Probably nothing.
The fact is, the courts will never touch this case. It is too fraught with the possibilities of interfering with presidential privilege. Sure, if the Trump White House arrested someone involved here, the courts might be forced into it. But, shy of that, no court will touch this case.
Further, I’d bet that the Trump White House won’t do anything past this political proclamation, either.
