saw, the speeches that were being made, one that is not government policy,” Ramaphosa told Trump of those calling for killings. “We have a multi-party democracy in South Africa that allows people to express themselves, political parties to adhere to various policies. And in many cases, or in some cases, those policies do not go along with government policy.

Democrats continue to mindlessly oppose everything President Donald Trump does, even policies they have rabidly supported for years.

Normally extreme supporters of open borders and immigration without limitation, Democrats suddenly oppose Trump’s executive order giving Afrikaners refugee status.

Their bigoted objection? The color of the refugees’ skin. Afrikaners, a persecuted minority ethnic group, are white South Africans with Dutch ancestry and an old European culture.

The government of South Africa has made it legal to take Afrikaners’ farmland without compensation. Trump’s order offers “Afrikaners in South Africa who are victims of unjust racial discrimination” refugee resettlement in the United States.

But their suffering can never compare, apparently, to the millions of other people with darker skin who are persecuted around the globe. Democrats believe they all should be given unfettered entrance into the U.S.

President Donald Trump confronted South African President Cyril Ramaphosa with a video of South African communists calling for the murder of white farmers.

Just watch. You’ll notice Ramaphosa sometimes just listening to the video, not watching it.

Trump told Ramaphosa:

Now this is very bad. These are burial sites right here. Burial sites — over a thousand — of White farmers. And those cars are lined up to pay love on a Sunday morning. Each one of those white things you see is a cross. And there is approximately a thousand of them.

They’re all White farmers. The family of White farmers. And those cars aren’t, driving, they are stopped there to pay respects to their family member who was killed. And it’s a terrible sight. I’ve never seen anything like it. On both sides of the road, you have crosses. Those people are all killed.

The latest back-and-forth on a nuclear deal between the United States and Iran hinges on enrichment, and the question may put nails in the coffin of any new agreement.

White House envoy Steve Witkoff said Sunday, after weeks of mixed messages, that no future accord can allow Iran the right to enrich uranium.

“We have one very, very clear red line, and that is enrichment,” Witkoff told ABC’s This Week anchor Jonathan Karl. “We cannot allow even 1 percent of an enrichment capability.”

Iranian supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei on Tuesday denounced Witkoff’s remarks, describing calls for the Islamic Republic to give up enrichment entirely as “nonsense.”

In March, President Donald Trump announced a full halt to U.S. foreign aid to South Africa, citing the government’s racially charged abuse of white Afrikaner farmers. He blasted the regime for orchestrated land seizures and escalating violence, calling the country “a bad place to be right now.” At the same time, he offered a fast track to U.S. citizenship for South African farmers and their families seeking safety from persecution.

The black-led South African government has flatly denied any campaign of anti-white violence, brushing off the attacks as fiction and painting any criticism as offensive. But the facts on the ground — brutal murders, farm invasions, and open calls for land expropriation — tell a different story.

On Wednesday, in a high-stakes Oval Office meeting, Trump directly challenged South African President Cyril Ramaphosa with hard evidence of racially motivated violence. While the media works overtime to downplay the confrontation, Trump once again cut through the diplomatic spin and forced an uncomfortable truth into the open.

Joe Biden had never been diagnosed with prostate cancer before last week and previously had a blood test for the disease 11 years ago, a spokesperson for the former US president said Tuesday.

The statement came after Biden’s successor, President Donald Trump, fueled claims of a cover-up by saying that he was “surprised” the public was not told about the cancer earlier.

Biden’s office announced on Sunday that the 82-year-old had been diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer, a few days after a nodule was found on the gland.

“President Biden’s last known PSA was in 2014,” a Biden spokesperson said in a statement to AFP.

“Prior to Friday, President Biden had never been diagnosed with prostate cancer.”

“Forces from the 401st Brigade and the Givati Brigade, under the command of the 162nd Division, began operating in the northern Gaza Strip, where they identified and destroyed suspicious buildings in the area and eliminated dozens of Hamas terrorists,” IDF Col. Avichay Adraee wrote on X.

