DALTON, Ga.-President Donald Trump rallied supporters from across the state at the Dalton Municipal Airport on Friday in support of Republican candidate for governor Rick Jackson and U.S. Senate candidate Rep. Mike Collins.

Before the president’s arrival, Jackson, Collins, and other notable speakers came to the podium to speak, enthusing the crowd.

Once Trump arrived, he greeted supporters from the stage, walked to the podium, and opened by saying, “I want to say a very big hello to a very, very special place. Hello Georgia, and hello Dalton. We like Dalton a lot.”

“Two years ago, I won this state with more votes than any presidential candidate or any political candidate in the history of Georgia.”

Down the homestretch of the campaign, Republican Mike Rogers is laser-focused on hammering home the point that DSA-backed Democrat Abdul El-Sayed is unfit to represent Michigan in the United States Senate because his loyalties are with America’s enemies.

It’s something the GOP Senate nominee has done on the campaign trail, at debates, on social media, and in interviews as part of a comprehensive effort to outline the stark differences between himself and El-Sayed so Michigan voters can be better informed before they head to the polls.

On Sunday, Rogers did an interview with CNN State of the Union co-anchor Dana Bash, where they talked about the Senate race, foreign policy, and the economy. But along the way, Bash let her TDS shine through when she kept pressing Rogers on whether he agreed with President Trump’s assessment that El-Sayed was a “terrorist.” Rogers smartly did not take the bait, and instead pointed to why people might feel that way about the Democrat nominee:

Listen, I have never called him a terrorist. I wore the uniform in the United States of America, so people can pray any way they want. That is not the issue here.

JACKSON, Mississippi — Raphael Warnock is racing to get Democrat Scott Colom elected in deep-red Mississippi. It’s part of his bigger bet on the South.

Colom, a charismatic local prosecutor, is within striking distance in the polls of unseating Republican Sen. Cindy Hyde-Smith. And in the absence of more dedicated resources, Warnock himself is trying to fill the gap by directing money and donors to the race.

He has raised over $500,000 directly into Colom’s campaign committee, according to a person with direct knowledge of his efforts, granted anonymity to share private details. And, over the course of four separate fundraisers, has tried to steer Senate Democrats’ top donors to the race.

In April, he told attendees at a Democratic donor breakfast that he thinks the party is “sleeping on” the Mississippi contest, prompting surprised laughter from the crowd, according to a recording of the event obtained by POLITICO.

“I’m going to ask you to resist the Democratic tendency to ignore the South,” he told the assembled donors. “And for our own sake, for the sake of us having a possibility of winning over time, I think we can win in Mississippi if the conditions are just right.”

California Democrats Outraged After DOJ Orders State to Block Votes from Noncitizens– slaynews.com

California’s Democrat leaders are outraged after the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) ordered the state to block votes being cast by noncitizens in upcoming elections.

The DOJ is seeking an emergency injunction against California after state officials rejected its demand to segregate ballots associated with approximately 20,000 registered voters that federal authorities have identified as “likely noncitizens.”

Attorney General Todd Blanche says the action aims to prevent noncitizens from voting in the upcoming election, pointing to California’s practice of automatically mailing ballots to every active registered voter.

California’s leaders are attacking the lawsuit, with Democrat Gov. Gavin Newsom accusing the Trump administration of voter suppression and state election officials disputing the reliability of the federal findings.

With just over two weeks left until election day, Democrats can barely contain their glee.

Control of the House seems about to fall into their eager laps. Senate races in states that are normally cardinal red — Alaska, Iowa, Kansas and Texas among them — have grown fiercely competitive.

And, for the first time since 2010, a Democrat may soon be sitting in the governor’s office in more than half the 50 states. As recently as 2017, just 16 of them had Democratic governors — the lowest number in nearly a century.

The party owes a big thank you to President Trump, whose political standing seems to be sinking, like a depth charge, lower by the day. The only question is how much damage he inflicts on fellow Republicans.

Debate preparation is generally considered a good thing. But when you’re running for the United States Senate, voters probably expect you to be able to discuss your own record without constantly consulting a cheat sheet.

Former Alaska Democratic Rep. Mary Peltola learned that lesson the hard way Thursday night when her apparent reliance on cue cards during a debate with Republican Sen. Dan Sullivan became a story of its own.

And Sullivan wasn’t about to let the opportunity pass.

The two candidates squared off in a closely watched debate as Republicans fight to defend their narrow Senate majority. But while the discussion covered serious issues, including Alaska’s fishing industry, energy development, and allegations involving Peltola’s treatment of congressional staffers, it was the Democrat’s repeated glances at her notes that attracted some of the biggest reactions online.

At one point, Sullivan interrupted to ask the moderators a rather pointed question.

“We weren’t supposed to get these questions beforehand, were we?”

It started with the Abdul El-Sayed and Mike Rogers Michigan US Senate debate, where Rogers was solely interested in making the election about El-Sayed and trying to plant the idea in the minds of voters that the Democratic candidate is a terrorist.

Rogers hasn’t held town halls or the sort of big events that one would expect in one of the most high-profile Senate contests in the country. Rogers has barely held any sizable events at all. Republicans are calling this strategy “low-key,” but it is better described as invisible in a year when Republicans are unpopular and facing a bloodbath.

In contrast, NBC News reported, “El-Sayed’s campaign touted his willingness to engage directly with voters at his events, saying he has taken voter questions at 46 events following the August primary, 19 of which it described as large-scale town halls. Those questions, the campaign said, are not screened.”

Instead, the Rogers plan is to lay low and make the campaign all about smearing El-Sayed with suggestions that he is a terrorist. El-Sayed is campaigning on affordability and a better healthcare system, but Republicans are trying to paint him as a Muslim extremist.

JD Vance came to Monroe, MI, and tried to attack El-Sayed by suggesting that he is not an American.

“I see it all the time, that when Trump’s on the ballot, they win. When he’s out of the ballot, the people don’t go to vote, and I’m asking the people … to get out and vote. Pretend I’m on the ballot.” – Donald Trump on the Midterm Elections, August 27, 2026

In the U.S., mid-terms almost always go hard against the incumbent President’s party. To overcome that you have to do extraordinary things, and you genuinely have to appeal to a decent majority of voters.

In a country with a fairly even split by party affiliation, where party is sadly becoming part of people’s identity, that means mid-terms are hardly winnable for the party in power unless it does something spectacular.

What’s amazing is how neither party gets this.

They win everything with a strong Presidential election year victory then they essentially give lip service to their supporters and “phone it in.”

I wouldn’t accuse Trump of phoning it in, although I would argue he hasn’t mastered appealing to a solid majority of Americans. While the progressive state press has contributed greatly to his negative image, I believe he has plenty of blame to put directly on himself.

If anyone can overcome the progressive state press bullhorn, it’s the President of the United States. Presidents can bypass the bias against them, they have a bully pulpit, as they say.

The Thune-led GOP Senate has remained paralyzed by their own party leader, who continues to prevent critical Trump policies from passing, especially the SAVE America Act, which would gut progressive election power, even in the midterms had it been passed.

The GOP majority in the House is a slim majority, one that can be overcome with a few dissenting GOP House members. Yet even with that slim majority, Johnson was able to get the SAVE Act passed in the House. Nothing of existential substance has passed the Senate under Thune.

The progressives have been protected by Republican leadership to spite the man they hate more than they love America, Trump.

They also collude with Democrats against Trump because, in fact, the GOP’s shot-callers hate Trump and want to return to the Bush era.

The Democrats will sweep and claim a new mandate, as the Republicans did, and forget that they won, as did the Republicans, not because people positively supported them but because the other party screwed up again.

And the cycle continues, each one plumbing deeper depths of inanity, incompetence, and disregard for the People who elected them.

The Democrats will focus on whatever gives them power and seals their majority forever. This is their dream, to rule the Federal Government like they do the California, with no effective opposition and a perpetual super-majority in the legislature.

The GOP leadership doesn’t recognize the Democrats as the existential threat that they are to the republic, or they are in on it, or they would rather live in a Democrat-controlled state than an American-controlled one.

No matter the reason, the GOP leadership handed the Democrats majority control of the Federal legislature, and they did so with premeditation and malice of forethought.

The Bush GOP never tried to defeat the Democratic Party agenda in toto as the Democratic Party attempts to do to the GOP. The Bush GOP was for globalist corpostate systems which needed this dynamic of competition between the two parties as leverage over them both, in my estimation.

As should be obvious to you, I would never suggest the reason the GOP hasn’t attempted to existentially affect the DNC is because they are the better people; I would suggest to you that the reason they haven’t attempted to existentially affect the DNC is because they have far more in common with them than they do with George Washington.

The GOP leadership and the DNC are trying to consolidate power for a permanent globalist corpostate system that controls both parties, letting voters think they have a choice.

That scheme has been upended by the Frankenstein beast the DNC raised because it needed violent street fighters, the radical progressives and Islamists united through the DSA (Democratic Socialists of America).