The Indonesian hospital and al-Awda hospital are among northern Gaza’s only surviving medical centers, according to the Associated Press.

South Africa doesn’t have the funds to cover the over $430 million shortfall caused by the Trump administration’s cuts in foreign aid, the country’s finance minister said Wednesday.

Finance Minister Enoch Godongwana spoke to Parliament while presenting an updated budget — one without the value-added tax increases that had sparked public outcry and fierce disagreement among parties in the ruling coalition.

Without that tax revenue, he said, South Africa doesn’t have enough money to make up for the cuts that have threatened the vast network of support for one of the world’s largest HIV-positive populations.

The country runs the largest treatment network in the world.

The finance minister spoke shortly before President Cyril Ramaphosa’s much-anticipated meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump at the White House.

CNN anchor and slick-haired blowhard Jake Tapper’s tell-all book on how Democrats covered up President Joe Biden’s mental decline the past four years was just released today. Not surprisingly, website traffic cop NewsGuard is still giving the liberal media outlets that helped perpetuate this cover-up stellar marks for journalistic credibility.

Outlets like CNN, Politico, Bloomberg News, Slate and others have falsely tried to cast Biden’s conservative critics on his deterioration and on the media’s complicity in burying the story as peddling “unfounded” “conspiracy” theories, which now look utterly ridiculous in retrospect of Tapper’s new book. As syndicated radio host Chris Plante has repeatedly noted on his show, Biden’s “brain? She’s-a Broke! She’s-a no good!”

But these outlets have not corrected the false stories MRC Business uncovered that tried to hide or obscure this and the media and Democrats’ complicity, but yet still managed to attain high scores from 80-100 from NewsGuard for allegedly adhering to the dystopian ratings outfit’s pathetic excuse for “standards for credibility and transparency.”

Former ‘President’ Joe Biden has prostate cancer. It’s not in its early stages either—it’s stage four. It’s metastasized to his bones. And we’re supposed to believe that no one knew or ever tested for this during his time as president? The Biden health care cover-up got worse. Democrats have no pivot that’s credible because they lied about the man’s mental acuity for years. They and the media are neck-deep into this, and now Joe has cancer. You’d think with how the health of the president of the United States is monitored, they would find something. At his age, isn’t a prostate screening recommended annually?

Sure, there are issues with the prostate-specific antigen test, but it seems like Biden never had one as president, even when their predecessors, Obama and Bush, did. CBS News claims that Biden did this to save money. I’m not kidding. Oh, and he was too old too:

The revelation that former President Biden has advanced prostate cancer generated more questions than answers on Monday, prompting debate among experts in the oncology community over the likely progression of his disease and resurfacing concerns in Washington over his decision last year to run for reelection.

Biden’s private office said Sunday afternoon that he had been diagnosed earlier in the week with an “aggressive form” of the cancer that had already spread to his bones, after urinary symptoms led to the discovery of a nodule on his prostate.

But it was not made clear whether Biden, 82, had been testing his prostate-specific antigens, known as PSA levels, during his presidency — and if so whether those results had indicated an elevated risk of cancer while he was still in office or during his campaign for reelection.

With all of the news surrounding former President Joe Biden over the weekend and into this week, his term as president is coming under considerable scrutiny. Discussion of the administration’s heavy use of the autopen is making a comeback, with “Autopen” trending over X this week. President Donald Trump himself has spoken up about it, in a post over TruthSocial, but also in the Oval Office when speaking to reporters on Tuesday.

As Jeff covered, the president made quite the claim, which is that Biden wasn’t even for open borders, a low mark of his administration, but rather that that was whoever was in charge.