Democrats are colluding with foreign powers (including the CCP and Islamists), to consolidate power at the Federal level in the similar manner they did in California. China, global Jihadism, and other wacko totalitarian groups, however, might be looking to replace their original “clients” with people more ideologically aligned and beholden to them than the current progressive leadership is.

All of these people, foreign and domestic, in this progressive state coalition are anathema to Judeo-Christian civilizations. The resistance (the GOP under current leadership), however, are effectively just as much of a threat to our civilization as the progressives are.

Outside of victories through executive orders, almost all that the republicans have delivered to America were viral congressional hearing videos showing republicans “owning” progressives. The “owned” progressives still either have the power they had before the hearing or are just one Presidential executive order from getting it back.

I will be voting GOP because the Democrats want to make the whole of America like California, which is a nightmare to me. They are abominable people whose anti-American work is writ large in the oppressed lives of its victims. This is a state that kidnaps children from their parents for not being allowed to have their breasts or penises cut off.

My vote doesn’t mean I think the GOP will govern better it they win. They will not. But having two competing parties at least prevents the USA from becoming a socialist Jihadist dream for international forces in Iran and China, while most Americans becomes impoverished slaves.

That is what the Democratic Party represents to me, and it is what it represents to anyone who holds to American Rule of Law, that we are endowed by our creator with certain inalienable rights, none of which can be usurped in the name of “social justice.”

I think the GOP will lose badly because they didn’t find a way to appeal to a solid majority and, despite Trump trying to drive his agenda forward, they phoned it in, as they always do. Even people who loath the Democrats will just stay home.

Low information voters with no awareness about the existential crisis our American republic’s Rule of Law is facing will vote against the party in power if their gas prices are too high. Republicans have done little to frame this election as the existential crisis to the republic that it represents. Not even JD Vance is calling the Democratic Party an illegal insurrectionist operation openly advocating for policies that are constitution killers, even though that is exactly what they are.

What Americans either don’t want to believe or just can’t see is that the Democrats who win in 2026 will not be ones with a little pinkie toe in America. These “Democrats” are openly anti-American and anxious to reboot the whole system for good. I hope and pray that if I am right about a big Democratic victory, I am wrong about who the leadership of that party will be.

If the Democrats win, we continue the road towards upheaval, as they have promised to use their power to persecute their opponents and engage in lawfare against them. Wherever they can, they will use state power to create the precedent that rejecting progressive beliefs, like “the white man invented evil,” is “treason” in and of itself. Reading Romans 1 out loud will be considered an act of terrorism against the state.

Expect less governance and more drama, more hatred and division, more violence, and more economic and lawfare warfare against your rights and your wealth, until they lose, if elections continue in any modicum of fairness, and the cycle repeats.

No person of means, with wealth, time, and influence is trying to break the cycle, run out the Bushites and defeat the Jihadist socialist agenda of the anti-American Democrats once and for all.

Would to God that blue collar Democrats rose up and rooted out all the foreign influence out of their party!

Would to God the Fettermans of the Democratic Party replaced the jihadist socialist vermin taking over.

It is for these reasons I will vote in this midterm election, and it is for these reasons that my only choice is to vote straight republican, come what may. At the very least I will be entering into history my opposition to the rise of the progressive state. I hope you join me in this effort.

While polls continue to show Democrats to be the favorites to win the midterm elections, blue states are showing what progressive rule looks like. Religious liberty is being interpreted in blue states as only being a freedom to worship, not a freedom to outwardly, publicly live out your faith.

From Illinois to New York to California, laws are being passed that are forcing people of faith to participate in abortions, euthanasia, and affirm LGBTQ lifestyles. While “affordability” still appears to be the top issue in this election, “government trust” is a rising issue.

Blue States Are Redefining Religious Freedom– thefederalist.com

A dangerous theory is taking hold that religious freedom applies only to the right to worship.

Illinois’ assisted suicide law took effect in September. Cardinal Blase Cupich and Bishop Thomas Paprocki have both sued to keep the state from compelling Catholic hospitals and doctors to take part. A group of Muslim doctors similarly have sought protection from the state mandate. The state has yielded temporarily. In July, a federal judge shielded the Little Sisters of the Poor from New York’s version. The message from the state in each case is the same: you may care for the dying, but you must also be ready to help kill them.

The Supreme Court will hear oral argument on Nov. 3 in St. Mary Catholic Parish v. Roy. Colorado’s universal preschool program requires participating schools to agree to operate at odds with Catholic teaching on marriage and sexuality. Parishes in the archdiocese of Denver could not agree to state requirements, so the state shut them out of the preschool program paying $6,000 per eligible child, along with the families who wanted their children taught there. Colorado says it has no problem with the preschools being Catholic, it just doesn’t want them to operate as if they are.