“It wasn’t his idea to Open the Border, and almost destroy our Country, and cost us Hundreds of Billions of Dollars to get criminals out of our Country, and go through the process we are going through now. It was the people that knew he was cognitively impaired, and that took over the Autopen. They stole the Presidency of the United States, and put us in Great Danger,” Trump said in part about Biden and his administration, also warning up the levels this goes to. “This is TREASON at the Highest Level! They did it to destroy our Country. The Joe Biden that everybody knew would never allow drug dealers, gang members, and the mentally insane to come into our Country totally unchecked and unvetted. All anyone has to do is look up his record. Something very severe should happen to these Treasonous Thugs that wanted to destroy our Country, but couldn’t, because I came along. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”

9/22.  Dementia Joe mutilates The Pledge of Allegiance- During a campaign speech on Monday, Biden attempted to quote the Pledge of Allegiance and delivered a mutilated version of it. Biden’s errors were not done on purpose but were more likely a result of his worsening Dementia. Beyond disagreeing with Biden on most issues, the fact that he is losing his cognitive ability makes the thought of him in the White House extremely frightening.

9/27 Joke or Dementia? Biden: ‘I Got to the Senate 180 Years Ago. Does Joe now think he’s 257, considering he “got to the Senate 180 years ago?” He made the statement during a live video address to the U.S. Conference of Mayors. It might have been a Joke. Hmm. Was this another brain freeze? With Biden failing mental facilities, how can we be sure? Perhaps Dementia Joe gave the 180-year response and realized it was wrong as he said it and giggled out of embarrassment. He also said he was Vice President for ten years.

10/13 Joe Biden’s Dementia Particularly Evident On Monday. If Trump made half the errors that Joe did in a single day, the media’s cries for the 25th Amendment would be deafening. Along with the socialist leanings of the Democrats who seem to control his policies,  Columbus Day was a particularly frightening day for those who see Joe Biden’s Dementia as another reason he should never be elected President.

With the recent revelation that on top of his senility, Joe Biden also has a fatal diagnosis of Stage 4 cancer, it is useful to remember that his famed cancer research charity never actually did any cancer research and spent ALL its millions on salaries for the people running the fake charity.

The story broke back in November of 2020 when the New York Post reported that tax filing showed that more than $4 million was spent on those running the charity and not a penny went to the research they claimed to be pursuing.

The Biden Cancer Initiative was founded in 2017 by the former vice president and his wife, Jill Biden, to “develop and drive implementation of solutions to accelerate progress in cancer prevention, detection, diagnosis, research and care and to reduce disparities in cancer outcomes,” according to its IRS mission statement. But it gave out no grants in its first two years, and spent millions on the salaries of former Washington, DC, aides it hired.

The charity took in $4,809,619 in contributions in fiscal years 2017 and 2018, and spent $3,070,301 on payroll in those two years. The group’s president, Gregory Simon, raked in $429,850 in fiscal 2018 (July 1, 2018, to June 30, 2019), according to the charity’s most recent federal tax filings.

Joe Biden hadn’t received a commonly used blood test to check for prostate cancer for more than a decade before his recent diagnosis, the former president’s office said Tuesday amid questions about his health while in the White House.

Biden last received a prostate-specific antigen test to screen for prostate cancer in 2014, according to a brief statement.

“Prior to Friday, President Biden had never been diagnosed with prostate cancer,” it said.

The statement came as President Donald Trump and his allies have challenged the timing of the diagnosis, which came as Biden faced questions about his health with the release of a book asserting that aides worked to hide his physical and mental decline while in office.

The announcement that the former president has an aggressive form of prostate cancer, with metastasis to the bone, has shaken Washington as many Democrats grapple with reports of his declining health during his final two years in the White House — and the implications for the 2024 campaign.

South African President Cyril Ramaphosa met Wednesday with President Donald Trump and discussed various matters in the Oval Office. While the socialist leader sought to steer the conversation to other issues, including trade, Trump pressed him about the mistreatment and murder of white Afrikaner farmers, who are also known as Boers.