Catholicism is just one example of a religion whose exercise does not end at the sanctuary door. Catholics pray at Mass and live that prayer in the works of mercy: feeding the hungry, sheltering the homeless, visiting the sick, burying the dead, and instructing the ignorant. Faith asks to be lived coherently, in belief and in service to one another. Jews, Muslims, and Protestants would recognize the pattern in their own traditions. No one is free if he must split himself into a Sunday self and a Monday self, and no community is free that must do the same.

Rob Crilly at the Washington Examiner: In 2024, a rash of cheap online polls skewed forecasts, underestimating Donald Trump’s eventual margin of victory. This time around, a handful of pollsters have spotted another possible error in a type of survey that finds participants by sending out SMS messages, called text-to-web polling. They say it is returning a disproportionate number of disenchanted Trump voters who have switched sides. And it could mean that forecasts predicting a blue tidal wave, such as Nate Silver’s much-quoted model, with Democrats’ chances of winning the Senate at over 73%, are overestimating their chances…. The phenomenon was first spotted by James Johnson, co-founder of J.L. Partners, another Republican leaning firm. He ran an experiment to quantify what he was seeing with a poll in Iowa. Online polling showed Democrats ahead by a single point. Live call polling also had Democrats ahead by a single point. Yet the SMS-to-web portion showed Democrats up by 12 points (Washington Examiner).

U.S. Senate candidate James Talarico (D-Texas) stumbled through a 90-minute CNN townhall Wednesday night, desperately dissembling about his radical left-wing record.

The Democrat posed as a moderate on issues like abortion, border security, and Texas energy as he faced questions from Democrat, Republican, and independent voters. At one point, he admitted he was just being “provocative” when he said God was transgender to justify child mutilation.

Talarico tried to claim he’s a big supporter of oil and gas, despite proposing a climate bill in 2021 that would have crushed the oil and gas industry.

“I’m campaigning on an ‘all the above’ energy strategy that includes oil and gas, he said. “I want to protect the good-paying oil and gas jobs that support whole families across the state and I want us to invest in the energy sources of the future.”

The Texas Climate Action Act, dubbed the “Texas’ Green New Deal,” would have mandated steep cuts to greenhouse gas emissions statewide, wiping out energy jobs in the state. The bill set statewide goals to cut emissions to 50 percent below 1990 levels by 2030, with further reduction goals by 2050. Critics said it would have eliminated up to two million Texas jobs.

Now posing as a border hawk, Talarico claimed in a “stunning” ad released this week “I called out Joe Biden for failing us on the border.”

However, despite being asked repeatedly, he was unable to provide a single instance where he criticized Biden’s open border policies during his presidency. In fact, in 2023, Talarico voted against border-security bill HR712, which appropriated $5.1 billion for border security operations, including $1.5 billion for border-barrier infrastructure.

U.S. Rep. Scott Perry (R-PA) torched his Democratic Party opponent, former local news anchor Janelle Stelson, after she attempted to blame the Republican Party for high gas prices.

She stated that ending the war would be among her first priorities in Congress if elected, citing effects on family farmers who face elevated diesel costs for harvest operations that cannot be delayed.

When asked specifically about steps to lower prices, Perry responded with a focus on domestic policy rather than the war. “One of the reasons that gas prices are high, and have been high, regardless of what happens in Iran, is because of policy,” the congressman stated.

“We actually turn food into fuel in the United States. You spend about 30 cents more per gallon to do that, and your car is less deficient because of that. It’s called the Renewable Fuel Standard, and I’ve been fighting to end that, because we don’t need to pay that extra 30 cents or have less efficiency,” he continued.

“The United States not only must pump enough oil and gas to support itself, but we need to be able to refine it. Her party has slowed or stopped refining for about 50 years.”

Amid growing evidence of the unpopularity of data centers among voters, he nonetheless dug in, bashing other candidates, like David Jolly, now the Democratic nominee, who had proposed moratoriums. “There ain’t no bans coming,” Donalds said at a campaign event in August. “But it sounds good on TV. “There was also a lot of pause time where she had to take her time to manufacture an answer. Whereas Blakeman just went right to it and had answers right back to her and had accusations that were very, very straightforward towards her,” Glass said, praising the Long Island pol’s swipes.

Trump Says Same-Name Dan Sullivan Candidacy Under Investigation, Calls It ‘Another Hoax by the Democrats’– slaynews.com

EXCERPT:

President Donald Trump says authorities are investigating the candidacy of an independent Alaska Senate challenger who shares a name with Sen. Dan Sullivan (R-AK), calling the situation a Democratic effort to siphon votes from the Republican incumbent.