Ramaphosa, who recently ratified a land-confiscation law that could easily be weaponized against white farmers, suggested that if there were a genocide of Afrikaners under way, his ministers present with him in the Oval Office would have left their posts. He suggested further that Trump could benefit from hearing his ministers’ perspectives on the matter.

“We have thousands of stories talking about it, and we have documentaries. We have news stories,” said Trump, evidently not buying what Ramaphosa was selling. “It has to be responded to.”

Trump then had his team dim the lights and roll footage of the reality the South African president and elements of the Western liberal media are apparently keen to gloss over.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey has formally filed criminal charges against U.S. Rep. LaMonica McIver (D-NJ) for allegedly assaulting U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents outside a New Jersey facility.

The situation quickly devolved into chaos when the group stormed past an exterior gate and attempted to gain entry to the building, footage shows.

Amidst the chaos, Baraka was charged with trespassing while other members of the group protested and clashed with immigration agents. Footage from the incident appears to show Rep. McIver repeatedly elbowing and shoving an ICE agent, a claim she has denied despite video evidence.

We wish former President Biden the best. I pray for his recovery. Honestly, I hope that Jill plans to go to confession and admit that she loved the title of First Lady a lot more than being a devoted wife. My guess is there a lot of ladies in the country who can’t believe her disregard for Joe Biden’s health and well-being. Again, she loved the title and staff.

And now there is prostate cancer:

The 82-year-old former president was diagnosed Friday after doctors found a “small nodule” on his prostate during a medical exam earlier this month — with the cancer cells having spread to the bone, his spokesman revealed Sunday.

His team said the cancer had been graded a Gleason score of 9, suggesting his form was among the most aggressive.

A handful of medical experts were quick to question how the former president could be diagnosed at such a late stage — especially given that prostate cancer can be detected early with routine bloodwork, which is recommended for men over the age of 50.

Last month House Oversight Chairman James Comer (R-KY) sent a resubmitted criminal referral to Attorney General Pam Bondi, demanding the Department of Justice pursue charges against disgraced former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo for lying under oath during pandemic-era investigations.

The letter, addressed directly to AG Pam Bondi, accused Cuomo of violating 18 U.S.C. §1001, a federal statute prohibiting false statements to Congress:

On October 30, 2024, the Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic (Select Subcommittee) referred former Governor of the State of New York, Andrew M. Cuomo, for making criminally false statements in violation 18 U.S.C. §1001.1

NBC Chief White House Correspondent Peter Alexander just had what one can only define as a terrible day in the Oval Office.

Alexander, who found himself asking questions of President Trump during a meeting with South Africa’s President Cyril Ramaphosa, probably wished he hadn’t rolled out of bed for work this morning.

The only one who might have had a tougher day was Ramaphosa himself.

With South Africa’s leader in the White House, the topic of conversation was bound to pivot at some point to the administration’s admission of a group of 59 South African white people as refugees. The media has been obsessed with the small contingent because of their skin color, pouncing on that fact as if it’s some sort of evidence that Trump’s immigration policies are racist.

Alexander attempted to advance that narrative.

“Can you explain to Americans why it’s appropriate to welcome white Afrikaners here when other refugees like Afghans, Venezuelans, Haitians have all had their protected status revoked?” he inquired.

A group of top medical experts is casting doubt on the timing of recent somber news involving Joe Biden’s diagnosis of aggressive prostate cancer. The cancer, it was reported on Sunday, has metastasized to his bones.

Without diminishing the seriousness of the situation or deflecting from the well-wishes sent to the former President and his family, a group of doctors spoke about the news on social media. And they don’t seem to be buying into the narrative that this is recent news within Biden’s inner circle.

Dr. Howie Forman, a professor of radiology and biomedical imaging, public health management and economics at Yale, finds it “inconceivable” that this aggressive cancer was not being followed before Biden left office.

Forman indicated that the cancer being at this advanced stage would have been monitored “for some time before this diagnosis.”