Speaking to Fox News after an Alaska campaign rally Tuesday night, Trump said the matter was being reviewed.

However, the president declined to identify the investigation as federal.

“We are looking, I can’t say federal, but we are looking into it,” Trump said.

“It’s a disgrace,” he noted.

“We have, I call him the real Dan Sullivan, a great senator from Alaska.

“And in the race, they put somebody named Dan Sullivan who knows nothing about politics.

“His name happens to be Dan Sullivan.

“They even wanted to change his middle initial, which was different.

“They wanted to make it an S so that it could be exactly correct.

“I think it’s just terrible that they did it.”

Trump Blasts Same-Name Challenge

Trump argued that the independent challenger’s presence creates confusion in a race involving an established Republican senator.

“And actually, he got two points or something in the primary,” Trump added.

“The real Dan Sullivan won it, but … It’s a terrible thing.

“It’s another hoax by the Democrats.”

The president’s comments place fresh attention on the same-name candidacy as Alaska voters prepare to choose their next senator.

President Urges Republican Rival to Step Aside

Trump also addressed Alaska’s gubernatorial race, urging Republican Dave Bronson to withdraw and consolidate support behind his endorsed candidate, Bernadette Wilson.

Trump said Wilson’s stronger primary performance should have prompted other Republicans to leave the race.

“He doesn’t have to, but he should, because, frankly, he lost in the primary by substantial numbers to Bernadette,” Trump said.

“And I’m not involved that much in, you know, Alaska politics, other than I want to see Dan and Nick get in.

“But she won in the primaries, and the others should have dropped out.

“So now you have three Republicans running against one Democrat.

“And I don’t like that.

“I don’t like those odds very much.

“But there, she’s great, and maybe she’ll get in, but I thought I had an obligation to endorse her.”

Trump Defends Iran Campaign Against Peltola Criticism

The president also pushed back against former Rep. Mary Peltola (D-AK), the Democrat Senate candidate, after she criticized Sullivan’s support for the war in Iran.

Trump argued that higher gasoline prices are a “small price to pay” to prevent the Iranian regime from obtaining a nuclear weapon.

“Can you imagine if they attacked our cities, and they attacked places where we are, including right here in Alaska?” Trump said.

“You would see turmoil far greater.

“We have a lot of oil flowing right now in the almost strait, we control it.

“The war is going to be over very, very soon.

“We’re going to have a big victory very shortly.

“Very, very shortly, and oil is going to come way, way down.

“Gasoline is going to come down to where it was before.”

He predicted that prices would fall as the conflict concludes, while emphasizing that preventing a nuclear-armed Iran remains the central objective.

“I had it down to $1.85 a gallon in some places like Iowa and a lot of places, actually,” Trump added.

“And I think we’re going to maybe even top those numbers.

“So you’re going to see it.

“But most importantly, Iran, the number-one state sponsor of terror, will never have a nuclear weapon.

“If they had one, you might not be standing here right now.”

Legacy media and its GOP-E(lite) cohorts are running with a Wall Street Journal exclusive that centers around Texas Attorney General and Republican nominee for U.S. Senate Ken Paxton and his extramarital girlfriend Tracy Duhon taking a trip to Dubai for New Year’s Eve 2024.

Siskind is being deliberately hyperbolic here. There is one 30-second video, and if by “receipts” she means repeating what other Texas outlets have reported over the 23 years of Paxton’s political career, then, yeah.

According to the WSJ, Paxton celebrated in Dubai with two American Muslim physicians: Dr. Anosh Ahmed and Dr. Sameer Suhail. According to a 2025 Chicago Sun-Times exclusive, the physicians were hiding out in Dubai to escape the long arm of the law.

Dr. Anosh Ahmed and Dr. Sameer Suhail, entrepreneurs as well as medical doctors, had matching cars, a matching taste for luxury watches and matching condos at Trump Tower.

They also come from similar backgrounds, immigrating to the United States as children — Ahmed from Pakistan, Suhail from Jordan — and got their medical degrees from overseas schools and built images as businessmen flush with cash.

For more than a year, they’ve also been fugitives — living expensive lifestyles in Dubai while dodging accountability for the damage prosecutors say they caused the West Side’s Loretto Hospital, a safety-net facility serving the poorest Chicagoans.

Prosecutors say Ahmed and Suhail worked together to embezzle $15 million from Loretto, a taxpayer-funded hospital, and steered $19 million of hospital contracts to Suhail through “corrupt” means, including bribery.

Ahmed also is charged in a separate COVID-19 testing scheme prosecutors say defrauded the government of about $300 million.
